    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi , if I could speak to an actual human person on your phone lines I would ! I keep being referred to your on line help which is not helping me resolve the issue. My main sky q box keeps losing my network , either hard wired or WiFi, it's 100% an issue with the box.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have been yes, it won’t let things connect to it, which in turn affects the tv, I spent over an hour the other sat on phone to the help desk, line checks were all ok and the person on the phone said I needed and eng visit
