  • Kelly_Hopkins
Hoppy (@Kelly_Hopkins) reported from Ealing, England

Afternoon. @EE anyway of checking stock at stores as they never answer the phone!

  • Hewete
Hewete Haileselassie (@Hewete) reported from Paddington, England

@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

  • 221Sociopath
Steve Fisher (@221Sociopath) reported from Brentford, England

I’ve had dial-up modem speeds faster than Three’s 4G network. Can’t wait to get back to @EE

  • geometric
Geo (@geometric) reported from Kensington, England

    @lilsusie @henry_cuddles @EE @ThreeUK It’s not a bad network! Just doesn’t do what I want

  • prasulm
PM 🇺🇦 (@prasulm) reported from Brentford, England

@VodafoneUK terrible reception. Down for two days Thankfully I could patch of the powerful @EE network.

  • geometric
Geo (@geometric) reported from Paddington, England

@ZenofyMedia @lilsusie @henry_cuddles @EE @ThreeUK Idk how many times I need to say I don’t want sim only and want to be with an actual network 😭

  • Streethats
Deborah Brown 🇪🇺 (@Streethats) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE morning... can't login to my account... any issues?

  • anit3
Anit (@anit3) reported from Brentford, England

Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

  • NeilHigley
Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England

@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

  • pheauteau
Gavin Wrigley (@pheauteau) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE 5G. Download speeds looking good. So why are upload speeds comparatively slow? I’m getting faster uploads on 4G!

  • chrisahamer
Christopher A. Hamer (@chrisahamer) reported from Paddington, England

@EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

  • KarenPurvis123
Karen Purvis (@KarenPurvis123) reported from Paddington, England

@EE You have totally wasted my time and cost me more money. I have been a loyal customer and I am a very unsatisfied customer today!

  • _akhi_younes
chamapagneakhii🇾🇪🇸🇩 (@_akhi_younes) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE your WiFi is terrible I hate you I’ve been watching the loading screen for last half hour

  • anit3
Anit (@anit3) reported from Brentford, England

@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

  • MAsgharButt2
Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England

@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

  • MissShannyToms
Shanny (@MissShannyToms) reported from Brentford, England

@EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

  • kearneykd
Kieran (@kearneykd) reported from Brentford, England

@EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

  • jamesvertigan
James Vertigan (@jamesvertigan) reported from Ealing, England

@EE Hi just an update, I spoke with one of your Newcastle based colleagues around 11am this morning and she said she would send me a code in an email so I could access the MyEE service in order to top up data on my iPad, I’ve still not received this code either via text or email 1/2

  • Mohamed87268245
Mohamed Mahdi (@Mohamed87268245) reported from Brentford, England

@EE When I phoned EE, I was told they need 3 days to fix the problem; pathetic

  • JakeyKing
    Jake King (@JakeyKing) reported

@DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately

  • shaundadams
    Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported

@EE This ain’t going to work. I’ve tried that number and end up in an automated queue. I provided my contact details to allow EE to contact me. Instead I am doing the chasing over an issue I have shown is not what is claimed. I look forward to hearing from you, please!

  • tankie76
    Linda Rogers (@tankie76) reported

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.

  • shawtty64
    Me (@shawtty64) reported

@EE your app is down AGAIN ...

  • wclifton968
    W. Clifton (@wclifton968) reported

@AlanHeycock @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE 1p Mobile is ran by Utility Warehouse, a Mutli-Level Marketing company, which is great if you want to support a business less trustworthy than BT/EE.

  • shmug83
    Shmug🤫 (@shmug83) reported

  • mark_allen02
    mark allen (@mark_allen02) reported

@ee our broadband doesn't work, trying to get you to help, get routed to diagnostic bot then told this may incur a charge. Surely this isn't right?

  • 14EZA
    Eza (@14EZA) reported

@EE it is absolutely staggering at how incompetent your company is at this point and how badly you treat your customers! Miss selling me products on multiple occasions and despite offering me a refund, i haven’t received it, and funnily enough now there is no record of my refund

  • HollyGaze
    Holly Gaze (@HollyGaze) reported

@EE Shocking customer service. Have had my time wasted with misinformation and now I have to pay extra for my broadband because of this. I have been with EE for years. No customer loyalty. I do not recommend.

  • DinaGlyphs
    Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported

@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
