Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@TalkTalk dont go with them. You uograde after years of being a customer, an agent cancelled your account in error and they wont re activate immediately. No cctv on my dog now, when im on holiday and they say I need an engineer to visit. I was a customer 72hrs ago!!!

@thestud1990 @skytv Same. If you look on Sky Community under Sky Q or Sky +, are lots of people having the same problem. Common link appears to be that everyone has TalkTalk. Hopefully, it gets sorted out soon.
