It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for over 40 mins. Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Shouldn’t be this difficult for a customer (1)

@TalkTalk hello.I am no longer a Talk Talk Customer. I would like confirmation that I am no longer being charged as of 16/11. Tried calling customer service but it asks me for Talk Talk landline. Don’t want to go on chat as it took 2 hours last time and they didn’t solve my issue

@TalkTalk I have been a TT customer for over 10 years - now, even with a new router i cannot access VPN, so cannot work from home but 2 months ago I could! I believe TT can change the settings on my router- but I cannot! It’s difficult to speak to anyone at all who is willing to help!
