I can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔

Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

@philcsf Yeah I've gotten an offer from HyperOptic as well, problem is, it would still take months to set up. I needed internet about 2 weeks ago, and they all take at least 2 weeks to "activate". BT was the only who offered a 4G hub to bridge the set up time. I don't recommend tho.

@UbuntuBhoy @Hyperoptic Thinking of upgrading from 75 to 900 with EE but for some reason I'd lose the landline. I'm not bothered but folks are. My connection just now is garbage, I just can't be arsed sitting on the phone telling me to do what I've done a million times already!
