Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.

Cant wait to send that final call/email to tell them to **** off forever
