    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

    @SkyHelpTeam The telephone number doesn’t connect to a person, it’s a recording telling me to check my connection. I need Sky to contact OpenReach so an engineer can fix this

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    @SkyHelpTeam since December my bill has risen by £21 a month! Been charged for sky sports each month 😞 want to speak to someone and queues on phone are huge. Not good! Can’t even cancel subs online. #help

    @skyUK. I rang and spoke to you about having a £50 discount applied due to having a Go Henry card in December. I was assured this would be applied but having had my direct debit taken it hasn't. I know the offer has now expired but I applied before the end of offer. Help

    @SkyUK Why have you removed the Sky Never Miss feature? I have missed the start of 2 new shows last night. I have been on sky Community this morning and can see I am not the only one who finds this disgraceful, and no reason has been given as to why this has been done either.
