    @claudelittner @SkyUK Yep I hear you. Been with them 22 years. Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx ยฃ10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

    @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices wonโ€™t need reconnecting.

    @danielsjourney1 @SkyHelpTeam Buy a Mesh WiFi system. It'll permanently fix your upstairs signal without adding to your monthly bill. Sky lock whole-home coverage hardware behind an extra monthly paywall, so youโ€™ll buy the add-on.

    @SkyUK how to lose a customer in less than a week 1. Miss sell a package because they canโ€™t get that broadband 2. Cancel the broadband on the day of new install 3. Charge them more money for a less speed broadband Iโ€™m off to a competitor ๐Ÿคก
