In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

@ee I’ve got to be honest. For a company that claims to have the best speeds in the uk, your internet is atrocious. Even Vodafone has been better. I’ve been using mobile for years and recently bought your broadband and was the biggest mistake. Awful coverage.

@EE what a truly awful shocking company you are to get hold of. I am a home 4G broadband customer and there is no way I can contact you through any of your automated services because they all ask for my EE mobile number. I don’t have an EE mobile, FFS.

@EE Disgraceful customer service from @EE unable to help, unable to call you back, despite spending numerous hours calling them. Unable to escalate to a manager as apparently managers don’t take calls. Waiting on insurance claim for 3 days despite paying for next day replacement.
