@O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

@O2 not impressed. Called on behalf of a vulnerable client who was panicking about their bill. Client was with me, but struggling so I made the call for them but had the phone put down on me twice by your call center. No wonder my client was in tears!

@O2 worse experience ever!! Will a manager Just call me back... I have requested several call backs from a manager since the 27th November and guess what... No manager has bother called me! I am very unhappy as my issue has still not been resolved and it’s been going on too long
