@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

@SkyHelpTeam Not paying for a service that never works broadband speed has only hit guaranteed speed for past 5 days in over 3 months tv never work. The router has only just had update to resolve known problem that still does not work. Never been so unhappy with a product and service.
