    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    @EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

    @EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

    @Ms_Me_12 @EE @ThreeUK They do not sell or leak your account password, that would result n massive fines. And would you use amazon again if it sold you password to a company? It would destroy them. Simple fact is people reuse passwords and that is a stupid idea.

    @EE Absolutly fuming! Wife’s iPhone sent in for repair after only having it 6 weeks, it’s come back in a much MUCH worse state than it was in before handing it over and been told due to the damage caused to it it’s out of warranty!

    @EE Hi there - I got it working by changing the broadcast name completely & switching to individual channels which it eventually saved. I expect it to fail completely in the near future but for now I’m good. Thanks

    @EE Hi EE, I bought a data roaming pass before leaving for the USA, I am able to use my data, however I'm not receiving or able to send texts or calls. I have a cap of £20 on extra charges, I would like to know if you can fix my issue, and reassure me I'm not having extra charges
