@SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, we’re due to move out later this month but don’t have our new address yet (we’re renting part of a house with sky already) - is there a way we can use our Sky Q box / viewing card there as we don’t want to cancel given we have 21yrs of history. Thanks

@leonagraham @thesturge @SkyHelpTeam are just as bad. Randomly throughout the day cuts off my meetings online and TV but app says all is OK. Trying to blame the customer and not take responsibility for their shoddy service.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam Realistically, you're not going to be able to. I know you're just doing your job in social/customer care, but the issues run far deeper. Sky's Broadband is consistently weak, you guys get pushed to the front line rather than an easy helpline and David Rey shouldn't be in a job.

@atypical_boro @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK The price you agree at the time always goes up and up throughout the contract what they don't tell you is it is a one sided contract in favour of them they can increase the price at anytime they want but you can't cancel without penalty. Wont be renewing going to Bt TV.
