@SkyHelpTeam You know that was 13 hours ago. I'm a Q customer. I've resolved it by unplugging the Q box left it an hour plugged it back in. So while I appreciate the reply 13 hours is of little help

@SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

@SkyHelpTeam ever since I’ve renewed my contract a few weeks ago since the price hikes my broadband seems to go off every night for a few hours and also disconnects the 2 Sky Q boxes. Tried all the tests and says no issues but downdetector is saying Sky has issues
