    @SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

    Without doubt @skyuk are simply the worst customer service center i ever experience. Never had a call answered in under 20minutes. The voice recognition software is awful and when you do reach someone - they can never first time fix

    @ItsKittiwake @SkyHelpTeam What an odd way to phrase how long its been down. What you mean to say is so far its been down 2 full working days and is therefore well within the 5 working day SLA for fault fixes that domestic broadband has as per Ofcom regulations

The next calls they refused to tell me anything - they do have information it’s just they cannot be bothered to look for it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there anyway to change the lease IP reset to 6am in morning? Need uninterrupted service fron 10pm to 4am next morning and you reset every day at worse time for me. Or i have to cancel 18 mobths contract as you cant provide service i purchased
