    Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    2/2 @O2 promise to call you back, but as yet nothing, they promise to escalate to a manager, but surprise they don’t call you back either, their Twitter also ignores your serious concerns.Think seriously before choosing @o2 if there’s an issue THEY don’t seem to care! @VMO2News

    @O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

    @O2 for months now will have been dealing with VMO2 tech support as I am unable to access my o2 account. Security code gets sent to some unknown phone no which is not mine then it asks me to enter account recovery words which I don't have.

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

    @O2 hi, I have been reporting for the last 3 weeks of connectivity issues ( ie no connectivity) in the NG4 area and still keeps coming back as 'no issue'- there is no obvious way of escalating this, how do I go on?

    @O2 Been with you 18 yrs never had an issue but when upgrading my phone ive been offered nothing that a first time customer is being offered. What do you offer loyal customers? May as well go and get a better deal with another company as you don't value your long term customers

    Dear @O2 I’ve just spent 24 hours in Llandudno I can’t believe in 2026 your network had virtually zero coverage. I only managed to find my hotel as I knew it was near a pub and I logged onto the pubs WiFi to download a map of the area. This is not acceptable
