    Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

    Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    @fortheride @O2 Also, try taking your network selection off automatic, and switching to AT&T, I generally find them better - but results may vary depending on pairing agreements.

    @O2 this phone number is harassing me - 020 3389 6395 - it’s a fake automated call claiming to be @HMRCgovuk called me 4 times already today! Wants to press option for operator (but I haven’t done so), needs reporting for harassment / impersonation of government service! @Ofcom

    @O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying £53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

    No company has ever treated their clients so poorly as @o2. Discgrace. The absolute worst contract ever. Never has service anywhere! Sign with someone else.

    @O2 Went to shop to collect my phone, they were great at helping to flog cases, when I asked for help to set up, their WIFi is rubbish. I just spent a lot off money FFS!

    I have before, but I keep getting told there is no issue with the mast. Or use WiFi, or get a new sim. I just want to be able to use my phone, thinking about ditching you guys and going to @O2 might get a signal and a betting offer on s phone.

    @Russ10784945 @O2 Oh mate. The Jeff Shi of internet providers, they just don’t care. I went in once and complained and was told it was because the 5G towers got burned down during Covid. Didn’t realise they were O2 specific.

    @O2 I’m having a nightmare with my online account. I’ve registered for a VMO2 login. but it says I have no products. I try to add my number and it says it’s registered to a different account. I’ve called CS and they just say it’s a server issue and fob me off.

    Just helping the grandparents set up their new @O2 account but now everything is packed in to the joint ID with @virginmedia and the whole thing is a shambles. Multiple verifications not working. They never would've figured it out on their own. Bin the lot and switch provider.

    @O2 Not on here. I’ve given up. Had 3 email replies all failing to address in any form, the issue I raised. Stated someone tried to call me, they didn’t. Said they’d call back…they haven’t.

    @O2 Tried to log into MyO2, going round in circles. Password, Verify, repeatedly. Chap on 202 said site maintenance merging Virgin media with O2. Could at least have notified on site to say wait till Friday because site is down. Shocking. Trust virgin to complicate things.
