    @O2 3 weeks plus I have been having literally no service in my house! I have been with you over 26 years and never had a problem. Your site says there may be a problem with a mask and your engineers will probably already be on it! 3weeks are they on day rate? Help please

    I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @andrewwhyman @O2 Hmm maybe. My point about the network unreliability still stands. Walk to the shop and I have no data unless I airplanes mode a few times. Frustrating

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    Good morning @O2. When you about to fix below: โ€œSorry a phone mast in this area isn't working This means your service might come and go until we fix it.โ€ in E14 5LB In Canary Wharf. Just to mention that network problems (data) have been around for several weeks.

    Appalling signal on @O2 for the last few weeks. Repeatedly dropping calls and canโ€™t hear other person. If there are service problems communicated his to your customers so they are aware/understand.

    @O2 I donโ€™t know what Iโ€™m paying for? Unless Iโ€™m somewhere with WiFi I have the worst internet, anywhere I go! Iโ€™ve tried all the steps to fix and still terrible internet. Unacceptable!

    @TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it ๐Ÿ‘Œ

    Who remembers when @O2 customer service was good? Since the merger with the appalling @virginmedia it's been absolutely diabolical. Trying to help a vulnerable relative, been on hold for 45 minutes ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ to reset his password. Shameful.
