    Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    7.30pm now & no call back from @EE. EE is probably better than some, but their service has deteriorated in every sense. So little seems to work properly now. Dread phoning any call centre. Covid is used as an excuse for delays, but systems were increasingly dysfunctional before.

    @MartinSLewis Using my daughters account as I dont have one. Trying to end @EE contract as I cant afford monthly bill. the exit amount equates £251.61. If I cant afford the monthly bill how can I afford this? Feel like I'm held hostage by them. HELP!! trying to switch to BT.

    @EE you are making me feel like a problem customer and I only swapped to your network less than a week ago. I have already made at least 3/4 calls in that time about contract issues. Now I am having connection issues. This is not even funny anymore #joke #notfunny
