@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

@bt_uk does not care about their customers and are happy to continue to mess around people even when a complaint has been raised. Luckily I have cctv of one of your engineers throwing a strop and walking out because he came to fix the bb and ended up breaking the Landline also.
