@O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

@O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

@O2 Yes O2 biggest scammers ever, so you have now added 4, yes 4 default accounts to my credit file, even though you know I've been frauded, you have police fraud reference, the persons address and details, yet you choose to ignore all this!!! IM NOT EVEN YOUR CUSTOMER!!!

When are @O2 going to stop ripping off people. No service No network, o2 says networks fine Not true since september 2022! We pay our bill for a contract we cant use and charged if we cancel. No incoming/outgoing calls. This disgusting treatment of customers is unacceptable.
