@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@omicdaz @O2 @DHLParcelUK Persistence and never lose your temper. Forthright yes but once you lose the plot tempting as it is they have the upper hand. I would pursue the compensation route using their complaints procedure and if no dice go to OFCOM.
