@JaseMac1986 @SkySports And this is why they're not arsed about letting their customers down. They're like Mike Ashley, they know they can do what they want and they'll be endorsed by enough paying customers to keep them going. Seriously, £50 a year and I can sort you out...

@SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

@SkyHelpTeam An approximate 45 minute wait is not acceptable to cancel a part of my package when the customer should be able to cancel with one click online. Am guessing it’s because your call handler has a script to follow to try to persuade us not to drop sports pack (2/2)

@SkyUK How will you ensure live broadcasts aren’t delayed via streaming service than versus satellite connection? There’s nothing worse than watching a football match and you already know what’s about to happen as your 30-60 seconds behind real time.

As well as a VoIP phone in constant use. I've only had 1 outage that was more than a blip, and that was a cut cable

@TrealSlimDavey_ @SkyUK Try wearing glasses you wouldn't need a TV that's obviously to big. Those who swear have a lower vocabulary and shows sign of a lower intelligence. As for the Sky idea if your down load is great no problem. Also they will make money on the TV
