@SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam To resolve the issue or to get an upgrade? Surely it can’t be an isolated issue just to my account? I will use one of the many other providers to take out a new contract online that way I can compare the detail in my own time without being pressured in a phone call.Disappointing.
