It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for over 40 mins. Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Shouldn’t be this difficult for a customer (1)

@jim_reed Do you not consider the tech giants have enough data on us already without verified ID? Facebook and Instagram have had huge data breaches. Bad enough data breaches of firms that needed your ID data such as @TalkTalk and @curryspcworld
