@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼
-
🇬🇧Jamie🏴 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales
@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.
-
Connor Botwright (@ConnorBotwright) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@EE Hence why you should be chasing them. If you don't have that info you should get it. It's the very essence of customer service.
-
Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales
Wish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄
-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales
So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!
-
Huw Jones🏴 (@HuwJones58) reported from Porth, Wales
@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones, house and broadband

🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales
Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

@EE you are greedy so and so’s! You raised every customer’s bill by %9.3? For what? So that we have to pay for your bills? What kills me is that this is the level of regulation. No government body to stop you from doing this and claiming it’s inflation. Evil!
-
Alex Bainbridge (@_grads) reported
@McflangeFace @EE We’re in the same boat here - DD due to go out on the 1st of every month and it’s been taken out today on the 12th! Bloody cowboys. Can never go out on time! @EE

@GeorgeMonbiot This is why I’ll never leave @EE. When my mum died in Morocco, I had to make lots of calls in arranging to take her body back to U.K. I returned to U.K. & they called me asking why my bill had increased bcos it wasn’t like me. I explained to them what happened & offered to pay
-
sharon leyland (@shazzaroo33) reported
@EE Yes still no signal at home what's the latest?
-
George Gregory (@Goldeneyedflyby) reported
@EE Just ignore it chaps. It’s not as If girls football has been artificially inflated and crammed down the throat of every mens fixture just to signal virtues, a lesser game being overblown and over represented, when there’s plenty more worthy causes that could do with the exposure.
-
Nick (@GoatApocalypse) reported
Hi @EE, I've got some significant issues with my broadband dropping out several times a day. I was due to have an engineer out a while ago but I then got COVID; is there a way to restart this process please?

Hey @EE, I’ve been without broadband for three days. The resolution time keeps moving and no further clarification of what the fault is? Will I have any sort of reimbursement as this is getting ridiculous?
