    @TalkTalk I've been without internet since 1st September when you mistakingly cut me off. You were suppose to fix it 3 times now. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

    @TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service from TalkTalk! Despite assurances that my 85year old mum would not be left without a phone line, they have disconnected the service today! She needs this for medical emergencies and is a vital service for her.

    @TalkTalk also your customer service is non existent. Been promised call backs twice this week and not heard a thing. Plus im still paying for Internet that ive not had for 2.5 months. Joke of a company

    @loulouhope @TalkTalk Getting ghosted on the Twitter DMs too and they close at 22h00. Been trying to get this sorted since 18h00, first the phones kept me on hold until their 'hometime cut off' at 19h00, now zero help via their own alternative options. Time to switch providers 😑

    @TalkTalk 2/2 wifi too weak not working well. How long must I wait for proper service to be restored? Also, ‘health check’ seems to find no internet/broadband problem in my area! Please investigate ASAP!! Thank you.

    @TalkTalk Hi Fez, it looks like this morning the internet is back and both tv and landline are working. I think it must have been a problem in the area although Talk Talk didn’t recognise it. Hopefully no more problems. Thank you.

    @TalkTalk Sadly my urgent issue has still not been resolved, leaving my vulnerable elderly mum without a phone line. This is critical for her welfare, despite many DM’s and promises. I am really worried for her health is she should have a fall

    @TalkTalk My internet has been down since @ 4pm. I logged the problem through customer services online. When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

    @TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

    @TalkTalk Fed up of your test lines and promises. Your a joke company. The service goes up and down daily. Promises of a minimum speed and then get speeds of 9!!! In a nutshell your ****. The contract is getting cancelled

    @TalkTalk If you can make internet stop going off then yes you can help. Also if you can provide the minimum speed you promised then yea you can help. But I suspect you don’t want to help as you’d rather fob customers off.

    @ThePixieCharmer @TalkTalk TalkTalk is among the cheapest when signing up, but the cost of poor service when there are problems? You know lots of their support is in the Philippines, thus could not work from home during Pandemic when demand was greatest.. lots of chat / twitter support is via computer AI

    @TalkTalk you seem to be having a problem. Nationwide with your ability to provide Internet. This is twice in 3 days. Please give your maintenance team a telling off. Its reminding me of virgin medias bad service.
