    @MarcAllera @EE please train your staff to trust customers. My device has disappeared in thin air ! It was a gift for my dad and EE team just said I am “demanding” a device when asked for replacement while you investigate. Please sort my problem #CustomerExperience

    @EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

    @EE Sorted now, seemed to be an issue in the York area, had 4 bar 4G but just wouldn’t connect

    @EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

    I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

    @EE The woman @ Southampton (not sure of her accent) needs a bonus or promotion. Since Feb Ive had issues with my pixel 6 no one else has been able to fix at EE or @Google but she figured it out & didnt dismiss me.

    @EE is it possible to actually speak to someone? Consider you’re a communication company it seems pretty impossible at the minute. Cut off on calls and live chat never goes any further then “Aimee”.

    @WrightLights1 @EE I always buy phones outright and then just get a cheap monthly SIM (pay £7 p/mth currently with ID Mobile which has more mins, texts & data than I ever use). Never have a problem porting my number - I think legally they have to let you move it.

    @EE received numerous texts to advise of problems in our area affecting my service which it has done!!. 31/8, 7/9, 14/9, 28/9 18/10, 19/10 and today What is going on and when will this be restored to normal? One or two days is fine but this is becoming tiresome. Thanks

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.
