    @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

    @EE I switched from 3 to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess of the deal. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

    @EE Very disappointed with your female members of staff today Feltham store. Rude & confrontational demanding that I respect her when she wasn't listening to my issue. You need to update your website to say that store collections need valid photo ID. You're loosing 4 contracts.

    @VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like Iโ€™ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

    @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE weโ€™ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still canโ€™t watch what we pay for โ€ฆ & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

    @ee Why can I not get 5G+ access on we business sim only. Just upgraded only to find out that even on an all-rounder tariff you cannot have access. I will have to cancel this upgrade and move network after 30 years (orange to ee account).

    @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.
