No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?
