@AnythingRugbyy @EnglandRugby @O2 He desperately needs a rest. He's made of scaffolding now and he's had so many bad knocks. Just let him heal so he can be around. Or let him just heal for himself the poor bastard.

  • dmyrcr
    🅓🅜🅨🅡🅒🅡 (@dmyrcr) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Your lot had 14 years. Maybe you should’ve campaigned about this then to your pals in government. Instead you did **** all

  • James62876216
    James (@James62876216) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE 14 years in power and it wasn't a problem then?

  • Groundhopperno1
    RichardAngell (@Groundhopperno1) reported

@O2 After 25 years as a customer, I’ve discovered the hardest part isn’t getting a mobile signal- it’s making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.

  • BenjaminEHowe
    Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported

@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.

  • Beardmore8Mark
    Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all

  • ebamsky
    Skylier (@ebamsky) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 You're right. O2 should be the worst. I've used Three (more of coverage than quality problem) which was fair, I've recently ported to EE-based provider from O2.

  • silestanix
    Mr H (@silestanix) reported

@O2 I've already submitted a formal complaint, I'll be asking for my PAC Code when I'm back in the UK next week. Enough is enough. I will also be withholding payment of line rental for this billing period, as the service has been non existent, I still cannot make phone calls.

  • Chris94501165
    Chris (@Chris94501165) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...

  • BebbMalcolm
    Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So which government mobile phone network do you use? 'Cos I don't see the connection.
