    @UKHospKate Thanks for replying and in order to get updates on levels of discounts to support trades opening, are there guidelines as there’s some doubling of fees by Sky. Could be random “salesman” but poor show from @SkySports @SkySportsPL

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalled that after an initial call on 30th October to join sky for tv & broadband as moving to our new property on 27/11, that 33 days later & a catalogue of issues the engineer didn’t show up as arranged & now we are due back to WFH but have no internet

    @SkyHelpTeam been trying to call on 0800 759 1263 & the automated message says we are open from 0830 am to 11 pm 7 days a week but I am getting told it’s closed.there is no way I can do this online as there is no option to do it. Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam @JulianMiddleto8 Be prepared to wait weeks if not months for internet. We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I have done that and it tries to get me to pay to book an engineer. The problem is affecting hundreds of people, a guy coming to my house is not going to help. Please escalate this to people who deal with outages?

    @SkyHelpTeam At the end of the day, my local network monitor showed that your service came back online at around 5am. It's working this morning. But Sky obviously had a sizable broadband network issue last night and it would just be nice if they were honest about it. Not your personal fault.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s saying to Book an Engineer (apparently it is also saying this to other people in the area with issues). I appreciate that you can only go with what the system tells you, but it would appear that there are issues with Service Updates lagging badly behind

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband is down for hundreds of people in my area, we are discussing it on the local FB group, but there is no acknowledgement in the service status page... Calling the customer service number tries to get me to book an engineer visit. Send one to the exchange!

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had broadband connection since Tuesday and I work from home. Every time I call, I’m told an engineer will come to the area to fix the issue but nothing has happened yet. I can’t work without internet. Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam What's the point in using that tool? My broadband was out. My neighbours on Sky's broadband was out. People across Highland were reporting broadband being out. People all over the UK had sky broadband out. Your checker said there wasn't any problem with it. There clearly was.

    @SkyHelpTeam no WiFi since early hours of this morning in the area SO15. Have unplugged and plugged back in and also have tested the line, says no issues but clearly there is, can you help??

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm willing to accept that the problem might not be with sky hardware and that it may be an open reach issue. But the fact that your status page and support teams stick to "its all fine" is utterly useless.
