    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @charliehalkett @TalkTalk They're awful, you should switch away from them ASAP if you can. Some providers like BT will buy your contract out, if you switch to them, if you're lucky. :)

    @TalkTalk day 4 of no Internet. Openreach engineer attended my home but unable to resolve issue. Now I've been told I've got to wait for a case manager to call me, which could take another 3 days. Absolute shocking service!!!

    @TalkTalk “Great news. Your Fibre 65 service is live - so you're just a few minutes away from a more powerful, reliable and faster broadband connection.” Would be if my router was here! Yodel are no help. It says “at the depot” yet “arriving today”. It’s nearly 8pm!
