    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    @EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

    @EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

    Yesterday I was mugged in London. Being a young woman without a phone in London is extremely unsafe. At first I didn’t have a phone because I was mugged and now I don’t because of @EE errors. You’ve made being a woman that bit harder today @EE

    @EE on hold to customer service for 20 minutes, then when it’s answered they immediately hang up. Ahhhh! No wonder there’s “high volume” on your cancellations line (Not me being a Karen 👀)

    @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    @EE I recently bought a 200gb standard offer and added a student discount. Email confirmation was sent and I called and they Kept telling me there’s an issue with the system and your student discount won’t work even though I have a screenshot receipt of it going through. (1)

    @EE bordering on 4 weeks now for abysmal network signal. when is this going to be rectified! your network checker "we're not sure how long its going to take to fix it" doesn't really cut it. Could have thrown a new mast up by now if that's the issue. please help!

    @EE I'm going to be cancelling both my EE and BT lines in January (because you'll have broken the contract) and at the end of my contract respectively. Not staying with a company that wants to rip off their customers

    @EE Yes, everything was sorted. A seven minute call took 30 minutes. It smarts a little. I was ringing to cancel the broadband.

    Switching to @EE? worst thing ive ever done. Sent my phone to get a battery replacement, bc apparently its acceptable for the battery health to be 86% (not even had the phone for a year) and theyve not found anything because they cba to check the settings. Absolutely disgraceful
