    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to contact you regarding a fault with my YouView box. Your customer service number does not allow customers to get through direct to actually talk to somebody. I’ve given you my number for a call back and still no call back.

    @TalkTalk We're always very quick to complain and not so quick to praise. Talk talk went above and beyond to quickly rectify my broadband issue which wasn't their fault but wiring from newly installed fibre. #Lish gave first class customer service and checked in each day. Thank you 💞🙏🙏

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent 14.5 hours on the phone since 12/08/21 when my fibre service should have gone live & you’ve done nothing but lie to me. The latest one is that @WeAreOpenreach need to apply for Planning Permission to carry out repairs at the exchange. You must think I’m zipped up!

    @TalkTalk Hopefully sorted now, we didn't want to cancel but transfer the account to new build but it's not on your system so the contract had to be ended, diff people said diff things but now done. Thanks.

    @TalkTalk I did. Just think it’s greedy that you put the price back up to £14 when you are going to offer it again anyway. Thought I was saving money not paying the full £14 a month. Didn’t know that the regular price is20p a min.I’m a loyal customer so just want a good price.
