The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

@O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

@O2 some of you staff in your Cape Town call centre have 0 customer service skills, on the phone to them for 45 mins, to correct a mistake made by O2 n hangs up on me!! the agent name was Crystal! If O2 dont know how to look after their custmrs, happy 2take my business elswhere!

@VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia Broadband/Fibre and TV has been down in CT9 2NA for the past 2 days. Service status site says technicians are "fixing it". I've walked along the roads in the area for the past 2 days and haven't seen any technicians working on anything lol. Our Christmas is RUINED.

@O2 appalled by your customer service. For months I’ve tried transfer of ownership and have been told to go in store, call 202 etc and I’m being bounced around. I’m now being asked for the model of a phone I haven’t used for years on an account that I cannot access.
