@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

@SkyHelpTeam @skytv utterly ridiculous service. Have had no access to tv/recordings since the 8/Oct, paid £10 for booster & still no difference, engineer didn’t turn up & now I’m being offering a £10 ‘refund credit’ for a subscription I pay £90 for and have had no access to-Part1
