@SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

@SkyUK So you have to buy tv only 2 year warranty what happens when there’s a problem with tv? No multi room and a small tv if I bought my one over £90 far more expensive and don’t trust it what happens when Wi-Fi is down and apps are annoying as is their voice facility hardly ever work

@SkyUK How do the pucks work, do they create a mesh network like Sky Q or do they independently connect to the router or TV? I ask as I have never had 100% reliability with my Sky Q mini boxes and if this is more reliable I’m in.
