Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

Any other @TalkTalk users in Scotland finding their internet keeps going down? Never had an issue until the last month where I’m getting crappy bandwidth or it’s just totally cutting out. Was even on a work call 2 wks ago where 4 of us with TalkTalk got kicked off simultaneously.
