    @EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

    @EE Finally out of the store! Tablets/system.. they had to switch to the main computer but that was slow too.. think it was credit check was slow or problematic because it wasn’t working on the tablet 2/3 times.

    @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

    @EE morning team, I ordered the 24 month Xbox digital with Game Pass and an EE Game card which was delivered yesterday, but I’ve only received the console. No Game Pass or EE Game card, no emails regarding them either. Tried to call and looked online but unable to obtain support.

    @EE According to your coverage checker the coverage is currently great, which obviously is not true. The barman in the pub I was in confirmed that the mobile signal in the vicinity is poor.
