@EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

@EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

@EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

@EE I ordered my new Galaxy S21 Ultra on August 28th, I specifically chose silver as I didn’t want to wait for delivery, however I am still waiting for an update regarding a delivery date. This is consecutive upgrades that I’ve had issues receiving a phone now.

@tescomobile 4g download speed = 1.70mbps compared to 3g download speed of 3.40mbps. Very poor. Switched from @EE which is now looking like a mistake #slow4g

Jesus @EE what is the hold up? When I track my order its still telling me , your in stock phone is confirmed' if its in stock why have I still not got it after almost 2 weeks? Very poor service embarrassing for you I think. Best coverage , maybe but best at getting phones out?
