Now I have the truly truly shit @EE freeview package (literally the worst selection of channels on earth but boy is it cheap broadband) I only watch the main 5 channels or SVOD. W, Dave, ITV2 etc are dead to me

I was told by @EE there is music channels and also told them my Dad pays for a Netflix for me which gives us 4K and no adverts, they said I can just sign in with that. It says EE don’t have screen sharing so it asked me to £13 to pay on top. I’ve placed Cancelation now 😞

@EE "We aim to provide a wonderful service to all our customers" what a joke that is when ringing to ask how to switch off voice mail - the call centre handler said"Our system has just crashed I'll call you back." Of course the call never came.

@EE Hi, EE text me earlier to advise they have updated my network settings. Since then, my phone will not connect to mobile data. I rang for help, and my account went from having 66GB of data to 0. My WiFi call is also no longer working and now have no signal to call back

@EE you have let me down big time. Before going abroad to India I even called customer services to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. Landed and I couldn't choose the pack inwasbtold I could. No one from the UK could call me. Even after calling you from India, let down again
