  • thespacedmonkey

Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

  • Nicolanoodle
Nicola Fish 💙 (@Nicolanoodle) reported from Richmond, England

  • PowellVerity
Verity Powell (@PowellVerity) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

  • StephsBubble
Stephanie Bennett (@StephsBubble) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

  • Marcus_dd1

  • Amalik7991
Amalik799 (@Amalik7991) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

  • waynetuckwell
    Wayne Tuckwell 💚🖤 (@waynetuckwell) reported

@O2 so when am I going to get an update to ticket number: CIT-A408955. Or you hoping I’ll just go away and not bother you again? I will not be renewing with O2 as your customer service is poor to say the least.

  • ACaldwell68074
Way Of The Hunter 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@ACaldwell68074) reported

@O2 @davehpayne Every time I lTRY log in to my @O2 app, I continually have to sign in through Virgin media which sends email to click link, then repeatedly sends me back to send another email to my account again and so on and on, I don't even have a virgin media account. It's a nightmare.

  • LewisOrmston
    Lewis Ormston (@LewisOrmston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Completely agree. It's been the same in Manchester City Centre for years. I wrote to my local MP, who raised it with the government - they've fitted signal boosters that have helped slightly, but no one should face this in a major city in 2026. Needs looking at nationally.

  • RobertH1947
    Robert H (@RobertH1947) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE On trains your only hope is to switch WiFi off and hope your roaming service kicks in.

  • DivineBiba
    helen wood (@DivineBiba) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone I had terrible reception with EE for 2 years and now Im with 02 everything is fine. EE also had me on an expensive contract for no good reason, it took a year to sort out a more reasonable deal.

  • CouncillorLuke
    Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').

  • PaulWelters
    Paul Welters (@PaulWelters) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That's private enterprise for you Tom: promises investment, better cheaper service than the state could provide but trips over its own boots failing bigly However, as you surely know, mobile phone signals in La France Profonde, despite it being 6 times as big as UK, are fine.

  • waynetuckwell
    Wayne Tuckwell 💚🖤 (@waynetuckwell) reported

@O2 How is your internal Helpdesk Ticket number sensitive information? what are people going to do with it..... fix your s**te website?

  • 1joharrington
    Jo Harrington (@1joharrington) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 UK 5G is dreadful. Third-party user testing from Opensignal and Ookla showed that the everyday user experience in the UK is among the worst in the developed world. 40% of the time your phone shows the "5G" icon in the UK, it is actually running on older 4G infrastructure.
