    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    @EE One of the worst companies I have dealt with and owned by BT too Loyalty to them appears to mean not one jot But loyalty is a 2 way door so I'll let my dreadful contract run out & walk away All they do is take take take #shockingcustomercare @MartinSLewis @BriTisHTeleCOmz

    @EE shocking customer service. My complaint has been going on for weeks now and your staff are refusing to let me discuss with a manager. Not what I expected from EE.

    @EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

    @EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why can’t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

    @EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

    So @EE Im an unhappy customer I pay circa £50 a month for a mediocre phone & contract I have 11 months left on my contract & feel Im being taken for granted Im very dissapointed & dissatisfied I would not recommend your company Do the right thing #MobilePhones #EE #poorservice

    @EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

    @EE absolutely shocking service held for 40 to speak to someone that was not interested in keeping my custom. Filed a complaint told 72 hours for a manager to get back to me. No managers able to talk to me today??Can’t look back any further than 12 months on my account pointless

    @thewrite_one @EE At least you got your signal back. Have been waiting since Tuesday for mine to return. My luck that EE and 3 which is my other network to fail and the others to work properly..ahem.

    @EE i work 5 days a week 10 hours a day at CA20 1PG and can never get any signal or make any calls while at work! Using all my data switching on and off from aeroplane mode to try get some signal!

    @EE You replied a day late I got it sorted yesterday after 6th attempt of calling, sorry but customer service isn’t great recently at EE someone needs to get things sorted before things get even worse & you start losing customers you might provide amazing coverage but support is 👎

    @EE So I’m going to get a pac number and find a new mobile provider I’ll take the £750 hit on the chin. But poor, poor, poor beyond belief, very disappointed as a long standing and loyal customer of decades, should be treated this way!
