    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying again Emma, Yes, when Sky HD boxes were (supposedly) "upgraded" to Q the bookmarks were removed. So my question remains: Why? Why have you removed bookmarks from your (Sky) service? "Noting points" with a pen & paper is not nearly as convenient. So, why?

She's been a loyal customer for over 30 years and gets charged top price where as new customers get a lot cheaper, told her to move her custom to @SkyUK better service & price
