    @O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying Β£53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

    I will be cancelling my @O2 contract that I've had since 2009 due to terrible signal. My works phone is now @VodafoneUK so will be porting over to them. πŸ“ΆπŸ“±πŸ“ž

    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    @O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

    @O2 so prices have increased and I've got absolutely rubbish service, supposed to he on 5g plus service max speed mobile data 0.5meg and 1 bar on mobile for voice, time to go to another provider when contract ends in june
