Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

Another two hours on the phone to @TalkTalk who have failed yet again to resolve terrible broadband issues first raised beginning September - want to charge us £220 for leaving contract and offered £7 compensation for weeks of wasted time and disruption to two home key workers
