  • poundland_thor
Chris sweet (@poundland_thor) reported from Richmond, England

@O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

  • Indian_Thriller
Jeetesh Luhar (@Indian_Thriller) reported from Iver Heath, England

Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

@O2 It’s doesn’t help!!!!! It’s getting frustrating day by day been with @02 nearly 7 years and it’s getting worst day by day. No proper coverage. There’re much better network providers in the U.K. that provide better network and customer services it’s time to make a change!!!!!!!

  • AndrewCarrier
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@cgledhill @McDonaldsUK @O2 I think the more pressing question is: Why are you using a public wi-fi network?

  • ladidalimey
david bryant (@ladidalimey) reported from Richmond, England

@O2 my wife’s new phone has been waiting 4 days for her old number to port across. 202 have been no use. She is looking after her elderly parents and you have shut down BOTH her old phone and the new one. What are you going to do about it?

  • allyc375
Alison Cameron🐟 (@allyc375) reported from Kensington, England

@ShieldingG @O2 Now there’s an idea. I wonder where the cleaners put it. I’ve only ever used it for my Dalek thing - never plunged a sink in my life.

  • RuthHolliday13
Ruth Holliday (@RuthHolliday13) reported from Hammersmith, England

Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

  • NeilHigley
Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England

@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

  • maryhippychick
    m a r y (@maryhippychick) reported from Hounslow, England

@O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

  • phillipsc
Fr Chris Phillips SSC (@phillipsc) reported from Brentford, England

Hello @virginmedia @O2 I’m a customer of you both and am wondering when I’ll be upgraded to the new Volt benefits? I can’t see a way to opt in online.

No company has ever treated their clients so poorly as @o2. Discgrace. The absolute worst contract ever. Never has service anywhere! Sign with someone else.

You are a bunch of robbing con artists. You've just lost a loyal customer of 18 years. You will not get another penny out of me. Canceling my direct debit and tomorrow going with EE @O2

  • NazRahimi

@O2 you won’t let me log in to cancel my account, you are fraudulently taking my money while not letting me log in on desktop or my phone. You said you’d call me to allow me to cancel and it’s been a month. Now you say you can’t call me. I do not live in England. LET ME CANCEL.

  • NC20023
    Rob Cur (@NC20023) reported

@O2 why oh why have you made it so damned difficult to login to my account now that Virgin Media are involved ! All I want to do is login to my account the old fashioned way without the need to check my email, return to the original page etc…..

  • willmcgugan
    Will McGugan (@willmcgugan) reported

So @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
