A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

@O2 help with new switch up add on? Says it can be done online - can’t! Called the helpline, had no idea and said try online or go into store. Why have a campaign that actually can’t be done . Couldn’t think of where else to find help!
