    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    @virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

    @O2 Went to shop to collect my phone, they were great at helping to flog cases, when I asked for help to set up, their WIFi is rubbish. I just spent a lot off money FFS!

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    Is anyone else experiencing call drop outs and freezes on #iPhone11ProMax I have cleared cache and done soft reset, also had a sim swap @O2 but still having buggy experiencing overheating. I’ve checked online and have reset my network settings. Minded to pop into @Apple

    @O2 Two weeks later still have low signal and no one is telling me when it will be fixed you pass me to Sky Mobile who say its your masts they use and contact you

    @fortheride @O2 Also, try taking your network selection off automatic, and switching to AT&T, I generally find them better - but results may vary depending on pairing agreements.

    @O2 a loyal customer of 11 years here 👋🏽 I am leaving your company because of many reasons.... one of them being you’ve outsourced your customer service to a new company which is quite honestly useless. Another being you do not value your customers. Bring on a new company 👊🏾

    I have before, but I keep getting told there is no issue with the mast. Or use WiFi, or get a new sim. I just want to be able to use my phone, thinking about ditching you guys and going to @O2 might get a signal and a betting offer on s phone.

    @O2 tried to speak to someone about an upgrade. Wasted an hour of my life being passed back and fourth. Been hung up on 3 times and still not had anyone help me. I give in trying to upgrade with O2. Will have to look elsewhere

    Switching over to @O2 for my phone service and it’s starting well: was told new iPhone would be in yesterday when we put the deposit down for it a week ago. It isn’t, and apparently nobody is able to tell us when I’ll actually be able to pick it up. 🫥

    I’ve had to spends copious amounts of time trying to sort out opening a new contract with @O2. If you’re going to switch to a new system called “360”, may I suggest you sort your problems out with the system asap instead of messing people about. Thanks.

    End of @O2 contract gave 30 days notice and now my network is buffering alot. Not as the way it was before . Same problem happened with @EE when i gave them 30days notice 2yrs ago.. why do networks do this when someone moves servies?? Very angry

    @O2 hi I am looking for some support. I am new to o2 from virgin mobile. I can’t activate my account for myo2 because the email that virgin gave you guys is completely incorrect. I have spoken to someone today and they said they sent me a new link but I haven’t received it yet
