    @TalkTalk My internet has been down since @ 4pm. I logged the problem through customer services online. When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

    @Riksmithuk @TalkTalk It’s never been great but today was unusable. I had to go out tonight but have set aside three hours tomorrow for them to explain how they’re going to put it right or give me an exit route from the contract.

    @TalkTalk hi, I have a fault with my phone line that an engineer is coming out to fix. It hasn't worked since March. Are you able to check the date that it last worked? I know it was 11th March but need verification. Thanks

    @talktalk #telephone #talktalk appalling service from Talktalk customer service. If you have a phone fault be prepared to call them over 26 times and keep reporting the same thing over and over. They usually sit in silence until you hang up. I stayed waiting for 19 mins in silen

    @TalkTalk Hi Fez, it looks like this morning the internet is back and both tv and landline are working. I think it must have been a problem in the area although Talk Talk didn’t recognise it. Hopefully no more problems. Thank you.

    Really disappointed in @TalkTalk WiFi just stopping working at my grandparents today, leaving them isolated and getting pretty stressed when they don't have any other way of getting online (no smartphone etc). Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎

    @virginmedia I was unable to use the same website on tablet or laptop - the website owner said the issue was due to slow internet speed and @TalkTalk had advised that you were digging up the cable in the area with the potential for disruption and I wondered if this work had overrun

    So my WiFi has been down a couple days and I had to book an engineer but it’s miraculously working now so I no longer need the engineer but if I cancel it’s £75 but I can’t get through to anyone even though it says you open at 8 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 😒

    @TalkTalk Any ETA to resolve this? I spent 3 hours on the phone with my mother in law getting her to reboot and rest the various routers as told by your support. At no point did they mention this general issue.

    @WeAreOpenreach Is that it ? I only ask as we lost service for 4 weeks when we moved from talktalk 900 to EE 1.6GB and apparently it was down to the new service being installed incorrectly . I just worry that if I try and move then it will cause another issue

    @TalkTalk Nothing is working at my (elderly) parents' house. Putting landlines through the routers was such a stupid idea! How the hell can elderly people keep in touch when they can't use their landlines due to extreme weather and/or problems with cables?
