We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

I logged on to her account online but of course you can’t reduce your package on there adding more cost ….. no problem. Shameful!

Ian G (@GprodIan) reported@Sargy7 @SkyUK I did 15 years, I got treated poorly after cancelling after having to take their sky stream product. They hustled me to return the equipment for weeks but I put in an official complaint. They stopped hustling and acknowledged they received the equipment. Royal mail equally bad.
