About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.
