@O2 Er slightly concerning that I recycled a phone with you and you have updated the offer saying you received a *different* phone when I’ve never owned that phone at all.

@O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

One thing I’m excited about with going home is no longer using @O2 as my phone provider. Absolutely sick of always randomly getting “no service” and then it coming back 5mins later and dropping out again.

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@SkySports_Keith Good luck, I had money come off of my phone bill because of someone hacking my google okay account. 350 quid went out yet they managed to block another 500 quids worth of transactions! Both @O2 & @GooglePlay just blamed eachother and I have had no help at all just more debt

@O2 #CustomerService An O2 call service agent hung up on me at 17.55 today (1st Aug) because I gave feedback that the O2 phone menu seems designed to get people to hang up rather than to help them. She was really aggressive. S. African accent. Disgraceful service!

@ImJacobHughes @O2 And you haven’t had any data/access to internet connection either? What’s your solution been? 🤯
-
Kate
(@quietsaturday) reported
@O2 If I say “yes” on a public forum, it’ll just confirm my stupidity but there’s so much more to this story. My concern is the speed at which the order was processed (probably while I was on the phone reporting the scam) but the inability to cancel it by two O2 CS reps.

@O2 No. The problem comes from the fact your website apparently doesn't like Firefox. I gave all the details to someone on live chat last night, although I question if they actually reported the problem.
