    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    I’ve been with @O2 for 7 years. I’ve been trying to negotiate an upgrade over the past 24 hours and it has been an actual nightmare. Really bad customer service.

    @O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-

    @O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -

    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

    @danjaydubya @mattstingray @O2 Me too. I’ve had some compensation for it but now on full tariff and worse than ever. Won’t load anything and on the odd occasion that it does, slow as. I’ve come to hate it.

    @o2 @virgin @virginmedia CEO LUTZ SCHUELER received a call from your office regarding my complaint and when I asked a direct question rather than answer your representative went silent before abruptly disconnected the call with no warning. Great customer service.

    What is seriously wrong with companies these days. It's definitely no longer about the customer and pure fleecing for profit. @O2 @British_Airways all brilliantly versed with their loopholes for how not to commit and be helpful

    @mattstingray @O2 I was with O2 when they were BT Cellnet they got worse and worse moved to @lebara I now pay a quarter of what I was for an excellent service, I only had one issue since moving called them and it was sorted in an 8 minute call including waiting time.

    @O2 Also trying to change my surname and your website won't let me upload my marriage certificate, even though it's in jpg. My local store in Romford wouldn't help at all.
