Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

I booked a slot today and they have changed it until tomorrow at a time that doesn't suit and I am unable to contact them or change the address or time.
