When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

Call openreach who tell you to call your service provider re any fault. Call TalkTalk again and catch someone just before 7pm so they cut us off. Good hey!
