@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to Sky on 8March to raise issue with overpayment on my direct debit. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

@SkyHelpTeam I understand there was maintenance outage but since then the sky ultrafast speed dropped dramatically, below the guaranteed speed. It is as if the bandwidth has been throttled. A bit disappointing and I think I have right to cancel??
