    @TalkTalk 100% it was an automated service that called my landline the end of last month to disconnect!! 100% SURE ABOUT THAT!

    @irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    @sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk Hi I’m very disappointed with how my new connection has gone spoke to the call centre and gone around in circles yesterday was the icing on the cake open reach fixed the problem yesterday and after 3 phone calls the work done was checked at 5.30 to be told it would be live in 24

    @TalkTalk well thanks for nothing!supposed to go live on Monday after engineer fixed problem at 10am Friday after 2 calls checked 5.30pm then you want 24hrs to switch on but not including the weekend👎

    @TalkTalk @ExperianExperts #TalkTalk in relation to a complaint have satisfied a #CCJ in February however it is still showing on my #CreditReferenceFile having a derogatory effect on credit accounts. I was assured that it would be removed. I will now continue to protest.

    We left @TalkTalk because they had been overcharging - for a TV service we weren't getting. They agreed with our new ISP the cutover date. They cut us off at 235959 of the cutover. But then they billed us for the full month... They will credit us the money in 14 days...

    @TalkTalk I have no internet for more than a week there is no technical support for future fibre customers I am desperate and exhausted, I have a specific technical fault but nobody can help. The worst experience I have ever had with ISP.
