They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported@O2 PLEASE HELP! I found out today that I have a CCJ on my file from O2 from 2024. This relates to a bundled SIM with a Virgin Broadband contract which was cancelled before it was set up due to credit. The O2 sim was supposed to be cancelled to but it wasn't!

So they just plod along, counting numbers, with little to offer. Also, there is no such thing as, "An independent watchdog/official body" - they are in each other's pockets.
