  @o2 can you fix your network in @westfeild #London as I’ve tried to FaceTime my mom more than 50 times the calls have been dropping all the time its sucks paying almost £90 pcm and you don’t get basic networks. Not a happy customer anymore.

  @TakeThatClouds @O2 Just moved to Smarty becuase of **** like this, at one point a few years ago my number suddenly stopped working, they’d issued a pac code for my number and given it away, couldn’t get it back, so gave me a year for nothing, as soon as that was up I was off, 02 are utter ****.

  @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite
