Anyone ever had an issue with their sim in their upgrade phone from @EE upgraded to an iPhone 12 from XS and they sent a new sim, nearly 24 hours later and it just won’t register at all. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. Very frustrating

@EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE But what would you expect? It's clearly stated in every mobile network's terms and conditions that liability is limited to the service provided and paid for. If someone loses an appointment for 100 pounds, a network is not going to credit that back. They'd all go out of business.

@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE They will always make customers aware with planned work for cell tower maintenance and upgrades but these things can go down in a matter of seconds with no forewarning at all. If Vodafone crashed all of a sudden tomorrow, the response would be the same. I used to be with them.

I forgot to click a button goi g abroad a few years ago and it cost me over £150, because I'm not " fool proof" EE flagships itself as the number 1 network. And btw, I don't want any refund, but leave that to the individual if they think that way 😡

@EE Absolute SHAMBLES OF A NETWORK ADVERTISING AS THE BEST IN UK FAR FROM IT. As a Uber driver I have lost a whole days of earnings due to EE’s outage. I WOULD WANT EE TO REIMBURSE ME FOR MY LOST EARNINGS OR CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY CHARGES!!!
