    @EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

    @drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.

    @EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

    @EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

    Why do I always have signal problems with @EE takes me ages to get on the internet and don't get me started with phone calls it's not really worth me making one.

    @EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

    Hey @EE Right now, 21:35 on a Friday evening, in the centre of Truro, this is the appalling state of my 4G connection. This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

    @EE I have spent weeks trying to support an adult child with SEN to sort a debt mess. He has a repayment plan which he is paying but you keep demanding another sum which when we complained you told him to ignore. Now you are again threatening to cancel the plan and causing 1/2

    @bt_uk can you please explain to me why when we had the bot hub we NEVER ever had an issue but since this @EE Hub has been here we simply cannot get stable connection. Shambles and will be cancelling. #Wifi

    @EE its not me, it's You, the change to the Full Works inclusives 1 just 1, which you get with the All Round cheaper, and forcing us to take Roaming. It's a no, so after being with you since the Samsung S1. Its over. And to try charge me Double what O2 is. and be rude.
