    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    @EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

    @EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

    I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    Take note UK mobile networks particularly @VodafoneUK @ee sorted me out a good deal for a working solution. All @VodafoneUK did was try to check my signal coverage. They don’t understand what the Internet is. RTs appreciated for reach.

    @EE horrific service from EE. My mum has been told she has a £41,000 phone bill after 1 day. They have now blocked mine, my mums and my dad phone whilst we are all abroad. I am abroad by myself now without a working phone. This needs to be sorted ASAP.

    @EE your custserv couldn’t be more interested in me saying I was going to leave because I can get the exact same service (& network) somewhere else for much less! Be a shame to move but if you can’t match/try keep my custom I’ll move all 4 contracts to save at least £80 a month!

    @EE I got a sim deal on both my iPad Apple mini and a sim for the iPhone ( never had one before) 130g slit £29 a month linked accounts, free calls and texts , I do later I promise ha ha
