    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    Labour plan involves spending £20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

    @TalkTalk Sending DMs solves the probably maybe for a week or two. Then they come back. What is the point? And at no point has anyone answered if I'll get any compensation for the amount of mobile data I have to use. Thank christ I'm not working from home just now.

    @TalkTalk l believe my box is faulty, everytime the tv is switched off l have to reboot it, then wait at least 5 mins till it wakes up, l am 81yrs and cant deal with thi all the time, if it’s only off 5 mins , it comes up No signal, please help
