@SkyHelpTeam hi, switched from skyQ to sky glass a couple of months ago &love it. Just a couple of issues, recently when I try to watch stuff on ITV Hub nothing loads and some of the programmes on prime the colour is awful. Please help TIA

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

Second, he’ll never be allowed to participate in organized Skysports again. He can coach, he could get a medical degree and be a secondary team doctor. He could become the team’s manager. He could switch paths and take pretty much any kind of business or public relations role.

@SkyUK Just looked at future billing at the end of contract going up from £43.50 to £70!! Been a customer for 30 yrs, put in for hubby’s 40th birthday and he’s 70 today. He can cry over his sports channel will not be paying that or the extra fees for each product contracted. Disgusting
