Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

Currently, I'm on aeroplane mode here. No body seems bothered by a simple service connector problem. Its nothing less than a disgrace. Sort it !!
