Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

I went to the store but was told it wasn't available for collection till today. I was very disappointed, but the manager took time to come apologise to me personally. I was amazed by the service.

Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.

I have provided my email id and password. Only way they will allow me login to the phone is via - A notification, or SMS, call, email(can't login) to the missing phone.
