Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

@O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

@O2 Yes. I signed up yesterday - gave my address, landline & mobile - all part of confirming the deal. Had nothing sent to my mobile. The message told me my card is arriving - it can't be a coincidence? It sounds like an issue with your joint O2/Virgin processing???

@giffgaff Bristol Temple Meads and Paddington are fine. It's Reading and Bath Spa that are the worst, with Swindon and Didcot Parkway not very good. It's not your fault. It's @O2 (or whoever does the network in those stations).

@OurPritch @O2InstituteBham @O2 True, who hasnt accidentally been convicted of domestic abuse? Maybe next time he'll accidentally throw her down the stairs when hes pissed "It happened once" - wow. Forgot once is allowed. Unfortunately alot of domestic abuse sufferers do end up staying with their abuser too
