    @benjamincfc_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam His box has been getting a configuration message since yesterday - tried to reboot while I was on the phone. Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

    @SkyUK why is my sky not working all of a sudden. It keeps saying no satellite signal. This really isn't the day or time for my sky to stop working. Seriously this isn't the time to not have access to TV! Can someone assist asap please! This is messing up my plans

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkyUK Stopping customers from cancelling sport’s subscription by not allowing u 2 cancel online and having to wait over an hour to speak to a member of staff, so u give up..disgusting

    @DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

    @SkyHelpTeam The screen has has a message since yesterday “your box is initialising, please return back in the future” - now saying they HD box is not getting a satellite signal - I need someone to call him to sort this out

    @SkyHelpTeam Your telephone team have been very nice and friendly but waiting on @BTOpenreach1 to stop having meetings about connecting a cable. I realise this is with your third party contractor, but they are your contractor and I am attempting to contact BT direct to find out the problem.

    @SkySports If this was Klopp questioning the ref and a red card all of social media would be having a complete melt down slinging mud but because it’s another manager there is no melt down! The laws state he had to get a red as it was a goal scoring opportunity.

They'd come in and change things, take a year or two to establish themselves, and we'd be no closer to winning than we are now so why not support the manager and see that we are getting there
