@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t got a household that is particularly unusual regarding internet usage. At least 7 of those devices are sky q boxes or boosters to try to get a signal@round the house. How would I prevent it from being overwhelmed? Stop using modern technology?

@SkyUK As an ex sky customer and after reading these replies I won’t be touching this. whole point of being able to stream is so you can take it with you as long as you have a decent download speed only being able to use it at Your registered accounts address kind of defeats object
