@dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

@SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve got same issue, where all my 3 sims cant callout to non sky numbers. Says ‘number does not exist’! Was weird cos was working, then I activated a Sim and then had the issue. Just got off the phone to your call centre, who said its widespread. Update me when fixed

@SkyHelpTeam been having issues with outgoing/incoming calls all week. Ordered a new sim thinking it would solve the problem. Was just on a very important job interview call when the phone disconnected. Now whenever I call back or call anyone it says "this number doesn't exist"
