    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @talktalk your new customer onboarding experience is awful. Install due tomorrow but no equipment, and order tracking page says “Oops”
