    @SkyHelpTeam @JulianMiddleto8 Be prepared to wait weeks if not months for internet. We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

    @SkyUK why when I call can I not speak to anyone. I have even raised a complaint and complaints email me and tell me to call and there is a 40 minute wait.

    @SkyHelpTeam tried phoning 3 times now. Since I’ve transferred to sky mobile sim I can’t leave the room without WiFi changing back to 4G. New mobile customer. Had other sky devices for years. Need help. Thanks.

    @cccammy1 @SkySports I said the exact same last night. The fact that they focus on the “incident” more than his goal also focused on a cross from Hibs into our box more than the only goal!! Walker shouldn’t be the commentator on Rangers games! One sided slanted hatred.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalled that after an initial call on 30th October to join sky for tv & broadband as moving to our new property on 27/11, that 33 days later & a catalogue of issues the engineer didn’t show up as arranged & now we are due back to WFH but have no internet

    @SkySports can you try and make sure that your presenter is accurate. The rangers weren’t “put down” to the 4th division. They had to apply to start again in the 4th division. Thanks. Not hard to be accurate unless there is an agenda here.

    @SkyHelpTeam been trying to call on 0800 759 1263 & the automated message says we are open from 0830 am to 11 pm 7 days a week but I am getting told it’s closed.there is no way I can do this online as there is no option to do it. Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam That you don’t offer support for using VPNs (bit of a let down after 45mins on hold) - to have a search on the forum and see if there were any fixes, not found anything that works though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Am I entitled to anything for not being able to use my service, I appreciate Sunday nothing would happen but it’s now end of Wednesday- when I signed up for the service at 8pm at night the whole system came by 12 next day!

    @SkyUK hi guys, redid my package to reduce the cost, all agreed and was expecting a lower bill but it’s Higher. This month you have added 3 of the same ‘Offer Administration Fee’ ?! What offer, I just asked for a reduction in the packs + this was never mentioned ???
