Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam any chance of your mailing list ever understanding that I don’t have kids, will never have kids, and therefore never need emails about the kids app, kids features on Sky q or kids tv. I don’t even subscribe to the kids channels so you do know this.

SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

Guessing it will be weather to blame for the early **** show that is skys sank Q box @skyhelpteam 20mins without internet. Nightly event with bland prepared replies. Yes I've done the test things turned it on and off and stood on one leg

@SkyHelpTeam The agent was fantastic, when i managed to get past the terrible call system. He took my feedback and experience really well, acknowledged it and totally disarmed my frustration and stress at how hard Sky made it to find the number and get thru. Then he sorted my account for me.

So.... another engineer booked for ANOTHER issue with my broadband!!! It's taking the mick! @SkyUK I haven't been able to use my broadband properly since middle of December. Its getting beyond now!
