@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

@theroyalfactor @Plusnet I can think of one where they insisted you use FB Messenger to contact customer services, then suddenly they can't reply on that anymore so you have to email. Maybe it was to do with all the customers they were blocking on Facebook for highlighting their 8 tentacled shadiness.

Major probls with @Plusnet . Terrible service. Goalposts moved continually. Now they claim only man that cam assist with cancelling after 3 weeks of failures is on holiday. Refuse to let me speak to anyone else., stay clear folks. Seems they only have 1 manager

@Plusnet While you sorted out, low and behold today I get contacted twice by debt collection agency. Turns out your website said payment was taken but it wasn't. Wasted days of my life trying to deal with you people. This service is exception rather than the norm. Absolute disgrace.

@Plusnet Thanks - it now appears to be working, was off for approx 1 hour (1.30-2.30) with a notification on my mobile data settings that you had turned it off (rather than just me being out of signal range). So hopefully all sorted now
