@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

@EE I been a loyal customer for 16years I had an emergency and called Jamaica yesterday. Re then restricted my phone lines (I have two contacts with them one for myself and the other for my daughter) after calling them this morning they have said I was on the phone for almost.

@Yaco1872 @bt_uk @EE This happened to me and I called BT. They couldn’t refund me electronically but sent me a cheque for The money that I had in credit on my BT account. However, I wished I never moved across because the EE broadband service is appalling!
