@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

Hello @EE what's happened to the 4g in Twickenham? I waited all morning for my GP to call me on the phone and when she finally did. Twice the connection was so bad she couldn't hear me answer so hung up! My data has been slow all morning🤬

@EE How I wish I had went @EE with my Mrs and son and hadn’t stuck with @VodafoneUK Been in Wales and then Morecambe for 2 consecutive weeks and their 4g signal much better. Just about to go to Mull and finding they have better signal here too And you charge less

@OpenreachHelp Hello, you are the provider for our @EE broadband. Internet has been down in the CM1 area for approx 4 hours. The green light on the router was flashing, now it’s a steady yellow. The LOS on the wall box is red. Have restarted it a few times but still the same.
