  @EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

  @EE Mobile broadband in East Ayrshire is down! (KA3). Your site says ‘recent problems, now fixed…’. They aren’t! Was promised 30mb signal, but get 5-10mb 90% of time, with regular crashes to 1-2mb. Not even close to good enough…

  @EE I’ve been to 5 very large music festivals this summer & have only been able to get a stable connection at 1 (Glastonbury obviously) whilst others have had absolutely no issue on 3, Vodafone & O2. You used to be really good! Leaving when this contract is over soon
