@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

Such a shame that @EE retention offers are so breathtakingly poor. Looks like after 20+ years i'll be moving to @O2 as their offers are pretty good (£15 per month less than ee on a like for like basis) plus O2 alow roaming in EU without ripping off the customer.
