@o2 your service has been shocking nearly 2 weeks and my daughters Apple Watch for Xmas not here. Now by all accounts best to start the order again as will be quicker and wait a week for deposit to be put back in my account 🤬 look at your dm’s I’m in them 2 replies so far 🙄

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

Then I receive an email saying that despite your contractual obligations you are increasing your prices from April + £6. Terrible service for loyal customers I’d say.

If you’re based in the UK please stay away from @virginmedia and @O2 Both don’t know their arse from their elbow. Virgin incorrectly creates my account, 02 loses the sim and I’m left unable to access my account but expected to pay for a service I didn’t ask for.
