    @TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

    @TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

    @TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says it’s being dealt with when it clearly isn’t. Please advise and help.

    Those #talktalk or #BT scam phone calls that leave me seething, other than being obviously abusive, I’ve thought of 2 possibilities, say wait whilst I turn on my pc and leave ‘en hanging, or press my brass honker down the phone...

    @PeteCityPrice @TalkTalk @skytv is probably the worst I've dealt with. A £60 a month deal for the first six months was offered, I signed up and never had a bill less than £95. I've cancelled already but but customer service was an absolute disgrace. They're all as bad as each other. Con merchants.

    @PeteCityPrice @TalkTalk Awful customer sevices!! Spent an hour on the “chat box” went through all the usual questions etc..to upgrade,only to be told i have to call them to upgrade! Nearly as bad as @skytv🙄
