If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

Glyn Robbins (@robbins_glyn) reported from Poplar, EnglandWouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.
-

Imraan Sathar (@imy) reported from Poplar, England@stfujahn @odekul @nolkeD @M1dKn1gh7 There’s already universal service obligations in place and market based regulated pricing at postcode level for Openreach - ofcom has done a relatively good job at keeping things in check - and when they don’t talktalk and sky have taken them to court because they suffer the most
-
Jellicle as Fuck (@dansette) reported from Hackney, England@octoberclub We’re with plusnet but thinking of upgrading so good news! We have had zero problems with the regular speed broadband so far unlike TalkTalk.
-
Jennifer Dooner (@Dooniffa) reported from Hackney, EnglandReally poor customer service @TalkTalk. Turbo (@Retrogodammed) reported@TalkTalk whats up with your service man?
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@TalkTalk Sindy, why do you think that would help? Who would you refer me to, other than the customer service department that is ignoring me? #Talktalk lie by email. And then lie about the lies. They have no idea how the billing system works. If they phone you, they just talk over you.
-
Mark smith (@digsec_mark) reported@dcbain21 @TalkTalk @dcbain21 we are testing shutting you down as Man United might actually have a decent league season for the first time since 2013 🙃
-
MarionWindsor - #FBPE (@Go4gold100) reported@TalkTalk "Accidentally turned on CallSafe (£1/m feature) instead of Last Caller Barring due to wrong code from AI tool. Your phone team says I have to wait 30 days to cancel, but it's a rolling boost. Please turn CallSafe off and add Last Caller Barring today."

G (@gilbertsanchz) reportedReal world weight, then the fix. SQL injection has powered some of the largest breaches in history. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.
-
@MarkinHants.bsky.social (@markinhants) reported@TalkTalk I’ve been on webchat for 2.5 hours trying to get you to fix a billing issue with my 83 year old mum. I’m on the 5th or 6th person and I’m losing the will to live
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@TalkTalk @WF2K_ You can see why so many customers refuse to deal with the social media team. We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided
-
jon baldwin (@JGBalders) reported@TalkTalk , cusotmere service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service
-
