@SkyUK - why do need to contact you to negotiate new offers? Surely customer care means the onus is on you to care for customers! We’ve been customers for 14.5 years & the best you can do is nothing to help as we’re in contract until February 2022!

Probably time to change my internet provider, sky customer for 8 years and auto message saying ASAP is the response you get for a 2 day outage in the area, no replies to tweets, nothing, internet is vital here @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, system keeps dropping all the time. I have two children doing schoolwork at home. Myself and eldest daughter are both at university and have assignments to complete and are missing lectures and meetings. System worked at 7am but has now gone off. Can someone please help?
