@O2 I went on hoilday to resort never turned on my data , only to come home to a bill for data, contacted O2 tobe told I should let them no if you I go on holiday I need to let no , what crap really unhappy do use O2 please people don’t use this company

@O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

@O2 I your team messaged me yesterday to collect my new #SamsungGalaxyS26Ultra. I went to the store but was told it wasn't available for collection till today. I was very disappointed, but the manager took time to come apologise to me personally. I was amazed by the service.

@O2 I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all free internet, when returned home only find I had a bill for the internet from o2 , rang was told you have let them no when you go on holiday, I never used any data and still got a bill crap customer service

@O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

@O2 don’t use this company they are a rip off I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all there own data free, never turned my mobile data the whole, got a bill when I got. Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

@O2 I need you to definitively tell me why there is no 4G signal in Newry? Oh and SICK TO DEATH of paying £60 a month for a contract that has NO SIGNAL where I live. I waste so many GB’s of data a month that gets reset because I CANNOT USE IT.

@O2 Your network in Manchester city centre is SO bad even your network checker app won’t work. I had to connect to @bt_uk WiFi to use the O2 network checker app, which is the only advice you’ve given. I want to cancel my contract for failure to provide the service I pay for.

Just had an unsolicited call from 0330 303 5315 claiming to be from @O2, poor line quality, caller could barely speak English and couldn’t understand me. Plus v poor script. An internet search shows this number is a scam. Do @O2 still claim this is a number they really use?
