    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

    @SkyUK three engineers since Saturday and still my broadband isn't working properly. Keep having to add mobile data to two phones. Not a happy customer

    @SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

    @SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    @SkyUK SkyQ launched 3 years ago and is still SO buggy it’s ridiculous. Can’t fast forward or rewind Quest channel tonight without it skipping back to the middle of the programme - one of so many bugs and problems

    Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

    @SkySports Why do you waste your time with this guy? The bias is clear. The amount of wrong calls that he says “I understand why” which is code for, it was wrong but I don’t want to call out the refs. She didn’t go anywhere near her face, never a red.

    @SkyUK Skys broadband is pants. Don’t even bother with their sky Q multi rooms. They never worked properly from the off. Then tell you they should be hard wired. Dump em ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. It's really annoying as it's dropped out 3 times today so far, which is not good as I'm working from home today. I can't even have my phone on WiFi because of it. Haven't had any issues for years, and now, since Jan, it's awful.
