  If you buy @oneplus phone that doesn't work and connect to internet and contact them or your network provider @O2 several times you won't get any actual help. You're left on your own trying to figure out APN settings that should've been done correctly in the first place.

  @Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.
