@EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

@EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.

What a joke @EE have become. Ordered & paid for new phone/contract on 17/5 and since heard nothing. Went into branch and told to call 150. Tried and NEVER get an answer. Ok,so got no choice but to leave. #shambles

@EE your service doesn’t improve it get worse on the train service from Brighton to London. It use to be unreliable along that route. It’s now unusable. Daily. Just unusable.

Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

@EE Yes. I have just come off the phone. From your guys now. I was recommended to go to Google as they would possibly swap the phone as it was faulty. Problem is the phone rebooted whilst the lady was talking to a manager at google. Now I can't get back in tough with Google

Would love to know how @EE are justifying their 9% price increase (3.9% above inflation), I couldn't believe the email I just received 🙃 I've been on the receiving end of calls about this when I used to work for them but I've never seen this much of a price rise

@EE I just don't like the idea of the phone being opened that's the factory seal gone. It's never the same after that. I just want a replacement. It's 3 months in and been like it since the start. I'm just fed up. I just need to check my rights as I know the terms have changed.

Just got a lovely text from @EE reminding me my contract is up in May and I can upgrade early. Great I thought so off I pop to the website to check the offers available. What a load of crap ! Not one appealing deal and all way over priced. Guess who’s not renewing !!

@EE Don't ever go EE contract, I got the s20 the lens broke and they wouldn't fix it, nor would Samsung had 24 months with a broken camera screen, always buy a second hand on market place and the lowest price sim only poss 👍

@iD_Mobile_UK @N_Damms @EE Have you tried Smarty Mobile , if can't get approved with ID. Get same coverage as both use Three network. You simply set up your debit card to take the money for the chosen plan at start of 30 day period, no contract either! I used before ID Mobile and were good.
