    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    @TalkTalk part 2 they have sent me several routers, engineers and I have spent HOURS and I mean HOURS on the phone to them with no solution offered!

    @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. I’ve spent the past 5 hours trying to resolve connection issues and spoken to 9 different people. Please can you get someone to call me either resolving my issue or cancelling my contract.

    I just got hit on by TalkTalk technical assistance while trying to fix my WiFi. He told me he loved my accent and asked me if I knew who Calum Scott was (he’s a big fan). Friday night is lit so far.

    @TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

    Labour plan involves spending £20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

    @TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says it’s being dealt with when it clearly isn’t. Please advise and help.

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

    @stfujahn @odekul @nolkeD @M1dKn1gh7 There’s already universal service obligations in place and market based regulated pricing at postcode level for Openreach - ofcom has done a relatively good job at keeping things in check - and when they don’t talktalk and sky have taken them to court because they suffer the most

    @TalkTalk part 5. I repeat... DO NOT get your internet from this company as they can not fix your problems and cause so much stress when trying to ring them and being on hold for half an hour at a time!

    @TalkTalk internet has dropped out. Go to website and run a check. No problem with the connection says the check. So I run a speed test but it says it can’t do that right now. Really? Maybe because THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTION TO TEST

    @TalkTalk awful service. Parents had appointment for 7am, no show. Text to say they would be there by 9. No show. Phoned and told they had been stood down but engineer did not start til 8 anyway. Why no info about stand down? Why book a slot when engineer does not work?

    @TalkTalk Hi, I placed an order for the fibre 65 package the other day but was told it had to be cancelled bc there was a problem with my phone line, & to ring back & reorder once the order's 'fully cancelled'. And they didn't know how long this would be. Is this normal?

    @TalkTalk could you please tell me why you are billing me for broadband when I cancelled 14 days into your 30 day period. The customer service is shocking. 3 times I had to phone you to cancel my broadband.

    @CityFibre @TalkTalk Actually @TalkTalk I've contacted Cityfibre they say it's your problem not theirs as its internet connection issue. Again I've been on the phone for 1 and half hour this morning talking 3 different people got cut off once as well. How do I complain?

    @TalkTalk your level of customer service is appalling,from being halfway through a conversation with operator to them transferring the call to another, then cutting the call completely. Finally speak to another for them to say I’ll receive a confirmation email which hasn’t come
