Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.

Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB.
