@VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

  • EwanJStevenson
Ewan Stevenson (@EwanJStevenson) reported from Merton, England

@EE, why is it that everyday there are problems with your network in SW London? I wake up with texts almost daily!

  • duffshan
Shannon/Sharon (@duffshan) reported from Camberwell, England

@LisaMarie130790 @EE I’m having the same issue can someone please contact me?

  • CorkGourmetGuy
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

  • PaulKohlerSW19
Cllr Paul Kohler🔶SW19 (@PaulKohlerSW19) reported from Merton, England

Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

  • jamesCgreen93
James C Green (@jamesCgreen93) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@EE very disappointed with your customer service, and to find out you have still been charging me after I requested my contract to be cancelled

  • leerobertson64
Lee Robertson FCSI FRSA (@leerobertson64) reported from Camberwell, England

@danbowyer @Adobe @EE I think I got more sense out of the bot before an ‘expert’ took over and wasted half my day. Go to the pool chum, make the best out of a bad lot! 😎

  • adebradley
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England

@pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

  • CorkGourmetGuy
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

  • jadesharp1992
Jade Sharp 👩🏻‍🦯 (@jadesharp1992) reported from Richmond, England

@EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?

  • lcallis
Lucy Callis (@lcallis) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

  • Jamesmeredith
James Meredith (@Jamesmeredith) reported from Camberwell, England

@ee #5G #mobile. EE 5G is so bad don’t even waste your money on it. Much worse than 4G. Useless and unusable when you make calls, internet in and around Central London. Totally ****!!

  • Si11y3gg
Pawlie (@Si11y3gg) reported from Richmond, England

@VixSeaman @EE @O2 I’m with o2 also! Was with Three before, but would never bother with EE. I will only do sim only.

  • tamara_mbz
tamara m (@tamara_mbz) reported from Hammersmith, England

Hey @ee I keep getting booted offline by my router. And the support line keeps hanging up on me. Help?

  • sandy118118
S@NDY🙋‍♀️ (@sandy118118) reported from Croydon, England

@EE hello I’m in Croydon and my reception is really bad a lot of the time. No idea why? My work phone is EE too and cuts out frequently on calls?

  • gary2323
G.Marshall Gleghorn (@gary2323) reported from Merton, England

@EE Is online chat not working

  • matt_sexton
Matthew Sexton (@matt_sexton) reported from Croydon, England

Frustrating that you can't disable voicemail on @EE digital voice landline phones. Causing no end of problems with elderly relatives who can't get to the phone before it activates...

  • cmaso21
Chris Mason (@cmaso21) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE I am absolutely astounded with the lack of customer service. I have 3 open complaints. Someone needs to contact me quickly as I am absolutely raging. You need to contact me ASAP 😡😡

  • Boizey
    Richard Doré-Boize 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 💚💚 & 💙🤍💙 (@Boizey) reported from Epsom, England

Contract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.

  • NicholsGillian
gillian nichols counselling (@NicholsGillian) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@Tent_Peg @EE I’m trying to run a business and the network is dropping in and out constantly! I had better signal in Cornwall than I’m getting in Surrey!

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • peterhunter1233
    Peter Hunter (@peterhunter1233) reported

@MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.

  • not_now_dave
    Not Now Dave (@not_now_dave) reported

My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one

  • GavinBaxter2
    Gavin Baxter (@GavinBaxter2) reported

@EE @kingseany94 I am in the same position as Sean and now been told it will be 9 days without internet access before an engineer can look at it. Very poor service.

  • QuinsFOTS
Friends Of The Stoop #COYQ 🃏 (@QuinsFOTS) reported

@EE And exactly the same thing happens you’ve just given me a different number that does exactly the same thing” Hang up and use our text service” useless

  • top_timothy
    TamCFC1888 (@top_timothy) reported

@MarkyTalk @EE Can’t disagree. I’m only with them as I have a historic deal they continue to try and get me to move from. I find their customer service poor and their pricing is for phones ridiculously high compared to others. They are the best for coverage but at on that to a ridiculous degree

  • DamonCochrane1
    Damon Cochrane (@DamonCochrane1) reported

@bt_uk @ee Both My BT or the ee app won't let me track my order. Both apps are crap.

  • WorbleGames
    Ben (@WorbleGames) reported

@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

  • MichaelPyle3
    Michael (@MichaelPyle3) reported

@MarkyTalk @EE We’ve just been through this, 11 + years of loyalty. Was offered a crap deal. Only way they could get near, is if we had their broadband. Not interested, just left them, 4 contracts onto ID Mobile.

  • BigGreegsy1
    Big Greegsy (@BigGreegsy1) reported

@DerekAllan61 @EE O2 moved me over to EE and the signal is shite. Keep losing it everywhere. Awful

  • moonpunk
    moonpunk (@moonpunk) reported

@tina0402x @EE And actually contrast that with @Three - totally different experience. Not to mention the fact that Three keep ringing me to upsell me stuff - I keep telling them that they have my number because I’m a customer, it’s not their right to abuse it and cold-call me for sales!
