@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

So @TalkTalk we are no into day 3 of having no resolution to this. So today is the day I cancel! Your Customer Service is non existent. Your X agent last night (if it was even a real person). obviously finished this shift half way through dealing with me and just left me hanging.

Trying to have @TalkTalk full fibre internet is the worst decision I've made and advised anyone looking to have it installed to seek better services... 95yr old customer with health issues being led on day after day from chat bots.. Absolutely disgusting
