    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

    @ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

    @EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

    @EE can you please explain why when you try and load the page for upgrades there is always a problem saying it can't be found. I'm due for an upgrade and at the moment I can't see what deal I may want

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @EE I’m in a rental where broadband is included so I don’t have my own account, therefore can’t get through either online or by phone. Can you confirm whether the problem is supposed to have been fixed?

    @EE I just had the worst customer service ever over the phone, with one employee he wasn't even paying attention to what I was talking about and was very persistent on selling me a broadband rather than interested in upgrading my contract!! EE what happened!?

    @EE hi my partner got a new phone today, his sim does not work and he cannot even contact via phone as it isn’t registering. He needs his phone for work and this has been an ongoing issue for 4hrs now

    @EE Just has to be the most incompetent service in the UK. They just can't seem to get anything right, been on the phone for 52 minutes so far, been through 4 departments, none of them can sort a simple moving procedure because they say there is an order outstanding, there isn't!

    @EE absolutely crap, can't login into the App, can't log in to the website either, change password get a code enter code and blows me out saying code is invalid, been like this for a week now, I can see why people leave EE....how can this be fixed as need app for data monitoring
