    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    @MartinSLewis @O2 Martin I called @O2 to wave my right to either move my network or get a better deal as I would have had the 40% increase. However o2 have made a huge blunder and I now have legal notices from them ! HELP ME PLEASE!!

    Just changed my sim only contract with @O2 (20+ year customer) & if my maths are correct with their £2.50 every year increase which wasn’t mentioned in ten years my sim only contract will be over £60p/m. Always read them T&Cs in the email 🙃 Madness.
