    @Suskat1 @TalkTalk Omg,!!! Worst customer service ever. Today i was on the phone for amost 2 hours. The assistant changed my new contract from 20.95 to £24.95. Is this legal?

    Not one full day of internet for 10 days and no help whatsoever from @TalkTalk , hours wasted on the phone just being left on hold for 40 minutes, partner and I not able to do any work for days... supreme 👍🏼

    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    @TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

    @TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

    @melato___ @TalkTalk Same! Been on the phone for ages trying to sort it. They are refunding me I don’t care. The **** always cuts out.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup please help with my elderly neighbour. She’s 83 and her landline isn’t working. She’s tried contacting you via internet phone but is not receiving the assistance she requires. This is her lifeline. Please advise how I can direct her. Tried all checks CS

    @TalkTalk That doesn’t answer my question of why you are still offering lower packages to new customers. You intend to increase my package to £25.50 and yet as a new customer I could sign up for £24 today. Do you think that is fair? How does inflation justify that?

    @TalkTalk If you thought your costs were fair you would make it easy for customers to cancel their contracts- instead you insist we can only cancel within a one month window despite you changing the terms we signed up to. I’ve been a contented talk talk customer but I no longer trust you

    @TalkTalk Raymond - I won't be filling in any more forms, I won't be answering any more stupid questions. I was told I would get a call back within 72hrs. It hasn't happened! Sort it out. You're a communications company - get communicating.

    @TalkTalk customer service is appalling. I just need a technician to go to mums and fix her internet. Every time we call because it wasn’t fixed properly last week we have to go through nearly an hour or checking her devices etc which we know work fine. Just send somebody!!!

    @TalkTalk Yes, I know you've all pulled this stunt. This however doesn't detract from the fact that my Internet isn't working. The router is the one you sent me 2 months ago. So it shouldn't be that. I am not spending my evening trying to diagnose the problem. Please sort it
