@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

@missjuliegrace1 @DeborahMeaden It isn’t exactly easy getting in touch with Talktalk - I renewed my contract and the call service disappeared. It can now be switched on and off by the account holder. Mine had been switched off, though I certainly hadn’t done that. Hope you get it sorted 🤞

@TalkTalk No UKTV channels (Alibi, Gold, W), Sky Channels or Sky Sports Channels available for two days. They were working up until the 10th March, now keep getting a message saying they're unavailable/add to package. Don't know if it's an aerial problem or not.

@Johnagall @HelgatheFurious @VodafoneUK I spoke to my upstairs neighbour earlier and he's had no issues with TalkTalk recently so it does seem to be a Vodafone thing 🤷 some acknowledgement would be nice even if there's no solution for now

@TalkTalk You've still broken your promise of a fixed price plan that for me an many others should have lasted 18 months. Fixed price plans were advertised to entice new and keep existing customers with a promise of a fixed price for the duration of the contract
