@SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

@queen_ofmyboys @SkyUK Have you considered trying to buy a plugin dongle for a short term fix. Obviously not ideal but may get you back on line for work/school. Thats if you can even still get them. Nightmare isn't it. 😦
