  @EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

  @CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking.   @LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.
