    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @SkyHelpTeam The telephone number doesn’t connect to a person, it’s a recording telling me to check my connection. I need Sky to contact OpenReach so an engineer can fix this

    Informed no information about what the issue is other than delay. We will be updated weekly. Informed can’t be escalated and worse case scenario could be 8 weeks. So 6 wks with no internet and no TV. That’s great thanks @SkyHelpTeam luckily we are still in cooling off period!!
