    @O2 don’t use this company they are a rip off I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all there own data free, never turned my mobile data the whole, got a bill when I got. Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

    @O2 I had a call from Rachel - a fabulous @O2 rep last night to troubleshoot the situation and taking some accountability for what is going on. I’m sticking with @O2 while this gets sorted because of her actions. Great employee who gets customer service and care. 👍

    Sometimes I dread calling utility companies, anticipating long waits & lacklustre customer service BUT today I called @O2 & spoke to Ben Smith who was BRILLIANT - super helpful & found me a much better deal tarrif (effectively halving my bill) 🙏🏼 #BenDeservesARaise 💷

    @O2 it’s 10am now - as an O2 customer I have now missed out on the 9:30 slot for the O2 December dates and rapidly loosing my chance at the rest. Not good enough.

    @O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

    @O2 3 weeks plus I have been having literally no service in my house! I have been with you over 26 years and never had a problem. Your site says there may be a problem with a mask and your engineers will probably already be on it! 3weeks are they on day rate? Help please

    .@O2 I've just waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me they can't do anything regarding #insurance, then I immediately get a voicemail saying call the same number. PLEASE SORT THIS ASAP !!!! #CustomerService #awful

    @O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

    Well @O2 i nearly upgraded my phone. Shame you misled me on your black friday airtime discount, wiped the basket and now just give me "400 bad request" pages. "Help" is useless, just loops of questions...

    Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 you are a few hours away from me cancelling and going to a provider that can offer a service. You make simple things impossible. 15 calls and all lead you 2 a computer saying goodbye. What on earth are you going to do when #corona isn't an excuse????? Over 20 years with o2 😡

    @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel my insurance for a couple days now. The phone line cuts out on me once it’s established it’s not about fraud and the live chat always has a message saying no agents are available. Where should I go to resolve this?

    @O2 what is the issues around upgrades, called 5 times to sort out issues after I upgraded yesterday after spending 2 hours on the phone being persuaded to stay and not go join Ee, very disappointed
