@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service from TalkTalk! Despite assurances that my 85year old mum would not be left without a phone line, they have disconnected the service today! She needs this for medical emergencies and is a vital service for her.

@TalkTalk I've been without internet since 1st September when you mistakingly cut me off. You were suppose to fix it 3 times now. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

@TalkTalk 2/2 wifi too weak not working well. How long must I wait for proper service to be restored? Also, ‘health check’ seems to find no internet/broadband problem in my area! Please investigate ASAP!! Thank you.

@TalkTalk Hi Fez, it looks like this morning the internet is back and both tv and landline are working. I think it must have been a problem in the area although Talk Talk didn’t recognise it. Hopefully no more problems. Thank you.

@TalkTalk My internet has been down since @ 4pm. I logged the problem through customer services online. When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

Another ruined online class with #talktalk intermittent fault. We've done every check, they've done them too. I'm Cat5 to the hub and cable beyond. Their support is lazy and regularly can't even say what DNS is. (A test I use to see how the call will go) truly painful @TalkTalk

If your #talktalk broadband goes down and the line is ok you can only progress your fault......online. There is no phone number, no actual customer service. It was easier to just switch to #plusnet . Byeee @TalkTalk

Told @TalkTalk that I had cancelled my direct debit and I’m out of contract. This is the response I got. ‘That is not a cancellation and you will still be charged, so we don't advise you do this. Mike’ Can you imagine worse customer service than that! Dreadful. @TalkTalkGroup

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup So by way of update in the public realm: still no connection. We’re on our 4th booked call today and as yet no one has turned up- 2 hours to go! Little to no proactive contact from TalkTalk, although we have found one good operator. This is terrible service.
