That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.
