    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    @O2 I am unable to view the bill for my new contract (where I kept my old number) in myo2 as the number is associated with old contract. Unable to speak to anyone. Woeful service.

    Iโ€™ve been with @O2 for 7 years. Iโ€™ve been trying to negotiate an upgrade over the past 24 hours and it has been an actual nightmare. Really bad customer service.

    @O2 Itโ€™s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. Iโ€™m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    @O2 network is down yet again. This keep happening and is really not good. During a time like this People need to be able to speak to loved ones. This is becoming a regular thing now. Beyond a joke

    I can honestly say in all my years as an @O2 customer I have never had such poor customer service as I've received over the last 2 days, to the point I was going to cancel my contract. Do @O2 train anyone in their products??
