@SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

Very bad experience trying to switch broadband providers. @SkyUK cancelled my existing provider when I hadn't received their hub AND @OpenreachHelp hadn't completed work to connect me even though i'm listed as FTTP capable on their checker? Internet down for at least 1 week.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been told it will take 3 working days to receive a replacement but only after Sky receives this one. That means I am without a phone, as I have just moved from O2. That’s not really acceptable. I didn’t damage the phone. It literally came out of the box damaged.

@SkyUK I've had so many friends tell me they started contracts 4 wks or so ago at this price, but are all now being billed more than that, and each one is making no headway with customer services . I left Sky about 15 yrs ago for the same sort of treatment, and never looked back.
