    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @O2 Hi! I hope you can help. I mailed o2 Recycle my old phone back in March. You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

    @bazc1982 @O2 Which of course is why everyone subscribes to O2. WORST network by miles here in Cardiff. There is some hope that Liberty Global will start placing more emphasis on sorting it out rather than bullshit 'woke' stunts.

    @O2 I ordered an item online from 02 shop but when I went to collect it, one of the workers was rude and being prejudice! When I asked for the complaints procedures, he said no I can’t have it. Now In customer service in retail, you cant say no to a customer who asks to complain

    @O2 simply appalled by your customer service. My 11 year old daughters phone has been locked for a week after changing providers, but owned by us. A week is a long time for a child who uses public transport to not have a phone. Managers too busy to call back, absolute shower.
