I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

@EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

I had a contract for @EE for 2 years. I tried to end it after the 2 years, and 1 year later I am being chased by a debit collector for bills I never missed and after being wrongly charged by EE for over 6 months. No resulution they offer stands for more than a week. Stay away

@EE I can’t even describe how frustrated and upset this community is with EE deciding not to fix our mast. NINE weeks so far. Do we have to go to ITV and BBC with this? I don’t think you deserve to get any business at all. Stop spending my money on Kevin Bacon adverts.
