If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

@EE Your services are ****. I have been following up on my refund but everytime the customer care or the store person give me some bullshit reason and send me home. U guys already took 60 pounds for me and then on 23rd of June a new bill gonna come and again I have to pay for
