    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

    @charliehalkett @TalkTalk They're awful, you should switch away from them ASAP if you can. Some providers like BT will buy your contract out, if you switch to them, if you're lucky. :)

    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @TalkTalk your customer service is an absolute joke. Your engineer came out on 1st Oct and we are still not connected! Everyday this week I’ve been promised to be connected and now you are saying it might be on Monday! Your service isn’t good enough

    @TalkTalk I did, I spent 2 hours on chat and it hasn't helped. Complaint maganer hasn't called me back yet, internet connection keeps resetting and I still get only 1/3 of minimum guaranteed speed when internet is on. Too much disruption during my working hours every day.

    @TalkTalk Kindly get in touch with Brijesh Suryawanshi and resolve the issue... Your company runs becoz of us customers, don't harass them to an extend that they seek for your attention in this way.. You are spoiling your own business reputation by frustrating a customer like this.

    @TalkTalk hi, I’m not sure if this will help but I’m having IP address problems such as connecting to PlayStation. Cant sign in on the PS4 or connect to there website from my phone. I did there fix and connect solution and they said contact my ISP.

    @TalkTalk After 5 days @TalkTalk hasn't come up with a plan to fix the issue and yet they charge me for full service while they provide an intermittent service with 1/3 of minimum speed. I can't have any more disruption. I just want to change provider now and no exit penalty.
