    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume itโ€™s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    @EE you have worst costumer service! You decide to deactivate my SIM card without warning, add to borrow a phone to talk with C S . I was told that a SIM card was on the way, THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. @CTSI_UK

    @O2 With all due respect I donโ€™t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure itโ€™s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and Iโ€™ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    Very disappointed with @EE . Have not had any signal at my flat and place of work for nearly a year now . Apparently itโ€™s part of the contract I signed. #fraud

    Contract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.

    @EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @EE's broadband: TERRIBLE DON'T GET IT, JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET IT. I'm actually sick of them and my dad, refused to leave them because they're cheap and stuck us with shitty broadband again for 2 years ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ™ƒ #FixMyBroadbandEE

    I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didnโ€™t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

    @EE Sadly my phone is not receiving calls or sending texts and as your system is down I was informed nothing can be done until late tomorrow at best. No way of contacting to explain problem as no email contact - letter only which you will receive. The day I moved to you was a mistake

    @EE hoodwinked my 83 yo father in law into a new contract making him believe that would solve his signal issues in his home. That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want ยฃ179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.

    @_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same
