Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

What @O2 customer service team should have done is released a tweet explaining that there is an issue with Sim Swaps, but that the team was working hard to resolve it. Then pinned the tweet to their page so customers know instead of the waffle they are doing now.

@O2 Still not working! I also got through to your customer service yesterday at 6pm & all I could hear in the background was about 3 of your “customer support team” talking in the background, they was discussing customer, calling customers & laughing about it. That call lasted 8mins

@O2 my bill accidentally went overdue, I’ve paid it 2 days ago and I still haven’t got any service back. I rang yesterday and they said it was sorted but I still don’t have anything. I’ve turned my phone off and on numerous times. Coming up to 48 hours no service now!

@O2 Im getting a bit fed up waiting (well over 24hrs) for my phone and Internet services to be restarted despite being told it would be all working again by now all I got yesterday is (our services are a bit slow today) now being told they dont know when it'll be sorted
