    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

    @O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

    @O2 Why allow 8 tickets per person? No wonder the tickets are resold for thousands. That’s why your customers weren’t SUCCESSFUL . I couldn’t get on the app to get just 2. And why not do O2 one day and Virgin the next each with same number of allocation this would stop Tech issues
