@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

@primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

Hi @SkyHelpTeam Can I have a number to call - DM me Fibre To The Property #FTTP installed (excellently) on Friday but NO service… This is four days now and I’ve had to cancel two online classes I run (Sunday and tonight) as no internet. That’s £££ lost during worst time!
