    @EE Hi, you just cancelled my Visual VM after new sim.I have deleted the text but I got a message to contact my voicemail at this number right afterwards 0982 652 3214.A recorded message said this will cost you £6, I hung up. can I cancel the charges? Can’t get thru on phone/chat

    @EE I switched to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess out of a simple transaction. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. EE caused me a lot of trouble

    @VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

    @EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?

    @EE I switched from 3 to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess of the deal. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

    @EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @gempopmoo I’ve now got an unlimited mobile data package with @EE On my mobile I don’t need the above service any more glad to be rid of them just awaiting a envelope so I can send equipment back. B.

    Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

    @EE Why are you charging me for using my home phone when I've never used it? You suggest I've called a mobile which I have not and I don't recognise the number. If I was to call anyone I'd use my mobile. My landline is only used for incoming calls from my elderly parents

    @EE We know the cell site is down I pay for a mobile phone so don’t have a landline so there is no diagnostics to be done

    Which marketing *** decided that if we're going round to mum and dad for #Christmas we're #guesting? It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.
