Matt (@Missives0fASub) reported from Romford, England@saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.
