@TalkTalk 2/2 wifi too weak not working well. How long must I wait for proper service to be restored? Also, ‘health check’ seems to find no internet/broadband problem in my area! Please investigate ASAP!! Thank you.

@TalkTalk My internet has been down since @ 4pm. I logged the problem through customer services online. When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

@mattthehoople @TalkTalk I'm in Fife and it's been cutting out all week. TalkTalk customer service attempted to look into this tonight but was unable to do anything as they close at 10pm so wouldn't have time to run diagnostic tests. Have to try again tomorrow am.

@TalkTalk Shocking service from @TalkTalk , Just wasted an hour of my life trying to get a fault on my landline fixed, only to realise I was connected to a chatbot. No indication problem was even logged by a human, just trite scripted responses triggered by a list of keywords.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My 83 y-o mother in law has now been without her broadband for 15 days and has been passed from Talk Talk to Openreach on countless occasions. No one seems able to escalate her case and we keep having to start from scratch. Not good enough. Please help.
