@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

@CraigLUFC77 @SkyUK I’ve had the same problem for the last 2 months. I have to reset the router, main sky Q box and then multi room box in that order. Proper pain in the arse. I’ll be ringing them in the next few days. Joys of a broken wrist, I have time to sort stuff out like this with them now.

The trouble about @SkyUK dish-less service that really worries me is - recordings are made in the cloud, by default for 12 months — HOWEVER the concerning point is broadcasters can limit how long a recording can be left before deleting!! @SkyHelpTeam
