@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

Apparently my beloved @Arsenal are winning... I would really like to watch it, but @SkySports and @virginmedia are seemingly incapable of providing an (Android) app that works.. it was broken yesterday as well.. Can I assume that there will be a credit on my next bill?
