@TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

Nothing to do with teaching but if anyone is considering switching broadband providers, do not go with @TalkTalk . Their customer service has been absolutely shocking. Been without WiFi for a week now and yet to speak to a case manager.
