  • chrisahamer Christopher A. Hamer (@chrisahamer) reported from Paddington, England

@EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

  • DrunkRes Mark M (@DrunkRes) reported from Camden Town, England

@mrcjmartin And according to @ee no. Single sim only which doesn’t help if one wants to run a work Sim and personal sim on the same phone. 🤯

  • MAsgharButt2 Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England

@TerrySpringer19 @EE My own personal phone and Sim cards. Still down.

  • elusivemoment Maya Stone (@elusivemoment) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.

  • A_L_REID ALRII (@A_L_REID) reported from Islington, England

Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

  • Will527 William Clark (@Will527) reported from London, England

@EE Hello EE. I am desperate to move from @VodafoneUK as after 4 weeks they still can’t connect my Apple Watch series 4 to a data plan! Can you help. I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. @Apple your product is being compromised by your contract with @VodafoneUK.

  • mrdavidnunn David Nunn (@mrdavidnunn) reported from London, England

@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

  • Borja_Bilbao Borja Bilbao (@Borja_Bilbao) reported from Hounslow, England

@EE Just looking for a network provider that works. Seems obvious but sometimes it isn't... I'm checking options in the next few days.

  • benwood Ben Wood (@benwood) reported from Paddington, England

@drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

  • vladyhell Vladimir Sivc (@vladyhell) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Lol! I've tried everything including switching it on and off. Apparently it's a service fault in the local area :(

  • FraserHardy_uk Fraser Hardy (@FraserHardy_uk) reported from City of London, England

@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

  • Karen_1979 Karen (@Karen_1979) reported from Wandsworth, England

Why do I always have signal problems with @EE takes me ages to get on the internet and don't get me started with phone calls it's not really worth me making one.

  • MAsgharButt2 Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England

@EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

@mouthwaite @EE I am with you. Coverage great but customer service is not great. O2 coverage getting better, customer service is great.

  • wildkatuk Wildkat IT (@wildkatuk) reported

@EE Hi, any idea when the mobile network will be back up and running in NE6 2TQ? I've just moved here and there's been barely any signal and internet access is impossible. Network checker says there's an issue but it doesn't give much info.

  • lensflairfilms @lensflairfilms (@lensflairfilms) reported

@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Very harsh Faye. If you pay for a service, then you expect that. More so as a loyal customer. You work for EE?

  • Duchess379 Michelle Rutherford (@Duchess379) reported

@mouthwaite @EE I dropped EE when I had major issues getting a 4g signal in Central London on a daily basis. I'm now with Voxi who piggy back on Vodafone 👍🏼

  • LorettaScaccia Loretta Scaccia (@LorettaScaccia) reported

@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Covid has become the be word excuse for bad customer service. There is no excuse for bad service from a tech company - everyone can and is working from home. It’s not like it’s a cafe.

  • wm4175 Steve James (@wm4175) reported

@mouthwaite @EE It must be wonderful to be so privileged that you expect better service than us hoi poloi oiks. I’ve been with ee for ever and never had any problems with service or upgrades etc. Perhaps it’s because I’m nice to them?

  • adam_scott7 Adam Scott (@adam_scott7) reported

@EE are an absolute shambles. Never had so many issues with a network. Dreadful
