    @StephenEPotts @EE We have unlimited data atm. Was 500G previously but we never went over it even with lots of YouTube and Netflix streaming (we donโ€™t have cable).

    @CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

    It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; Iโ€™ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    @EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

    @EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

    @EE I switched to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess out of a simple transaction. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. EE caused me a lot of trouble

    The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isnโ€™t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

    Unless I'm on WiFi I currently have no internet or data on @EE ... Is there an issue been happening most of day.... Which is a pain when I'm not at home!!

    @EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didnโ€™t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    @northolt3103 @EE Yeah the signal has progressively over the last couple of years, after over a decade with @EE I'll probably be leaving for another provider. How you cant get a signal in London is a joke

    @Ofcom Thanks, I will. The inability to turn off @EE's voicemail on their digital voice landlines is a serious, unresolved issue.

    @EE 0r bt or whatever they call themselves- equally as useless as each other. Itโ€™s taken me all day today trying to get connected to a service. Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or Iโ€™m off the sky

    @EE you fixed it and withing serval hours its down again EE are a disgrace I want my contract termianted for breach of contract people please dont sign up to EE they lie to you and blame people and just want your money for a **** service

    @EE @EEBroadbandUK is your WiFi down because since Iโ€™ve joined Iโ€™ve not been impressed and it always seems to not work in certain rooms even with a WiFi extender

    @EE Sadly the cottage I'm staying in has we WiFi on sim dongle so it doesn't work. Luckily I can connect in the pub to check messages but I'm not ringing customer service from a pub when surely you can just check your system and drop me a DM
