Alan R Adair (@RadarRadar) reported from Hounslow, England@O2 Hello O2 Been a customer for 20 years or more and paid all my bills. It’s a shame to lose two accounts because of a data charge that, while you may regard as valid, seems unreasonable. Also, “5 to 6 days if you submit a complaint email” is not an acceptable response time.
