    @EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

    @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

    @EE HiGlen. I got the watch order changed so that’s sorted. When in the last 12 or even 24 months have you not been busy? That’s my issue. Either the management need to fix it or stop making excuses.

    @EE I don’t see the point in DMing I called three weeks back and waited a long time to get through - lots of residents have called. EE said there is a mast down in Beaconsfield, Bucks. It has been down for weeks and they don’t know when it will be fixed.

    @EE Phone stolen Thursday, reported Friday, sim was supposed to arrive Saturday but "if not definitely Monday". Still not here. Can't call for obvious reasons. Can anyone help?
