    @O2 don’t use this company they are a rip off I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all there own data free, never turned my mobile data the whole, got a bill when I got. Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

    @O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

    @O2 Hi, I have done that multiple times. My O2 gives me a button to "Join Virgin Media", even though I already am, I click it, and am taken to "My Virgin Media", where I am already signed in, this then gives me a button saying "I am already a Virgin and O2 customer"

    @O2 Oh my O2...worst customer service ever...honestly...2 hours on the phone, cut off twice, totally rude call handling...was only trying to buy 4 additional sims! Every bad example going in my experience.
