    @EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

    @drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

    @EE your customer service is great when entering a new contract but when I opted to exercise my rights under the 14 day cooling off law I experienced defensive, rude and inconsiderate staff - and you didn’t know you have a shop in enfield....

    @EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

    @EE 😂 ffs, I’ve done the same journey for 11 years using your network & using the same trains as Southeastern are cheap and don’t replace them. It’s your reception that’s gone to 💩 over the past few weeks so please don’t insult my intelligence with this rubbish!

    @EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

    So why is my s21 phone on @EE so crap its never has network cover and when it's dose its **** I wish I change company now iv had this issues from day one and all I get from @EE is everything is fine, well its not so the fast can get away from ee the better.

    @YardleyShooting @EE I'd suggest not tieing yourself into another contract. Most operators have contract free or '1-month' SIM only deals often more attractive than their tied contracts but 1st. identify which networks have a good signal where you want them.

    @YardleyShooting @EE Try Webchat with EE, explain they have duty to provide service under section 50 of CRA 2015. Tell them they have breached contract then make the request to provide the service paid for but for inconvenience they must provide you with a reasonable discount. enforce your rights

    @EE Why is it that the 5g signal drops out regularly through the night leaving just a 3G signal? I’m located half a mile from your head office in Hatfield….

    @EE I have to say as maddening as being without broadband was (with the additional problem of never being able to get a phone signal in my flat), EE bods were helpful & supportive. And honest if they didn't think they could solve the issue!
