They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

Jason Cleary (@jays360) reported@harryt84 @EE I had this issue on IPhone. Press volume up, then volume down then hold power button on phone until Apple logo appears, this restarts your phone it resolved my issue. Hope this helps you too 🤞🏻
