@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

@EE But I'm not an EE customer, it was booked through Samsung, the exact fault was on the repair report, a hardware issue. The guy at the store says they have it all the time, so surely someone at EE should let Samsung know that they can't repair phones at that store
