@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

So @TalkTalk your service to NE33 has been a disaster today with frequent drop outs that made my working day a horror as I kept disconnecting from servers I was using and falling out of meetings as the connection failed again and again. Now same is happening with Spotify and FB

I had to call them to cancel, although still waiting for a call back which they said it would be 48 hours but now gone past that!Shocking how they can just do this and wonder how many people don’t realise until too late!
