The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.
