  • nickshuttle
Nick Shuttleworth (@nickshuttle) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

  • maryhippychick
    m a r y (@maryhippychick) reported from Hounslow, England

@O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

  • Indian_Thriller
Jeetesh Luhar (@Indian_Thriller) reported from Iver Heath, England

Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

  • Mountie31
Ben Mitch 🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😎🤪 (@Mountie31) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

  • thespacedmonkey
Jonny Harris 🇬🇧 (@thespacedmonkey) reported from Ealing, England

Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

  • alexmurray12
Alex Murray (@alexmurray12) reported from Hillingdon, England

@O2 I now have no data signal at home, I’m having to piggy back off an EE signal from someone else’s phone, why does this keep happening! #o2

  • NeilHigley
Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England

@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

  • Vagabond1107
☭ 卡里德 🇨🇳 ☭ خالد (@Vagabond1107) reported from Hammersmith, England

@O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -

  • Gigiryche
Gianluigi PAGHI (@Gigiryche) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

  • RobertBalaam
Robert Balaam (@RobertBalaam) reported from Southall, England

@O2 To not have a call-back service when calls are over 15 minutes is abhorrent 💩

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 This guff about roaming charges is nonsense, Nadine ..... But then you queried the amount of state support going to Channel 4, when in fact they're self-financing. Truth, eh? Not a standard which you bother with much...

  • chris_reed
Chris Reed (@chris_reed) reported from Hillingdon, England

Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

  • mufcchatter
    MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported

@O2 This CCJ is preventing me from moving house. It should never have been put against me in the first place. If the bundled broadband package was cancelled then this should have included the SIM. I never used the SIM, never put it in a phone, never held it in my hands!

  • onlytoff
    Toff (@onlytoff) reported

@O2 “Doesn’t exclude Scotland” No, but it gives a far less service Let’s look at the tickets for example, out of the 32 acts advertised, ALL are playing in England, only 4 acts are playing in Scotland O2 pick their partners, surely making sure partners are playing 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 is only fair ?

  • circuit_k
    Circfruit (@circuit_k) reported

@willmcgugan @O2 when they have too many customers, they stop caring. not only mobile operators, all of them service providers.

  • Hughtying
    Hugh (@Hughtying) reported

@Happyengland79 @O2 @BBCWatchdog That is utterly shameless. Admitting you're right just to pull the exact same stunt again is pure bad faith. Drop the formal deadlock letter and take them straight to the Ombudsman—they can't just keep raiding your credit!

  • SonnyBeL8
    Sonny (@SonnyBeL8) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Same here. Switched over to o2 a couple of years ago and its the worst network ive been on. Can’t get signal anywhere and rarely get 5g

  • overgrownmillie
    millie (@overgrownmillie) reported

@O2 tell me how I'm supposed to make an online claim about my stolen iPhone when every time I try and use the link it comes up with error 401 unauthorised. What is my £15 a month actually doing if I can't access this ****?????

  • Frugal_ways
    Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported

@humantorch1036 @O2 @Ofcom Unless an issue is happening to a certain number of people, watchdogs, official bodies, etc. Do nothing. So they just plod along, counting numbers, with little to offer. Also, there is no such thing as, "An independent watchdog/official body" - they are in each other's pockets.
