Alan R Adair (@RadarRadar) reported from Hounslow, England@O2 Hello O2 Been a customer for 20 years or more and paid all my bills. It’s a shame to lose two accounts because of a data charge that, while you may regard as valid, seems unreasonable. Also, “5 to 6 days if you submit a complaint email” is not an acceptable response time.
-
Woody (@Borehamwoodbine) reported from Borehamwood, EnglandIn over 9 years with @O2 I’ve hardly ever needed customer services help and now after 3 attempts this year with little or no help I would just like to say thanks for nothing!
-
David Chow 📶 (@davidchow) reported from Hammersmith, England@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

Send News!☝🏾🇧🇧 #StopTheCoup 🌹 (@smileyyearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, EnglandI've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.
-
Nick Shuttleworth (@nickshuttle) reported from Ealing, England@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?
-
