    @EE Very disappointed with your female members of staff today Feltham store. Rude & confrontational demanding that I respect her when she wasn't listening to my issue. You need to update your website to say that store collections need valid photo ID. You're loosing 4 contracts.

    @EE I have been a customer for the last 20 years, I like to remain one but I feel to protect our democracy itโ€™s important not to support those that aim to destroy it. That can be achieved by not advertising with them so please #DontFundGBNews

    @EE although I have had the Welcome texts from 150 on my iPad so I can definitely get texts from you, itโ€™s just the MyEE registration code thatโ€™s not come through, although your colleague did help me top up by debit card over the phone which seems to have worked OK. 2/2

    @EE Hi. My broadband home service suddenly stopped working. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone line. I have a deadline soon, I really need my service restored. It is very frustrating to have such an unreliable service.

    Dear @EE Itโ€™s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems Iโ€™m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe youโ€™ll say your network is faster? if so Iโ€™ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!

    @EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

    @EE Hi just an update, I spoke with one of your Newcastle based colleagues around 11am this morning and she said she would send me a code in an email so I could access the MyEE service in order to top up data on my iPad, Iโ€™ve still not received this code either via text or email 1/2

    @EE there's a problem with your app AGAIN .... Please dont tell me to contact you as all ee tell me is it'll be back up and running in 24 hrs ... this is avweekly occurance. Think you need better IT to run your app

    @EE Been trying to get onto the app for hours but keep getting told something is wrong, almost impossible to talk to anyone as there's no option on the helpline. Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

    @EE how about getting your door to door sales people to show their ID before telling them they need to check their broadband speed!! Especially with the elderly. Bad practice.

    @EE I can do that but I terminated the call. In the meantime I have a problem of getting sensible information from EE about my broadband. There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?
