@denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam Yeah don’t do it! Stick to your guns, you shouldn’t have to pay to fix their service. As soon as the agent said my router was out of warranty and I wasn’t in contract I knew what he was planning 😡 Also his initial “solution” was for me to leave and find another provider! #wtf

After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

@SkyHelpTeam Wouldn’t mind wifi in all our rooms in the home other than the one the router is in. Wouldn’t mind affordable bills Wouldn’t mind signal on my sky mobile at all times so glow in the dark remote isn’t really a priority in my opinion!!!

@OmegaLuke @SkyHelpTeam Try a Reset Settings in the hidden menu. To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings. With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select. Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
