    @EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    @EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

    @EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

    WELL The EE/BT engineer called to fit new router for Digital phone system but Royal Mail have not delivered it! Meanwhile EE have cut off our landline. What a fiasco. Tracking for Royal Mail parcels is v poor compared to Amazon. @EE

    I have stayed in for hours waiting for Royal Mail parcel Your tracking is so poor. Parcel due yesterday stuck in Leeds @RoyalMail Now EE engineer has been but no equipment, and @EE have switched off our landline.

    @EE so disappointed with not receiving the Xbox Black Friday Deal 2024 fully even now. Paying for game pass when it was included, a gamercard that doesn't work. Be aware if you're considering it this Christmas! All I got was an Xbox + a big bill! #ee #blackfriday #dontbother
