@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

Never come across as bad an organisation as @TalkTalk who are incapable of completing a service fulfilling a contract or keeping records. Unbelievable. Been speaking to a variety of their team since 9am this morning and still back to square one with no broadband, no help @CISASUK

Do NOT use Talktalk ever. Cancelled my order after they sent the wrong engineer, have done 2 hard searches affecting my credit score badly, no compensation after waiting 2 months for broadband, and trying to get through to their customer services has been nothing less than hell.

@TalkTalk Just wondering how your free fibre upgrades work there have 4 TT free fibre upgrades in my rd one directly opposite and several in rds near me I've being a TT customer for about 15 years. When the installation turn up I ask the who it's for they say So I'm totally baffled

@CarolinePenn2 @TalkTalk @CISASUK It has been weeks now, and three contracts cancelled in error without bothering to inform me. Today we were expecting an engineer to come back (again) to reinstall our service only to find that it had been cancelled without anyone informing us. Worst service ever.
