Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
