  @EE I switched from 3 to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess of the deal. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

  @EE I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by the service my elderly mother has received. This situation is causing her considerable stress. Calling 150 and every other route we’ve tried just sends us round in circles, with seemingly no way to speak to a human being :(
