It’s a shame to lose two accounts because of a data charge that, while you may regard as valid, seems unreasonable. Also, “5 to 6 days if you submit a complaint email” is not an acceptable response time.

I’ve reported and was allegedly getting a call back from you (never happened) and if I try to sign in to my o2 account, it always asks me for a pin and as if it’s the first time logging in every time. Sometimes I hang up, sometimes I play them at their own game and keep them engaged for 20 mins before telling them to foxtrot oscar.
