    @charliehalkett @TalkTalk They're awful, you should switch away from them ASAP if you can. Some providers like BT will buy your contract out, if you switch to them, if you're lucky. :)

    @TalkTalk dreadful service. Customer's are required to provide a month's notice to terminate. TalkTalk retains the Wi-Fi preventing new tenants from selecting their own provider😳

    @TalkTalk I am fed up of the lies and deceit by your so called customer care team. Was promised free intnl calls max boost for 18 mnths back in July’21,had to call this July to add it for rest 6 mnths.Still no one adding it.Agent Lindo said will raise a complaint but didn’t!Liars

    @Polymate3D @TalkTalk So you gave them 30 days notice and they want another 30 days? I'd cancel the DD and write them a letter to inform. I had a similar issue with gym membership, my bank told me to make a DD 'charge back' which gets a refund and apparently puts a black mark on their account.

    WORST customer experience I have ever had in my entire life at @TalkTalk today. 6 different departments to resolve my issue and still not sorted. Makes it much more difficult to explain myself 6 times when I have Covid too! Now just sat listening to a silent line. Fuming.
