Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

As if moving house without a car isn't stressful enough ..the utter ineptitude of @OpenreachHelp and @SkyUK is astounding. How difficult is it to reconnect a service that was there the day before ? Emails to both CEO with "please do better" sent . Let's see if either read..

@SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

@snellcj @SkySports The Hill/Schumacher rivalry was great and no silly tribalism from fans. The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today

@saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

@SkyUK I just received a call from a person offering me a reduced rate because we'd cancelled with sky. I am suspicious because he wants me to cancel BT right away and says he's sent me a confirmation email. He hung up when I said that I was only cancelling when I get email.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky forced to pay additional 31 day notice period charges of €70 even not using their service and I have already completed my contract period. Its totally unjustified and makes no sense.
