    @Ofcom Thanks @Ofcom. Judging by how @SkyHelpTeam has handled the problem so far, I’m sure I’ll be in touch. I’ve just been passed around teams and hardly anyone seems to care about finding a solution! @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam been having problems for days now with my son's broadband. You say there is no problem but no it's give completely can't even see network on phone

    SHOUTOUT TO @LQHomesMatter & @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can any of you assist in making sure I get a good signal to my SkyQ box because it’s glitching and no one is taking responsibility for fixing the communal dish/aerial. I would love for this to be resolved! #skyq #communaldish #lq

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my line seems down. I've re booted the router numerous time, getting a yellow light, rather than green and admin screen shows no connection. Is SM25HY down

    @SkyHelpTeam Sure, I know that. Doesn’t change the point though that I’ve spent nearly a day and am nowhere close to getting my query resolved. The bureaucracy won’t dent my perseverance though to get a solution. @Ofcom @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I did at 11:55am. The service, however, is SO slow that I’ve only just managed to get through security and speak to a person. @SkyUK customer service never disappoints! 😉 @Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam @paulao81 Paula. Your testing your mobile phones wifi speed (looks like u posted the image from a phone). to test the real speed, u need a pc and a network lead to the sky router. Only then can you check the correct download speed. U need to test via wires

    @SkyUK shame on you. Poor customer service. Having to cancel to get heard. Broken box but want to charge for multi room until an engineer comes 10th March. Unacceptable timeframe without second box #FirstWorldProblem.

    @skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve contacted and spoke to them twice band they just say there are no issues they offer no support or suggestions WiFi isn’t working.... someone must be able to sort this!

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has completely died. I am in the herne bay area in kent. Are there any network problems? Or is it my sky hub thats dead. Box is currently sitting on and amber internet light.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did that, it states there are issues but when i go to the next screen it says there arent issues? Tried to call customer service and i find it funny your standard message on broadband states issues in my area yet you dont ask who or where I am...hence me seeking clarification.

    @SkyUK You’ve cut off our record and playback facility. We were supposed to have Sky Q installed 4 June but we cancelled because baby blackbirds were behind dish. Rescheduled for 16 June and checked we wouldn’t be cut off. Support say we won’t have option until 16 June ! 😡

    @AnnMemmott @SkyHelpTeam Glad you got it sorted, I spent around 2 months trying to get my home phone sorted with Talk Talk, the line had been cut off by open reach, but getting them to accept that was impossible. I ended up emailing the CEO email address which got me on the complaint pathway 2resolution

    @SkyHelpTeam any issues in and around Preston today? Connection is running so slow down. Connection test on your end reports 79Mbps but averaging around 6-7Mbps real world.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been a Sky TV customer for a while and just switched to Sky Mobile. My TV bill goes out on 26th each month but just had a text to say my first mobile bill will come out on June 16th. Is there any way to combine these so they both come out on the same day please?
