    @SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

    Best decision made this year is getting rid of @SkyUK broandband. Failed to deliver far too often of promised speeds and rotten support to back it up.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

    @SkyHelpTeam It drops out totally, the wifi doesn’t also reach most the house consistently. Yet the app and your record of service history for my “super fast wifi” says my signal is “good” - it’s not accurate measurements you are using

    @SkyHelpTeam An iPad which is up to date and the sky app freshly updated today! Refreshed Christ know me how many times. Let’s be honest you’ve only got to look on Twitter and Facebook to see this has been a huge issue. Seriously you’ve no idea how much upset this has caused.
