    @TalkTalk Hi Zach, as per my previous tweet no Internet since yesterday. Orange light only on a modem. We called you twice and second time we were told there was an outage. Please check other tweets and messages as people are commenting on it quite a lot.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. I’ve spent the past 5 hours trying to resolve connection issues and spoken to 9 different people. Please can you get someone to call me either resolving my issue or cancelling my contract.

    @TalkTalk Which we did, Wednesday Thursday and twice on friday.. but your customer service team is utterly shocking. And by looking at your reponses on twitter shows not alot is done to actually help customers out in the slightest. Repeating the same unhelpful scripted information

    @TalkTalk part 2 they have sent me several routers, engineers and I have spent HOURS and I mean HOURS on the phone to them with no solution offered!

    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    Labour plan involves spending Β£20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

    @TalkTalk Thank you for acknowledging. The link just says there is a known issue. Will you post hourly updates please? Can we have an estimated fix time? Is this planned maintenance started early, or is it a separate incident? Please provide as much information as possible.

    @JackPreece01 @TalkTalk @izzystablerout1 I lost 3 days of work recently costing me Β£500 and was told I would have my full month's charges refunded. I never was and then was told I wasn't even a customer, even though I've been with them 8 years. Still havnt got the refund. Worst customer service in the UK.

    @thorpstaveley @TalkTalk Currently arguing with Ram from talktalk re speed issues. Lost 30mb wireless speed in last 4 days. Same oldsame old reset router.... Issue at my side.... Factors affecting wireless speed.. They can't answer

    @TalkTalk @elliesaysthings Your system status says you have a network issue. If you look at other tweets, there seem to be incidents all across West Yorkshire. Can you get a Problem Manager to link these together, and then give a simple update that customers can understand, with an estimated fix time?
