@EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

@EE I was told at the beginning of last week after complaining of little or no Internet from EE 4G wifi router & no mobile signal. Was told originally it would be fixed today. Nothing! We are in the DE55 area and there seem to be many others having issues here too. It's a joke

@EE Hi Chris, Yes it was a store I went to yesterday, and apparently there was a system issue so I couldn’t book in a repair or get a replacement phone. Someone was supposed to contact me when things were back up and running, but no-one has called. My phone has since worsened.

@EE Hi, I've communicated with 5 different people so far (well 6 including you) 4 in support & 1 from the complaints team since the problem occurred: each time I've received different timescales but I'm no closer to having the issue resolved.

@paulchowdhry @EE @btsport Download the bt app (if you are new customer) when registering it should give you option as EE customer. Fill in form then you should be good to go. Can take upto 24 hrs.
