    @EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

    @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

    After 11 years with @O2 they are really trying my patience today.. I’ve been a loyal customer and honestly upgrading has been horrendous with you.. I think @EE might be my new home from today

    @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

    @EE thanks guys. Sent me a new phone. Not moved my number across properly and when I’ve called this morning to get it sorted they’ve turned off my contract so I now have no signal. The call cut dead. Help required URGENTLY!

    @EE absolutely disgusting service! Cancelled a new contract and you are still trying to take the money from my account when I don’t have the phone!! Stroud store staff awful customer service from Rowan and Ryan.. don’t return calls and issue not resolved.

    @EE I know there’s an issue in Waverley station (where I work) but I used to pick up 5G at Dalmeny, Hermiston Gait and Straiton areas of the city, yet today it’s only been 4G. I reset my network settings the other day like you told me.. still nothing!
