    Now I have the truly truly shit @EE freeview package (literally the worst selection of channels on earth but boy is it cheap broadband) I only watch the main 5 channels or SVOD. W, Dave, ITV2 etc are dead to me

    @EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    So apparently @ee sold out of PS5s within an hour and a half of listing them. I’m baffled how this can have happened, as, so far as I can see, the site went down at about 8:30, and stayed down for the whole of that period, despite me refreshing the whole time. Oh well.

    @EE @andrewjskatz Yes there were definitely issues. I thought I’d successfully ordered one, paid the upfront £10 by card (now showing as pending with my bank), but no confirmation email or text. Went back into my EE app to check at 08:35 and couldn’t access - kept saying check back later.

    @EE supposedly the biggest best network yet you do not allow me to use my merge call option on iPhone every other network has this feature I will be leaving after 10 years. What a terrible decision.

    @EE yes its with regards to my upgrade, I've been given a number by one of the staff in store who's says they can't help with upgrades (it's never been a helpful shop tbh) and when I arrive home from work its to late, I'll just try at the weekend.

    @EE Both. On mobile it's sticking when I search for store to have it sent, on PC it's sticking when I try to place the order. Due to these issues stopping me from upgrading online, can you confirm that if I pop to the shop and upgrade there I'll still have the 14 day change of mind?

    What a poor service @EE is.. waiting over 3 weeks for a new phone, of be told still don’t know when it’s coming, but expect me to pay a non tariff bill on old phone £40 higher, because they haven’t delivered new phone in time.. What a joke.
