These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent.
