Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.
