    @EE should’ve had my cardiology appointment 1st b4 calling ur customer services coz my BP is way high now .. if get anotha tablet (no pun intended) one of you will have to take it ... Billing me for a product I cancelled & telling me I can’t cancel my insurance .. #thieves

    @EE The worst experience ever in my life in the UK with network provider ! Having sick member of family back home in Bulgaria and not able to call because I am seen as new customer that hasn’t proved his ability to pay two bills yet! What a disgrace! Wrong marketing! No to EE!

    @EE the worst company what I’ve seen for their staff. Staff need to change their days off because people get fired and they don’t give a damn that their staff already had things planned om their original days off. #fail

    @TheEvEngineer @EE I’ll second that, VF are ****. Especially after my week where I had a few teams calls with them… But cmon EE, 2 days of outages, 0 comms, it sucks. They could do way better. Made worse by the fact I rescheduled everything on Thursday to Friday and then it failed again!

    @bbcnews my @EE phone is not working for the 3rd day in a row now - why are you not continuing to report on this? Thousands of people cannot make or receive calls on their phones - this is affecting BT, Vodafone and others too.

    @EE Not to mention issues with turning off data roaming in the app when travelling and then stinging customers for additional charges ! And then having to spend 3 hours online chatting trying to resolve the issues, and not getting anywhere !

    @EE That explains why my doctors surgery couldn’t contact me yesterday. Fortunately they tried my land line. Here was me stating there was no issue with my mobile as I had no missed calls & they are thinking I’m calling them liars…
