  @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

  Contract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.

  Appalling service from @EE who have TWICE in the space of 4 weeks dispatched equipment to addresses I don’t live at. Including today two hours after being assured no equipment would be sent. After years of recommending service I am now doing the opposite. Avoid!!

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service
