  • TheBig_Bakes The Big Bakes (@TheBig_Bakes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

@MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

  • TouchTrusted Trusted Touch Therapies (@TouchTrusted) reported from Hillingdon, England

@primevideouk charging me month in month out for Amazon prime that I don't use or want. Endless phone calls with them, promising this won't happen again. Now charging me through a 3rd party company and blaming @EE and refusing to cancel the subscription. #fuming

  • PaulRic64886768 Paul Richardson (@PaulRic64886768) reported

@EE why is the signal so whack lately. 1 bar or just no signal at all in some places.

  • RichDoidge Richard Doidge (@RichDoidge) reported

@EE Hi EE. I ordered a SIM last week and was informed it would be delivered on Friday. DPD tried to deliver but failed to, despite it being small enough to be posted through a letterbox. They then said it would be dropped to a local post office, still not there. Help please, ta.

  • haircarpet *please get vaccinated* 💉 (@haircarpet) reported

Very disappointed @EE. I phoned to cancel my tablet contract, had to wait 10 mins to speak to an advisor. when I said I wanted to cancel, I was put on hold for 20 mins with no explanation. Had to hang up but will have to call again as there is no other way to cancel my contract.

  • sssausage1488 Scotch Square Sausage (@sssausage1488) reported

So my elderly mother has recently moved house. She had 250mb BB through @EE at her old address and got good speeds. Since moving (stayed with EE) her speeds have dropped to 9mb. EE still charging her £62 a month for this. For 9mb. Been told she has no right to cancel? This right?

  • ben_graves Ben Graves (@ben_graves) reported

@ee how do I get broadband support without texting your feckless support bot? It keeps asking my for a number that doesn’t exist on a fttp package?

  • RobertoKL1976 Bob C (@RobertoKL1976) reported

@EE please can you respond to my DM about roaming not working despite paying in advance and also being double charged for this months billing?!!?? I’m on holiday so this isn’t great

  • wordwaiter Garrulous Garçon (@wordwaiter) reported

Ongoing problem with @EE signal in St. Davids (SA62) - can you please explain when you are planning to resolve this issue? No signal! An absolute joke of a service right now.

  • JamesPictures James Wells (@JamesPictures) reported

hey @EE , you know it's impossible to order broadband via your website right now ? after you put an existing EE mobile number in, it just waits forever. Tried it on 2 different browsers, something is broken on your end.

  • squarepush squarepush (@squarepush) reported

@EE Yes it's under the minimum I was quoted. And it's the connection speed from the router itself, do before even spreading it to the rest of the network. And most of my broadband demanding devices (XBOX SX, PS5, smart TV) are on Ethernet rather than WiFi.
