Hugo Slime (@HugoSlime) reported from Walthamstow, EnglandSo after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice
-
Simon Archer (@BelvedereVicar) reported from Crayford, England@minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.
-
Sandra Dibble (@Dibbssa) reported from Walthamstow, England@EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.
-
Matt Bond (@MattBondVocal) reported from Camberwell, EnglandIn other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.
-
PapaQ69 (@AddicksGlenn69) reported from Bromley, England@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil
-
Stephen Hines (@hines_stephen) reported from Hackney, England@EE I keep getting black Friday offers from you, but the best broadband speed you can currently do for me (in #London) is an embarrassingly slow 16Mb Will you hold the offer until you can do something decent speedwise?

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Peter Hunter (@peterhunter1233) reported@MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.
-
Charlotte Bailey (@CEBailey1) reported@EE Is there a problem with the eu passes? I purchased one hours ago and it is still not working
-
Not Now Dave (@not_now_dave) reportedMy broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one
-
Natasha (@NatashaB819) reported@EE We did a home move 2 years ago and have so far had no issues, other than the extortionate price we’ve been paying! The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time
-
Dr Paulette D. Wisdom Toppin (@consultwisdom) reported@EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.
-
Andrew Parmenter (@AndyP1982) reported@EE why can a new customer get a deal £10 a month cheaper than someone who has been a customer for nearly 5 years? Where is the customer loyalty? I’ve now signed up to @virginmedia #customerlost #customergained
-
DR (@ulookingatmefu) reported@EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted
-
Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported@EE Your network coverage in and around Darlington town centre has been absolutely abysmal for months now. I have been with Orange / EE for over 27 years and I’ve never been closer to leaving.
