@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

@SkyHelpTeam @wazlee75 Typical Sky. “Eligibility” . Just agree to freeze all customers prices - specially LOYAL customers. I can guarantee any deal I get given as a customer of 15 years when i renews , goes up with in 6 months, and there is nothing I can do about it.

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to download House from Peacock, which is free with sky subscription. It failed to download partway through and returned a remote network error again. I am downloading in HD.
