This has been the case for 2 years and all we get told is there's a fault, then 2 months later get told it's been fixed, when it hasn't.

Sharona (@SharonaJazzie) reported@LL2013A Also having problems. I think their customer service call centre has been hijacked by scammers. We've tried numerous times to contact @o2 to get resolution and still nothing. Time to investigate this @o2. I am resorting to Ofcom.
