@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

Thats just some of the hardware issue before we even get started on the user design. Its like they thought how can we make sky terrible and came up with glass
