    Without doubt @skyuk are simply the worst customer service center i ever experience. Never had a call answered in under 20minutes. The voice recognition software is awful and when you do reach someone - they can never first time fix

    @SkyHelpTeam This a message on behalf of my Nan who's been a sky customer for over 25 years. Who's had emails about one of her boxes not being connected to her wifi or phone and 4 engineer visits still not fixed and nasty emails from sky saying she could end up paying more. Gd by

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance you can help? Parents internet is down and asking them to use the app is not possible. Checks on My Sky say can’t see *** but no local issues but social media and 3rd party sites suggest there’s a massive national issue. Any updates?

    @SkyHelpTeam So my service ended with the full payment going out prior to the disconnection, then you took another payment after the end of the service. Is this normal, taking a payment after the service has finished?

    @SkySports Seeing it in slow motion has made his decision. If it was just watched in real time then I doubt he produces a red. Using the VAR almost let's refs off the hook by saying "I didn't make the decision, it was VAR"
