The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

As stated I am a Virgin Media broadband customer, unhappy with reliability and I want to move to O2 5G broadband. But in the O2 Shop I was told I do this through Virgin Media, because of the partnership.
