@EE #customer don’t fall for “good morning and all that rubbish “we care I don’t think so trust me I got ripped off and they (EE)don’t even acknowledge fact that I was ripped off months after months. Stay away and go for Vodaphone or even lyca. P😎

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

Order a new iPhone 14 Pro from @EE and get a message saying 'THANKS. PLEASE CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR ORDER' (charming right?). Call up their support line as instructed and have been stuck on hold for 45 minutes and counting.... @EE is this really deemed as good customer service?
