I wish TalkTalk would be upfront about these issues instead of first asking everyone to check service centre, and then, when that doesn't work, asking for a DM. Why not simply have a system status we can all see.

@SimonBills1 @TalkTalk Same here, also BD16 - won’t bother sending you a DM as that went nowhere last time this happened - I really don’t want to waste my time checking my home connection when loads of people in the same area are also having issues. All we want is an update, suspect we won’t get one.
