    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    @O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

    O2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2

    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    @O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

    @O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    @O2 signal reception in the Rogerstone Newport area seems to have worsened recently with many spots only on 3g with 1-2 bars. Is there maintenance or changes underway which has impacted the service ?

    @O2 Yes, it's intermittently bad. I work 10 minutes away and it's the same there. Some days it's brilliant and all of a sudden it just drops out completely! I've tried restarting my device, turning data off and on again...nothing works. I got extra data as Sky is so bad 4G is faster

    @O2 Hello just recently started my o2 pay monthly sim only contract. issue is the data is the worst bunch of bollocks ever.I can’t if connect. If does occasionally work it is so slow. Pointless to have this sim. I moved over from 3 the. Service was100% better. You guys are #o2

    @O2 Trying to call 202, get told opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekdays and then get told to call back tomorrow and get cut off. It's only 8:40pm. Usless customer service yet again.

    @O2 got to give credit where it is due was thinking of leaving due to non existing signal at saltfleet (Ln117rz) but since you have put the mast up in the New Inn Caravan Park back field the signal has been exceptional, I can work uninterrupted from my van again so big thank you.
