Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me
-
Cllr Paul Kohler🔶SW19 (@PaulKohlerSW19) reported from Merton, EnglandGiven cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet
-
James C Green (@jamesCgreen93) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@EE very disappointed with your customer service, and to find out you have still been charging me after I requested my contract to be cancelled
-
Lee Robertson FCSI FRSA (@leerobertson64) reported from Camberwell, England@danbowyer @Adobe @EE I think I got more sense out of the bot before an ‘expert’ took over and wasted half my day. Go to the pool chum, make the best out of a bad lot! 😎
-
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England@pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really
-
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.
-
Jade Sharp 👩🏻🦯 (@jadesharp1992) reported from Richmond, England@EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?
-
Lucy Callis (@lcallis) reported from Wandsworth, England@EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!
-
James Meredith (@Jamesmeredith) reported from Camberwell, England@ee #5G #mobile. EE 5G is so bad don’t even waste your money on it. Much worse than 4G. Useless and unusable when you make calls, internet in and around Central London. Totally ****!!
-
Pawlie (@Si11y3gg) reported from Richmond, England@VixSeaman @EE @O2 I’m with o2 also! Was with Three before, but would never bother with EE. I will only do sim only.
-
tamara m (@tamara_mbz) reported from Hammersmith, EnglandHey @ee I keep getting booted offline by my router. And the support line keeps hanging up on me. Help?

-
-
Matthew Sexton (@matt_sexton) reported from Croydon, EnglandFrustrating that you can't disable voicemail on @EE digital voice landline phones. Causing no end of problems with elderly relatives who can't get to the phone before it activates...
-
Chris Mason (@cmaso21) reported from Lambeth, England@EE I am absolutely astounded with the lack of customer service. I have 3 open complaints. Someone needs to contact me quickly as I am absolutely raging. You need to contact me ASAP 😡😡
-
Richard Doré-Boize 🏴 💚💚 & 💙🤍💙 (@Boizey) reported from Epsom, EnglandContract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.
-
gillian nichols counselling (@NicholsGillian) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@Tent_Peg @EE I’m trying to run a business and the network is dropping in and out constantly! I had better signal in Cornwall than I’m getting in Surrey!
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Peter Hunter (@peterhunter1233) reported@MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.
-
Not Now Dave (@not_now_dave) reportedMy broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one
-
Gavin Baxter (@GavinBaxter2) reported@EE @kingseany94 I am in the same position as Sean and now been told it will be 9 days without internet access before an engineer can look at it. Very poor service.
-
Friends Of The Stoop #COYQ 🃏 (@QuinsFOTS) reported@EE And exactly the same thing happens you’ve just given me a different number that does exactly the same thing” Hang up and use our text service” useless
-
TamCFC1888 (@top_timothy) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Can’t disagree. I’m only with them as I have a historic deal they continue to try and get me to move from. I find their customer service poor and their pricing is for phones ridiculously high compared to others. They are the best for coverage but at on that to a ridiculous degree
-
Damon Cochrane (@DamonCochrane1) reported@bt_uk @ee Both My BT or the ee app won't let me track my order. Both apps are crap.
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Michael (@MichaelPyle3) reported@MarkyTalk @EE We’ve just been through this, 11 + years of loyalty. Was offered a crap deal. Only way they could get near, is if we had their broadband. Not interested, just left them, 4 contracts onto ID Mobile.
-
Big Greegsy (@BigGreegsy1) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE O2 moved me over to EE and the signal is shite. Keep losing it everywhere. Awful
-
moonpunk (@moonpunk) reported@tina0402x @EE And actually contrast that with @Three - totally different experience. Not to mention the fact that Three keep ringing me to upsell me stuff - I keep telling them that they have my number because I’m a customer, it’s not their right to abuse it and cold-call me for sales!
