    @O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

    @o2 can you fix your network in @westfeild #London as I’ve tried to FaceTime my mom more than 50 times the calls have been dropping all the time its sucks paying almost £90 pcm and you don’t get basic networks. Not a happy customer anymore.

    @O2 fraud team apparently sent @dhlexpressuk to pick up the phone I never wanted between 9-11am this morning...shock no one arrived, I still have a phone I didn’t order, and I still can’t get into my account to check anything is actually resolve! #worstcustomerservice

    @O2 Hi, i’m not an idiot - I’m a software engineer - I know it didn’t come *from* you. Nonetheless it was relayed *by* you. It shouldn’t have been, because you shouldn’t accept text messages for relay that appear to be from banks unless you can verify that they really are.

    @O2 I am an o2 customer for over 20 years ,I am not happy that I am due for an update and you cannot compete with other companies. Where is the loyalty to your customers .

    @O2 It’s doesn’t help!!!!! It’s getting frustrating day by day been with @02 nearly 7 years and it’s getting worst day by day. No proper coverage. There’re much better network providers in the U.K. that provide better network and customer services it’s time to make a change!!!!!!!

    @O2 I feel let down as a customer for the first time in 4 years of loyalty. I pay £10 for same day delivery of my upgrade for this evening and it has not arrived! Thanks I’ll just hope my phone that’s being replaced hangs on till someone delivers it!

    @sarah12412 @O2 Omg surly there's something they can do. If not that just doesn't seem right. Get in touch with O2 customer service. That's a lot of money for a few calls. Hope you get something sorted. Maybe trading standards could give you some advice

    @O2 hello , I placed an order for an iPad. It allowed me to click and collect but 24 hours after it shows that the store is closed , I’ve meant to have had an email by now to say what’s happening but I’ve not heard anything please help

    So, so far with being @O2 since I joined them on Saturday, I've had 3 days of no Internet during the day until around 9pm at night. This properly sucks. I have stuff to do during the day that needs access to the Internet. @O2 can you sort this out ASAP?

    @jamken123 @O2 I have just pay it’s literally like 20 calls in a week they charged me £25 for a 25 mins call I’m gutted I would never of done if I’d known I had no idea as I had no notifications

    @O2 When I pop in the code it says the code is wrong - I select voucher as the type. I pasted it as you would to get to the site on the link and also wrote it down and typed it but still says the code is wrong. I really wonna see Black Widow please help me 🥺

    @O2 "For now" Virgin Media have a terrible reputation for increasing bills without informing the customer and for threatening calls about unpaid bills.... I've been an o2 customer for over 11 years and WHEN Virgin take over, I'll be leaving for a different provider.

    @jamken123 @O2 Thank you I will try to email them a complaint just **** as I’ve been a customer for 13 years never once had this issue and it’s just an outrageous amount for a few calls I didn’t even know I was being charged for :(
