@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

@EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

@EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

I’m sorry to say that @EE Broadband have completely let us down. They promised us our internet would be back up and running today, but turns out they lied! I would highly recommend that people who are from 🇬🇧 do not trust a word this ISP says and we will be looking to change provider ASAP after this complete debacle. 👎 We’ll be back with @lorebeforeloot as soon as they sort the issue out. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and the delay to our journey. 😭

@EE how do I talk to a human? Want to set up a plan on PAYG but website doesn't work when adding a card. Ring 150 and there is no option to buy a plan with rolling DD. So frustrating, this should be easy!
