Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 very disappointed and suprised that after 2 months without mobile service in my home you will not be providing any compensation! Contract up in September. I’ll be off to a different supplier. Anyone reading this please retweet so other users understand this crazy @O2 policy.

@O2 Got better service abroad than I do at home🤪from @O2. That pesky old mast in DA15 is still causing problems. But hey I’m only a paying customer. Nothing back from Mr Baldwin in the Execs office except a holding’ I’ll get back to you’ mail.

@O2 Years being a customer. Have paid thousands always on time. Moved to Wales, you have not been able to supply a usable line. Paid up until the end of my contract with no fuss. And now you have taken £133 pounds for the pleasure and no answer on customer service. #o2 #service
