    @EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @EE That ship has sailed. After a huge amount of grief and calls etc one of your top managers told me and I quote "you'd be better off with another provider, our signal is poor in your area" Bit late when I had upgraded with various promises. Next contract due I'm off
