    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, we've been without internet since Saturday and were told that it would be within three working days, and today we've been told it's five, and that there's no way Sky can get any time frame information from Openreach. Pretty poor service guys...

    @SkyUK after 11 years of your TV service I will be ending on July 26. Your business model is out of date; tying people into a long term overpriced contract for broadcast media via proprietary hardware will soon go the way of video rentals. #Netflix has the model for TV’s future

    Have paid £34.50 just to speak to a customer service assistant @SkyHelpTeam about an account which was meant to be closed. No email address for me to address the issue. Horrendous, quite frankly.

    @SkyUK we signed up based on everyone telling us how great your customer service is 1. You chased me repeatedly to confirm installation date. 2. My wife takes a day to stay at home. 3.Your team arrive to tell us they need another team to install it that day 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam The sky engineer did fix the youtube and downloading problems and we didn't have the Netflix problem when they were here, this is new

    I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam Appreciate difficulties. Would be nice to get update even if update is there's no update. ETA at fix would be better but, if there's no ETA, knowing you're working on a fix would give reassurance to those supposed to be working from home but currently unable to do anything. 😓

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes...have spoken to your team and they say openreach can't fix it before the 5th of July. Somehow I'm still receiving txts saying all is fixed when it's definitely not

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to tech support. Can't do anything as they have to test line at new house (have to wait until I don't have internet at current house) before proving there is no ONT device (there isn't), then book an engineer. I have to have NO internet before anyone can help? #WorkFromHome

    @SkyHelpTeam Short of calling Sky I can't transfer my number online via your website. Will try again tomorrow, if problem still exists I'll take my number elsewhere. I wasn't asking for your help, just wanted Twittersphere to be aware of Sky's website flaw Perhaps you should look into that?
