    @SkyHelpTeam Can you send an engineer to find out why ( everyday) the main Q box loses signal? Seriously every day! It’s taken 3 hours to get this to reconnect. Surely that’s unacceptable ?

    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    It’s a regular thing now that @SkyHelpTeam rip me off but I guarantee they’ll never get another penny off me. I’ve been paying full price for @SkySports whilst they’ve been giving it away for free. I don’t think so.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. Has been for 24 hours now roughly but problems extend way beyond that. Only 1 light on the hub and its a red one for power. Online guide states hub is not working
