Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Misled by 150 agents, sent to a store that doesn't do repairs, then refused a warranty fix at Liverpool One for "dents" Samsung confirmed are fine. 2yo in tow, wasted train fare, and now your email bounces. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.
