    Interesting now #ScotsLouise from @SkyUK has broken news that my 88yrold aunt can’t get landline until the 17th March, even though order has now finally been placed, @SkyHelpTeam have gone very quiet! I’m sure @OfCom will want to know she will be without landline a whole month!

    @SkyHelpTeam been having problems for days now with my son's broadband. You say there is no problem but no it's give completely can't even see network on phone

    @skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t book an engineer to a flat online. 45 minute wait on the phone and no satellite signal since the 8th February. Absolute joke

    Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

    @SkyHelpTeam @paulao81 Paula. Your testing your mobile phones wifi speed (looks like u posted the image from a phone). to test the real speed, u need a pc and a network lead to the sky router. Only then can you check the correct download speed. U need to test via wires

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve contacted and spoke to them twice band they just say there are no issues they offer no support or suggestions WiFi isn’t working.... someone must be able to sort this!

    @SkyUK and @OpenreachHelp complete and utter liars. Today I had a scheduled second visit for an openreach engineer to come out and resolve a home move issue from the 6th. Waited in my house all day to get a text at 16:30pm to say couldn’t complete as there was no access

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope all you managers are ‘too busy’ to use the words of the gent I sent 50 useless mins taking too at 4.10pm. Managers will call back in 24hrs but DONT. The point is whoever I connect with at @skyuk cant or wont help transferring calls, keeping me on hold to type notes etc

    @SkyNews If you want to send them a message then you need to hit them where it hurts. Cut up your season tickets and cancel your @skysports and @btsport subscriptions and stop buying their merchandise is a start. Problem is none of you will and that is why this is happening

    @SkyUK Very disappointed in the service provided to my parents. They had a schedule appointment for someone to upgrade their connection. The engineer did not demonstrate the TV or phone-in where working. They were left unable to use their Sky box or their phone line.

    @SkyHelpTeam Restarting the boxes, checking for obstructions etc. all of which I've done without any resolution! Just don't understand why Sky Go wouldn't be working either
