Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 Hi, I have sent multiple messages, emails and live chats and have not received a response. It seems I only get a response if I do it publicly. Could you please ask a manager to contact me. I have asked for my issue to be escalated multiple times now to no answer.
