    @SkyHelpTeam My old Sky Q remote stopped responding, so you sent me a new one. I can’t get the new one to work. The ? button makes the red light come on, but that is it and reset etc hasn’t worked. How do I fix this please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Then service status shows nothing but reminds me that some local outages would not show on the service status page. This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

    @SkyUK you are the worst internet providers i live in Bexleyheath. the box never works the internet constantly not working and you charge nearly 150 a month for what you dont answer or are helpful in your call helpline your a joke of a service furious cant even get work done

    @raytomany @SkySports I'm trying to work out how you mocked this up! Last time this happened it was Kevin Nolan. The nutcase owner made him manager so he'd play for us. I think he didn't play himself to start with and when he did he was terrible! He didn't last long!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

    I am trying to get hold of @SkyHelpTeam. As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, yes it does - I ran this last night and it has detected a problem and booked an engineer visit for me. It just seemed very odd that a few days after my minimum contract expired, the speed reduced to those comparable with the "superfast 35"!

    @SkyUK are sooo unprofessional & REALLY need to shut down. Managers nor advisor can resolve the issue, just keep doing the SAME DAMN THING! Over a month STILL no broadband or tv services but your STILL try and charge me. 2 days loss of earnings, for nonexistent appointments

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports what your seeing now in transfer window will only get worse especially for clubs like Leicester the uk academy system is broken and we have large numbers of 16,17 & 18 yo who have been failed through coved. Influx of new talent always plays big part
