Hey everyone! If you are thinking of going to @SkyUK for your broadband. Don’t bother! They over promise and totally under deliver - zero customer service. Shop wisely u less you are happy to wait nearly two months on the vain hope you may get connected rubbish service

@SkyHelpTeam new install on Friday in block of apartments. Broadband is dreadful and keeps dropping and tv install was not done. Was told would get a call. Still waiting cant get through on phone. Help this is not good enough
