    @O2 I’ve tried desperately trying to get hold of customer service and keep getting knocked off. I need a 5 g SIM card for my new iPhone 12 pro plus and need a 5 g sim , I think a card may be ordered but not the 5 g

    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    @O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

    @O2 why is it so hard to get your systems to work properly. Don’t give me automated messages telling me I am overdue with my bill when I am not. Then sort out your customer support. How can your AI engine be too busy to ‘talk’ to customers. Rubbish.

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    @virginmedia I’m am losing the plot with this now. @O2 won’t speak to me. Now charged for the first month of a contract he didn’t ask for. How on earth do you phone to discuss a TV contract with Virgin and end up with a mobile contract with O2. This is an awful way to treat an elderly man!

    @O2 Your service is going backwards. I have been trying to set up a simple mobile hotspot and it has been an absolute disaster and a nightmare. Dare I say it, I had a Vodafone system that was more smoother than this and that’s really scrape in the barrel.
