This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

The nutcase owner made him manager so he'd play for us. I think he didn't play himself to start with and when he did he was terrible! He didn't last long!

Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.”

I was eligible to leave with no early termination fee - however this has since been applied to my account (£179.85). To date I have spoken to customer
