    @EE My wife has the IPhone X. We’ve both been having the “Call failed” happening a lot recently. Both got 2 out of 4 bars signal. Both on EE

    @EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

    @EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

    @EE wifey is talking to you ‘customer services’ and it’s NOT going well! We have TWO accounts with you, she was not reminded to upgrade and has been paying too much for 4 or 5 months. From this end it doesn’t sound like your guys being much help!!

    . @EE it’s 14 days since I ordered a sim only plan from you guys. Nearly two weeks later, 10 calls to customer service, 2 visits to a store, still no working sim. Your staff are always polite and helpful, but your systems are utterly inept...1 of 2

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

    @EE Nope. I can’t pay till 5th, which is what I said. We pay every month without fail our Mobile phone DD as well as add ins for PS4+ etc, sometimes £200-300. I feel a bit peeved that a valued customer for over 6 years has had this happen due to a cash flow issue at my end…

    @EE you can land a plane with incredible EE internet, but I can't get an internet signal from 15 feet away from the box. Why? Not sure what internet you were using to land the plane with Kevin Bacon, but it's not the same I receive from your company. Help! #EE #Annoying

    Hi @EE just come back from Crete with £26 of data charges for a week's usage. I've been a customer for nearly 15 years and yet my partner who is a customer of only 3 years didn't get charged a penny. Can someone look into this please?
