    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE I have - eventually - but why are still sending threatening letters to people who don’t even exist? You’ve been told twice before and nobody listens. What kind of customer service is that?

    Hi @EE, I was on Orange since I started using mobile phones and switched to you almost as soon as you took them over. But I will switch service provider immediately if I hear of one EE advert placed on that channel. #DontFundGBNews

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    @EE I bought a new tv from your store less than 4 months ago. Today I’ve noticed that it would appear the there is already issues. There’s visible cloudy marks on the screen that looks like smears marks. This would usually indicate a faulty screen. How do I get this addressed?

    @EE why oh why can’t you provide the same broadband service as I had with BT. It’s been beset with problems since I changed over. I’ve already had to have a replacement hub because it wasn’t broadcasting Wi-Fi. The service keeps either slowing down so much that it’s taking a minute or 2 to load. I work from home a lot of the week.
