@EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

@EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

@NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going into contract with @EE on TV & Broadband. I was miss sold on their call of which they now have no recording of. Leaving me with the only option to cancel free of charge, rather than just including Netflix that was offered 👍🏻 steer clear

So sad coming back to uk and finding the usual abismal mobile network speeds, having just come back from island in the med with great reception even indoors. @EE cant even cover the area where we live outdoors, never mind how much we have to pay here too!
