    Yesterday I was mugged in London. Being a young woman without a phone in London is extremely unsafe. At first I didn’t have a phone because I was mugged and now I don’t because of @EE errors. You’ve made being a woman that bit harder today @EE

    @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    @EE The increase inline with everything I get but the extra to help others should be optional. I’m the 3 years of my contract it would result in around £10 more overall then what I signed up for

    @EE checked your coverage checker, my new address is supposed to have excellent 4g coverage outdoors and indoors. This isn’t the case and it is really quite poor.

    @EE God, this is a **** advert. It was **** when I first saw it, and every time it comes up yet again I become more and more happy that I don't use ee any more. Not because the network is ****, it was usually excellent, but because I'm no longer funding shyte like this. FFS.
