EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. ๐ญ

Itโs a shame to lose two accounts because of a data charge that, while you may regard as valid, seems unreasonable. Also, โ5 to 6 days if you submit a complaint emailโ is not an acceptable response time.

I have seen other people are having the same issues. Can you please fix it ASAP. People have bills to pay.
