lil moe (@moexdot) reported@EE recently my wifi has been pretty bad, even with the ethernet connection, i have been experiencing very bad latency for no reason. I average around 150 ping and sometimes even getting over 500! Usually i get around 10-15? this is around the wd25 area

I asked about the problem a couple month ago and was told a mast was under maintenance and would be sorted after a week.

francis mccarthy (@frannymc67) reported@hatemornings @EE I've found with ee over the years if you request your pac code someone phones you within 10 minutes. They fall over backwards then to sort problem out . Hope this helps .👍
