    @O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

    @O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    @O2 I just received a bill for £400 despite not have mobile service and having only missed paying 2 months on a pay as you go tariff. I was expecting to pay around £60 with the reactivation charges. What's going on?

    Well @O2 i nearly upgraded my phone. Shame you misled me on your black friday airtime discount, wiped the basket and now just give me "400 bad request" pages. "Help" is useless, just loops of questions...

    Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

    @O2 it’s 10am now - as an O2 customer I have now missed out on the 9:30 slot for the O2 December dates and rapidly loosing my chance at the rest. Not good enough.

    @tescomobile @O2 Have just checked ant there’s no issue in this area , but everyday when travelling around for work the 4g is very poor , I’m on Tesco and my boss is o2 , we both have same issue

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @O2 I have been in Canada for 4 days and your service there does not support 4g what am I paying roaming for. Your chat service were appalling and did not understand.

    @O2 You having a laugh? I had 0 bars.. “No Service” and barely any 3G as i traveled the entire length of the country It wasn’t intermittent it was absolutely appalling. Your 4G coverage and strength is embarrassing and I’m seriously considering leaving

    After bigging up @O2 over @EE coverage whilst on holiday in Europe recently they have let me down big time now I’m going to the US. They want to charge me £6 a day rather than the £10 a month fixed fee by EE. Disappointed with the lack of support and what appears to be pure greed

    @NewMillPaul @O2 It could be worse @O2 no network where I am. I can’t cancel it’s a breach of contract as im getting the service im paying for.!! £122 to cancel a bad service and cut off because ironically the customer cl are team could hear me. Call terminated for no response.
