Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

They gave me a resolution date of 6 months in the future, so it was back to PlusNet. Virgin still haven't fixed it, so I'm still on copper.
