Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@dandanjamieson @TalkTalk I'm on day 2 of trying to get help via DM now. @TalkTalk don't seem fussed enough to keep one customer service person focused on one customer at a time. It's like two to three hours between DM responses and then I get asked the same questions again.

@TalkTalk Still no closer to getting reliable broadband at the "guaranteed" speed by @TalkTalk. I have asked three times for contact details to escalate this complaint with no answer and they have failed to confirm if the issue the engineer found has been corrected. What terrible service.

@TalkTalk is it really good enough to leave a vulnerable 91 year old woman without a phone line which her emergency button is dependent on? She's had multiple strokes. Connectivity is literally life and death. Can't a straight answer despite many calls.
