    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    @O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

    @O2 ordered a phone in store 3 weeks ago. Told to collect on December 3rd. No contact. Phoned O2 store but no -one ever answers.Eventually got through to customer service after long wait. Put on hold… can’t find details of order. Put through to sales team. Line went dead…..

    @O2 MR Stephen one of your employees harassing me and discriminating on call and was rude and i have evidence of his recording and from other o2 customer service what they said he harassed employee whoever try to help me and many customer service person from o2 said we recognised !
