    @ItsAdsolution @O2 All of my calls which I've tried to make the O2 have not been answered I have a 40 phone and they don't seem to care I think if this keeps on we should see them because I've got a really bad disability and I've got a 40 phone so we should sue them

    Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

    @O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    Update! The problem I need fixing is that I can’t make phone calls. So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

    @_peetaypan @O2 If you want to keep your number you can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 once you give that to your new network provider you shouldn’t have any more hassle

    @O2 new phone, transferred sim. 6 days later still no working phone, no return call from CS, abrupt rude lady on phone no help, O2 colleagues tried to help but not much knowledge. Big up Ahmed Clifton O2, only one to apologise & really try but still no phone. Appalling Service.

    @O2 I am having real trouble with getting my phone unlocked from O2 so I can use a different sim. I've spoken to Customer service several times as well as Samsung. No one will help! I need the phone unlocking ASAP. The PUK didn't work and now its locked.
