    @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

    @Plusnet , unfortunately @WeAreOpenreach weren’t able to confirm that we have an appointment, just rather enigmatically that they’ve ‘been in contact’ with you. This contact wasn’t flagged when I was on the phone to you earlier trying to confirm appointment. Can you help?

    @Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

    However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

    @Plusnet hi there our internet has been dropping in and out all day and it’s making working from home extremely difficult. I’ve had to reset the modem many times and it does not help

    @OurAsh1066 @Plusnet I am with talktalk, has anybody else noticed that when it comes to about 8 pm the wifi keeps dropping out or slowing so much it just keeps freezing. We are rural and have terrible internet speeds but its really bad in the evenings

    @antjo1987 @ThreeUK I left because I stopped getting service at my apartment, remember. Took many many phone calls for them to let me leave my contract early. I find PlusNet (who uses EE) has great signal. I get reception throughout the hospital, which I never used to. Not sure what's best there.

    @plusnethelp changed to Plusnet on 10th Feb. Taken until today for service to start. Due to long transfer have been charge post deal service price by current provider £21 more than Plusnet deal. just received email saying I’ve a £4.70 credit for this. 35 days to switch service!!

    @Plusnet once again no help from c service. I recommended you to my elderly recently widowed mother. She was promised by your sales team she could keep the landline number she has had for 40 years. Number not kept. Supposed to be sorted today and not. Crying to me earlier! Awful!
