    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

    @EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

    @EE Up the bandwidth to high congestion areas. I'm not up for workarounds just because you are not delivering the service I am paying for...... Seems to me you guys and BT your owners are let off the bandwidth hook too often

    @EE Hello, there are still continued issues. As outlined in my original tweet it's the ongoing nature of the problems that is my biggest issue. For example another 'Problem near home' text arrived on Tuesday and still not had confirmation that it's been resolved.

    @EE EE 5G Coverage In Edinburgh Last Q4 Of 2022 Since EE 5G Service was first launched on 30th May 2019 in Edinburgh it was limited. Now going forward 3 and half years later, there's very little improvement. You still can't get 5G service in quiet a lot places around city centre

    @O2 I live in N Cornwall and your network is so poor here. You boast about 5G and I’m lucky if I get 3G. I’m paying handsomely for a service you can’t deliver. Wish I chose @EE now. Really terrible customer service as well. Not happy. Sort it out.

    @EE Hi EE. Sorry for not getting back sooner. I called up later that day and it was related to the PAYG customers all losing connection that morning. The person on the phone was helpful in pushing a network settings update that fixed it for me and others in the situation he spoke to

    @EE signal has been appalling 4 around2months.Its gone from being able to make&take calls anywhere2not being able to in my home at all now!I’ve been told a mast has burnt down in North Shields-is this the problem?Haven’t been able to get through to speak to anyone!Please advise!

    @PoetessJess @EE @O2 Every networks going to have good and bad areas, but o2 in the south east is horrid. Even the employee at the Bluewater was amazed on how bad my iPhone 13 was running!!!
