    I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a now customer but they advised me to go to the sky website for help. When I run a line test it says everything is fine but approx every half hour it drops out for 5 mins, for myself and my neighbours.

Working from home is impossible ATM so I suggest you try to treat your customers better before you lose them!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky + never have any issues until I cancel my Sky Protect insurance and both times I’ve lost satellite signal, Input shows as not locked needing an engineer. You can appreciate how it looks..
