    @SkyUK SkyQ launched 3 years ago and is still SO buggy it’s ridiculous. Can’t fast forward or rewind Quest channel tonight without it skipping back to the middle of the programme - one of so many bugs and problems

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi we recently got sky Q but the past couple weeks its not been letting me download or record things & the only way to fix it has been to turn it off & back on again which is now getting very annoying

    can i report bad customer service from a man called rodger from your company. I told him about my broband i need it moved into my room and it felt like he didn't want to book it in for me he kept over powering and not helpful at all. he thought i was a kid . @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

    yes he told to get cables what ive already tried and it felt like he didn't belive me . awful service . I pay a lot of money for my sky i don't expect my services to be slow and if a customer wants help he should be helping not over powering and not believing @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @SkyUK I left u 2 go 2 them. Neither of u care about service 2 the customer & what we get. It's just our money u r interested in the rest the phone advisors based thousands of miles away can deal with our probs. U r both poor when it comes 2 customer service but not in taking our money.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

    @SkySports why do your channels 409 and 403 always have digital breakup, yet the same event wether it’s cricket or football showing simultaneously on channel 404 doesn’t have any issues.

    @SkyUK Sunday night 45 min wait, Monday night 49 min wait, Tuesday currently 38 min wait. You need to employ some more call centre staff. Shocking service. Wasting my life away.

    @SkyHelpTeam problems with my broadband. The sky internet is massively unstable at the moment. Keeps dropping off and it’s affecting my working from home. I have restarted the router numerous times. Still very flakey. Is there a general issues with Sky services please address.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did this morning, of course your connection test says my speed is 60+mbps with no issues. Every single other test online is giving me 6.4-7.1mbps. Netflix, YouTube etc are taking forever to buffer HD video which never used to happen. Been getting booted from online games too..
