    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

    @SkySports The problems with this. De **** is being pressured and forced into this. He do something he doenst want too just to play a cricket match. It makes it a empty meaningless gesture. It's like a mum taking a teenagers phone away and the teen would would anything for the phone .

    @SkyUK my broadband has stopped working overnight. No one has touched it. Ran your tests. Says need to book engineer to visit but you’re going to charge me £15. Why? I haven’t done anything to it therefore why do I need to pay when it’s your problem?
