John Alty (@JohnAlty1) reported from Hackney, EnglandSome friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Einstein (@Einsteinbk285) reported@TalkTalk If it’s not sorted today, I will. I shouldn’t have to make umpteen phone calls and demand to speak to managers to sort this though. I mentioned it on here because people need to know that your customer service is poor.

Bill Graham (@graham69717) reported@entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.
