I am Robin (@robinhamilton77) reported from Esher, England@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

BT(EE) made a profit of ยฃ1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.
