Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !
