    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

    @EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

    @EE went to ur Croydon shop to get an new iPhone. After 1.5 hours of going through the process (as a poor trainee was having difficulty) we were told we couldn’t get one.The manager Daniela didn’t give an apology&was extremely rude. Thanks for wasting our Sunday. Shocking service

    Since @EE put my bill up (WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!) my internet has been VERY slow. Taken 20 minutes to get @primevideouk to load. Then nothing but buffering. @BBCiPlayer is STILL loading. Such bullshit!

    @EE Hi. Just purchased the prepaid plans, 15 GB. It worked for 1 hour then it stopped working and I received texts that I have to recharge to use the internet. I tried resetting network but still nothing happened.

    @EE I was on live chat with one of your rep, Dilip. Was absolutely horrid & like a bot. No decency or sympathy. Just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. He even said contact us again when you go overdue on your bill. Help should be provided b4 this happens.
