@jacquep @EE Yeah, what with missing words and the terminology it's a very poorly put together form. Usually, I'd be recommending O2 to anyone looking to switch, but the tie-up with Virgin Media is a concern. Hoping O2's customer service rubs off on VM rather than the other way round!

smart benefits on my @EE plan are terrible. Have 3 benefits I can choose and I only use Apple Music. Need apple fitness as one of the benefits.
