  @O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

  Just rang @O2 to see if they are aware of the problem with their app/website when people are trying to pay. The advisor didn't seem to know & sounded reluctant to ask her colleagues if they knew. I suggested asking her colleagues who are on @o2 but she said they were busy.

  @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite
