@breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

@_peetaypan @O2 If you want to keep your number you can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 once you give that to your new network provider you shouldn’t have any more hassle

@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

@O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

@o2 - way to treat a loyal customer of 20+ years. I pay of my device plan early. Cancel my DD as I’m told I owe nothing. I’ve been hounded for 2 weeks treated like I’m bad debt. Phone cut off twice. I’ve called, messaged numerous times with no help. Loyalty gets you nowhere!!!!!

@O2 your repair centre process is one of the biggest cons going and a complete joke to the consumer rights act. A software issue with a phone being declined to be repaired to a scratch less than 2mm. Quoting £309 to repair it, refusing to acknowledge the software issue.

@O2 My phone has now been cut off for nearly a week due to your error. You told me to DM you in the 11th, then I got a reply two days later asking to confirm my phone number. I have not heard anything since. I am paying a lot of money for a service I’m not getting.
