Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

Website advises to get in touch before cancelling direct debit, impossible when no one answers/replies? Last ditch attempt before it's cancelled...

Now I receive a text to say it will not arrive until the 10th. Seems that poor customer service can be quickly brushed up by claiming the pandemic is affect delivery. Poor.
