-
J (@Daylightfire) reportedoutstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low
-
CB (@ConkusBonkus) reported@EE Do you have any online live chat service or email I can use for support? Please do not give me a number to call, I can't talk over the phone.
-

-
RaSHiDa (@ItsOnlyRash) reported@EE Thanks, I followed the link in the text message but it says to turn off WiFi to add the add on. However, EE doesnt get picked up as the network for me to do this. I need to add this, can you do it manually for me your end?
-
Gordon Murdie (@GordonMurdie) reported@EE Have a peek at the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014 - your colleague thought this was too old to apply! Key point is, you are charging me over £20/month more than the advertised cost of your service. It's not a good look.
-
Matthew Watts (@Matthew_G_Watts) reported@EE Not helpful when I have neither WiFi nor mobile internet. I'm probably out of pocket to the tune of ~£250 for missing out on a day of contracting plus a £40 train journey to get to somewhere with WiFi. I want to make an official complaint and, inevitably, when you don't do...
-
Dani (@Danixkshb) reported@EE really poor experience at your Westwood Cross store — faulty repair, multiple visits, and poor service. Formal complaint raised. Can someone look into this?
