Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me
