    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    Is anyone else experiencing call drop outs and freezes on #iPhone11ProMax I have cleared cache and done soft reset, also had a sim swap @O2 but still having buggy experiencing overheating. Iโ€™ve checked online and have reset my network settings. Minded to pop into @Apple

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    5th day in a row I've had no signal or data through to my phone. @O2 is going downhill. Definately on its way out. This is so poor I shouldav stayed with T Mobile. #O2 #POORCUSTOMERSERVICE

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you ๐Ÿ™„), was quoted ยฃ132. Then get message theyโ€™ve revised value to ยฃ28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. Iโ€™ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    @O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then donโ€™t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they canโ€™t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone Iโ€™m leaving!

    Disappointed with @O2. Iโ€™ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. Iโ€™ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free
