@mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

@SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!

@SkyHelpTeam classic again today having to reboot my broadband and Sky Q boxes. This is a regular occurrence probably 3 times a day. Safe to say I’m not happy and think your service is a shambles really for what people pay in this current climate.

Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam how ridiculous to bump up to more than double the contract because a customer went 'out of contract' predicted bill was there only to be bumped when trying to take payments which caused it to fail but can't talk to anyone because the. Bill is unpaid grrrr

@SkyHelpTeam Haha!!! My entire connection was down yesterday…. I could not access anything, including my phone landline. Luckily it all came back by magic around 5pm. My Ultrafast is slower than expected and sold, but I will follow-up with evidence of the sub-standard support

@mmoore32 @SkyHelpTeam it amazes me that they think I’d come on to twitter with doing the basic diagnostics. Also @SkyHelpTeam your advice is wrong, you say to simplify the connection by by passing the fibre connection and just using the phone line. That will never work, as confirmed by openreach
