    @virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

    @StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

    @O2 If you had not gotten rid of Switchup within 3 months I could get out of this contract. Now I am trapped by this and have to deal with the Honor Magic's utterly terrible video recording. You are now no different to your competitors. Switchup was THE killer feature and USP.
