    @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

    @leonagraham @thesturge @SkyHelpTeam are just as bad. Randomly throughout the day cuts off my meetings online and TV but app says all is OK. Trying to blame the customer and not take responsibility for their shoddy service.

    @michaelmacc78 @shakemeister007 @SkySports José publicly blamed the players when they were **** at United. It didn’t end well. Everyone called him a ******** for it. He’s done his best to protect them at Tottenham, admonishing blame when he can, and now everyone says he’s ‘delusional’. Guy can’t win.

    @SkyHelpTeam Standby mode is Eco. Never had issues before. First use each time has been >10:30am so not in Eco hours. Get no hdmi output though green light is on. Also get no Q symbol of try to press pause.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no sky tv since 10/12/2020, 4 phone calls later and apparently my case has to be investigated!!!! I only want a card for God’s sake! Where do you send them from Mars? The girl I spoke to kept getting a “bad line” every time I asked.
