    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

    @snellcj @SkySports The Hill/Schumacher rivalry was great and no silly tribalism from fans. The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today

    @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

    @DaveWallsworth @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp If there's problems with noise/crosstalk or other impairment on the metallic path back to the exchange, the noise will travel along the line and still be able to interfere with the Gfast. That's assuming you're *not* on an exchange where normal phone lines are being phased out.

    @DaveWallsworth @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp It could be something like a poor joint somewhere on a cable. I had an ADSL line many years ago which would renegotiate when the weather went rainy. Turned out my line passed through a big blob of green fuzzy corrosion in the cab, when it rained it enabled crosstalk.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam A £50 router has fixed my issue. Stop restricting WiFi signal to squeeze more money from the customer with a WiFi guarantee that also isn't fit for purpose at 3Mps. I'm greatly disappointed in Sky, there are less tech savvy people who will fall for your tactics.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam this is a poor service, essentially sky run a line check to tell me everything is okay, which I know because I've got great wired internet, then it tells me to move the router to an open area; I've never had problem with router position to cause such poor WiFi.
