    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @O2 There was a mast down in my area but the matter wasn’t resolved for 3 weeks. I have data with EE on my ipad and the data wasn’t affected with them. With my phone I was unable to text, call or use my data. I don’t understand how you expect to put off £11, yet I haven’t been able

    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

    @MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

    Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

    @O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying £53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @O2 why is there a disconnect between physical retail and online service? Told in person as upgrade was done online that store CANNOT help and to call customer services. Terrible service for a 6 month old phone. 👎👎👎🤬#terriblecustomerservice

    @O2 Terrible service! Your site said the issue was no power going to the mast. That was fixed a couple of hours ago! Surely you should know whether it is being worked on just now or have a rough idea of when it will be resolved!

    @O2 Your recycle programme is a joke. I have tried to speak to them multiple times after they’re telling me my phone was broken (it wasn’t). And they have now recycled for the lower quote that I clearly did not accept
