@TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

@TalkTalk Firstly provide better service for customer support was on the phone for 6 hours straight trying to sort out leaving ended up with an engineer that did nothing basically, secondly the amount of times your Wi-Fi crashes is ridiculous no other provider goes down as much as you guys

@juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Same with energy bills - when your tariff ends your bill goes up. I always put the dates of contract end in my diary and always switch over a cup of tea - but to be fair there are always teething problems (for me) when using a new broadband provider.

@OpenreachHelp My elderly parents landline is not working again. They have had problems since before Christmas when you kindly help get it working. Noise on line now no tone on master socket with plug in phone. @TalkTalk have escalated it to you.

@toeknee5655 @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Nine phone calls to them including their cancellation team, says I did. Hours of wasted time! The only reduction they offered was for a reduced service. Nothing like the offers available to new customers only. So I'm now a new customer somewhere else.
