Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

@O2 Correct, SIM shows no signal. Local area coverage is fine and I have tried different handsets. Account is up to date. I went to a store but was told I was on the O2 360 system and they couldn’t help me, so am trying here.

A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 Hi, yes tried that a couple of times. The sim didn’t connect to the network at all when I first put it in. After called CS it now does but I can’t dial out or take any calls.

@O2 Your account portal/website is the worst system I’ve ever used. I’m trying to spend near £1,500 on a phone and £400/yr on a contract, and you make it impossible… it’s so unfriendly and glitchy… Horrendous.

Brilliant @O2 I'm locked out my account and when I try to reset my password, the one time short code you send me isn't being accepted, it says its not valid. I've tried it a couple of times and same result. What a stupid system. How am I meant to access my account?
