    Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

    Since @EE put my bill up (WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!) my internet has been VERY slow. Taken 20 minutes to get @primevideouk to load. Then nothing but buffering. @BBCiPlayer is STILL loading. Such bullshit!

    So many people griping about this and that so I have a compliment instead. Giving old phone to friend - not used it in ages. Finally tracked down it was locked to @EE and thought ‘Oh oh trouble!’ Went to website - job done in less than a minute. Thank you!

    @EE hi there I have 2 phones with contract but both are not receiving mobile data. I have tried Calling 150 and got automatic answer ran test and said no issues????

    @EE I will leave EE after a very long time. I have anytime upgrade and the deals are woefully poor. Being a new customer is better than the trade ins and ever increasing price rises. No loyalty to long standing customers .

    @EE I (and neighbours) have tried multiple broadband providers including EE, VF, TalkTalk .. all are shockingly poor due to old copper infrastructure that OpenReach seem incapable of updating. 5g is my only hope. So .. when? DM me and I will provide my location

    @EE I don't think I will bother. I know too much about the service levels of EE. But if you find you've bought too many I will happily take one of your hands if you need to reduce stocks.
