Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way.
