@vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

@EE Up until about 10 minutes ago I was quite happy with EE did a great upgrade deal yesterday over the phone for an s23 got an email this morning say my iPhone 14 Max have been sent out and the rental instead of £47 a month what is going to be £56 so I've had to call up and cancel

@EE fraud has been committed on my account twice in a month. I've raised it numerous times, raised a complaint which I've been text has been closed. no one has been in touch, no one can properly advise on how to stop it. As one of "best customer service" beyond disappointed.
