I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

And if I follow the 'Can't see this email" route it opens in a browser and the "start the survey" link still doesn't work.

You’ve had someone attend my 78 year old mother leaving her with no internet by performing a reset on a router and back to factory with no devices unable to connect after leaving and then not answering calls to return.
