    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE Good Morning - I am receiving mail from EE fo a customer named Anthony Razmos. The address is my home for past 20 years and I do not know any Mr. Razmos. My house is the only property in post code SL1 8DG so there must be an error on your database. How can this be corrected?
