  @EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

  When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

  @EE its been 7 days since you guys turned off our fibre broadband for no reason (paying customers)! I'm running out of data hotspotting my phone just to work. We paid for a fibre upgrade in March, you only JUST installed it last Tuesday, 3 days later you switched it off. Help!

  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.
