@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

WHAT'S WRONG WITH MODERN LIFE? Can't contact useless @TalkTalk by phone. SMS says engineer will come with 3 days. Meantime called @LloydsBank about my complaint. I was meant to get a call. Telephone agent said someone would be in contact (about the same complaint) within 8 weeks!

Trying to find someone who can help me set up my new talktalk broadband modem as for some reason I can't do it not a problem I've had before. Can't find a talktalk shop in Birmingham now looking for an independent tech to help. All very frustrating 😑
