    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    For my UK friends...please avoid @TalkTalk and their network services. You will be more offline than online and they will not make the best as possible to fix it as soon as possible.

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @KairenK @virginmedia @virginbroadband Highly recommend you leave Virgin. They're the patchiest broadband providers I've ever used. (I've heard TalkTalk are even worse, but never tried them.)

    @TalkTalk I’ve just renewed my contract, couldn’t have the F 150 service so opted for F 65. Do I get a new router, as hinted on your website, or am I stuck with my existing Huawei HG663 which doesn’t like iPhones & drops out several times a day?

    @TalkTalk your Internet is ****, I do not understand how you pass @Ofcom criteria to be an Internet provider with this poor service. 1 device and thats all your hub provides Internet for #whatajoke wheres the number for @Plusnet
