Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

I reported it yesterday and still waiting for a reply, sent a DM via Twitter and no reply, calling 202 and have been waiting for over 30 minutes: what do I need to do to get help?

Hope you get it sorted soon
