Update! The problem I need fixing is that I can’t make phone calls. So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

@O2 not to mention the store only picked up the phone after the 4th time I had rang.. I started calling at 5pm. Because of the customer service we had received it’s tempting to cancel our order and go with another provider.. both 3 and Vodafone were both open past 5:30pm

Hello @O2 what has happened to your customer service? It has vanished completely. It used to be so good. I could sort anything out via live chat. That's gone, replaced by a useless bot. I have now been on hold for 30+ Minutes. #ShittyFuture All since the #virgin merger too.

@O2 Safe to say when my contract is due I will seriously consider leaving 02! Claim I’ve used my data when I’ve never come close to using it any other month. add a bolt on and now it’s telling me I’ve used 1.5gb in less than 24 hours… phone them to be told they can’t do anything
