It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

Remote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for over 40 mins. Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Shouldn’t be this difficult for a customer (1)

Glad I’m leaving @TalkTalk and getting a new contract with @BT, talktalk has had many issues for me at my place so it’s rubbish! Offering me £20 a month and a £20 Amazon voucher to stay with talktalk? NO THANKS!

It turns out useless @TalkTalk disabled my eero hub and don’t support it but failed to give me a contact number for eero I had to Google it. Called and it was sorted in less than 30 seconds. Still not renewing contract customer services leaves a lot to be desired.

@talktalk I tweeted regarding lack of Internet connection earlier, I then sent a DM and got told to ring. I rang, didn't speak to anyone, received a text saying everything was ok and click a link for further help... I still have no Internet connection so the link won't connect

@TalkTalk Just got off a 1 hour 40 minute phone call with no resolution. Huge disruption as Wife works from home. She's pregnant and has had to go to the office to get internet to do her job. Increased Covid risk and extra travel costs. Compensation offered has been derisory.
