    @TalkTalk I do not appreciate talk talk putting add ons to my bill without informing me or asking me, after spending over 30mins on the phone to Paul in customer services he has assured me that I will be credited on my April bill, and the mistake rectified for the future, I hope

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    @TalkTalk Not really. After waiting weeks to find out talktalk isn’t available in my area after a system error, I now have to wait to cancel my subscription because of yet another system error.

    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

    @1991cjb @TalkTalk Thanks Chris, I will give that a try. It is piss poor in any circumstances, but they acknowledged that it is on record that my mum now has dementia, so that makes it even worse. I'm raging about it.

    Avoid @TalkTalk !! Firstly gave an absolute terrible service to my mum, then tried to pin all blame on her when their kit wasn't working...follows on with early exit fees etc to then disconnect but to now not release a phone line to let new provider take over. #conmen #ofcom
