@TalkTalk Because your chat bot is god awful alongside the support representatives who haven't got a clue. try and ring to get help and the automated process there is frankly infuriating - go through a web of saying your postcode/mobile number 17 times to be told 'ok thanks hang up'

@TalkTalk day 4 of no Internet, spent hours on phone/chat. Told broken cable and one to be sent. Not received cable, so purchased one. Issue not cable but router as suspected. Asked for new router but told no as need for cable to arrive. Disgraceful service
