@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

@primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

Has anyone else had issues with @NetflixUK on @SkyHelpTeam? When opening the app and selecting a PIN locked profile it gets stuck there. Workaround is to select a random programme direct from the planner then enter PIN. Weird

@SkyHelpTeam I cannot view subtitles when viewing downloaded content. It happens with multiple channels and I have to use 3rd party apps to get subs. The content has subs when viewed live or recorded but not when downloaded, even when it says they are on. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently it's an outside problem, a member of bt has been out but hasn't worked. But now we've lost the Internet, loss of data, loss of games consoles, and loss of q-box, 3 days already and won't be fixed until at least Monday
