@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk A thought occured to me. All the illegible setting should already be setup because before I had Microsoft Office so the whole Microsoft settings should still be inplace with a few minor adjustments! This is all getting me down as we're getting nowhere fast!

@TalkTalk I think you're either wrong or TalkTalk have changed their tune! TT encouraged the use of Outlook through your site and now your recinding that support of Outlook's usage! I can't move on as my TT e-mail address is TT but my address book, diary and reminders are with Outlook!
