Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

@O2 Hi, it’s never really worked at festivals/football but now it’s just when I’m out in the city centre or at the shops/pub etc. it’s been terrible today too, the link just didn’t load on 4G, I forgot to check it on wifi today I will look tomorrow!!
