After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support
