@O2 I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all free internet, when returned home only find I had a bill for the internet from o2 , rang was told you have let them no when you go on holiday, I never used any data and still got a bill crap customer service

@O2 don’t use this company I went on hoilday never used my phone it was free data in the resort, got a bill when I got back , saying I had used data, rang customer service tobe told you need let O2 no if you leave the country what crap got nowhere rip off never used my phone

@O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

@O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

@O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

@O2 @MoneySavingExp Just had emails to say that my monthly plan with O2 will increase by £2.50 in April rather than £1.80. No explanation as to why? Can you help? I have 2 plans with you and both of these cost under £17 so I'm looking at about a 15% rise.

@O2 Had O2 Travel bolt on enabled but was charged £477 for using phone in the US, 3 weeks ago customer services said it was an error and would be fixed, still got charged though so now waiting on a refund

Disgraceful service yet again with @O2 3 separate staff sorting refund within 7 days it’s now two weeks and guess what both call handlers HAVE NOT processed the refund 😡this is a phone was meant to have been cancelled in January but again this wasn’t done either hence refund😡

@liIkirby @O2 It is the same in Plymouth city centre too Signal seems ok but 4g is non existent. It has been like that for years , nothing gets done ever! Go a mile out of city centre It is fine but still sloe compared to Vodafone, BT or 3
