    @O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

    @virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

    @O2 Hello! Ah ok, I’m in central london and WhatsApp is being very very slow at connecting. Have turned my phone on and off twice, my two colleges also have difficulties who are with o2 with it at the moment. 4G saying “no internet connection” when to use social media 😕 SW1 area

    @O2 hey guys, great customer service as always! So now my pay and go sim is alive again, i topped up 30 quid and it auto-deducted it to fulfill my 30 Big Bundle. That's 100GB right? My question is can I use that data freely in Italy and France as if I was in the UK?

    @O2 I left my contract with you in the first 14 days but have been erroneously billed for the whole contract. Your call centre told me I have to pay it and then claim it back. Your community pages say this is wrong and to contact you here for assistance. Can you help please?

    @O2 After a 25 min call with Customer Service I was transferred to the Retention Team of O2 - the line has now been ringing for 55 minutes. How do I get to speak to someone without hanging up and having to spend another 25 minutes before I am transferred to be on hold again?
