    Dear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!

    @O2 I'm traumatized and if there is a zero star rating I will gladly give it to 02. My phone was misplaced by the repair company. I have been chasing to get my phone back from 02 since 2024. All the customer service agents don't know what they are doing. Im reporting to the press

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    Try dealing with @O2 when something goes wrong abroad. They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Completely unacceptable.
