If you do connect, it just says there is a live connection problem. The latest under Track Fault says turn off router for 20 minutes and reconnect? How will that help if the problem is the exchange.

Then they email me saying that I had not got in contact. It took around 3 months to finally talk to one of them #TalkTalkDownAgain
