    @SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    @SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi we recently got sky Q but the past couple weeks its not been letting me download or record things & the only way to fix it has been to turn it off & back on again which is now getting very annoying

    Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam Not happy at all..!! Only been a sky broadband customer for a few weeks and so far the service has been terrible!. Yet again my children are unable to go online and Q box also affected. Was with BT for years and never an issue..!!

    @Jimmy_bail @SkyHelpTeam We’ve been having problems since late November. Constantly drops out. Then when you phone them they have the cheek to tell you they will ring you back on your landline... which also doesn’t work!

    @David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam No point calling them as you have to wait over an hour. No word from sky, other than a general update on skygo to say that there are issues. I’ve been thinking of changing for a while after many problems and this is probably the final straw.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. I can’t login to my Sky Hub - this is nothing to do with the current broadband issue and has been going on for awhile. I’ve tried the ‘normal’ login details but I can’t get in. I’ve pulled the plug and restarted, but no dice. Any advice?
