@plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

What a time to live. Internet is as slow as it was in 2006 and YouTube video quality is working out about the same! I gotta say tho I absolutely did NOT miss buffering!! Can't even watch YouTube, Netflix or any streaming service. Thanks @Plusnet for the quality service 👌

EE / Plusnet Mobile are absolute rubbish. My wife and I can not call each other from 6 feet apart. Text is fine. And this type of fault has gone on at EE for years. Tomorrow I will be closing our SIM accounts. Utter garbage and fat arse management.

@Plusnet I’m having an issue whereby I can’t log in to my BT Sports App on any device connected to WiFi, but can when using mobile data, also I can’t even log into MyBT account on any device connected to my WiFi. BT sport and MyBT work on non plus net internet, any ideas?
