@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

I have just rung to rebook and am told I can’t until the original visit is cleared from the back office. The visit never happened! Your call centre staff have been nothing but helpful @SkyUK but your system and service is awful for the amount of £ you charge

@SkyHelpTeam I was transferred to tech support raising a complaint about Sky Sports → TNT, misleading PL coverage.I requestthe call recording via a DSAR, but no one I spoke to even knew what a DSAR was. I’ll be passing this to the ICO. Please have someone competent pick this up!
