@EE's broadband: TERRIBLE DON'T GET IT, JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET IT. I'm actually sick of them and my dad, refused to leave them because they're cheap and stuck us with shitty broadband again for 2 years 🙃🥴🙃 #FixMyBroadbandEE

  • adebradley Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England

@pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE Also this network (EE) has to improve the signal/coverage at my post code E178SN on 3&4&5G is rubbish for everyone in Walthamstow London

@EE your pay and go price plan are overpriced and very expensive I mean 60GB for £30 is a rip off as with the smarty network price plan at £18 for unlimited everything!!!...

  • jmcomms Jonathan Morris (@jmcomms) reported from Stratford, England

@markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

  • warrenmcgrath1 Warren (@warrenmcgrath1) reported from Bromley, England

    @EE Problem solved since this.

  • AdamJuniper Adam Juniper (@AdamJuniper) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE Hopefully one day this company can lower the cost of the pay and go price plans 60GB Of data at £30 is a very bad deal

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Barnet, England

@EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@drunkensquib @EE Got no definitive answer yet unfortunately and I got basically called a liar from one of their "customer service" assistants yesterday. Not a happy bunny with @EE atm!

  • lizzychapman23 Liz Chapman (@lizzychapman23) reported

Wasn’t informed that the watch had been paid off or anything. Awful by @EE

  • DitheringIdiot matthew hunt (@DitheringIdiot) reported

@EE I’ve just tried it on Chrome and Firefox and get the same issues.

  • CraigHa95502549 Craig Harper (@CraigHa95502549) reported

@EE Three is a lot cheaper than EE, since I’ve switched I’ve never had any signal issues. When BT took you over your prices got too expensive.

  • DitheringIdiot matthew hunt (@DitheringIdiot) reported

@EE why is your website so broken? Most links loop on themselves, or I get told to call 150

  • LesseJingard McShane SZN 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@LesseJingard) reported

@ShaunPi73634082 @EE Nobody tells you not to support Spurs just because they're **** compared to Bayern Munich

  • jlb26_ jodie 🧣 (@jlb26_) reported

@abbiecops @EE that’s disgraceful customer service to not even make an attempt to contact you to warn or explain to you??? if you can i’d go to a store asap and speak to someone in person!

  • lizzychapman23 Liz Chapman (@lizzychapman23) reported

What a joke @EE are. I was paying for my Apple Watch on my phone contract. Rang them up earlier to see why my phone bill had been so high recently, as I’ve changed to sim only. Turns out my watch contract finished months ago but they carry on taking payments unless you cancel.

  • Kezzafooluv kezzafooluv (@Kezzafooluv) reported

@PhilMitchell83 @EE I'm leaving EE after being with them since their birth, now I'm definitely glad I've decided to go elsewhere, all wanted equality, so wtf do men have to do more for women ? Animal farm comes to mind

  • SoobyR RSooby (@SoobyR) reported

@EE Christ another company jumping on the bandwagon. What makes EE think they’re in a position to lecture on societal problems? Just sell your overpriced contracts and shut the front door!
