  I called @virginmedia back and they are now saying they won’t be able to install my internet until February 15th, a month after they sent me the modem. They’ve already activated my account and are charging me, but are telling me that shouldn’t have happened and they can’t fix it.

  @virginmedia 90 minutes on the phone today no resolution. spoke to a manager who asked me to send my contract to them (why they didn’t have it I don’t know). The promise of a call back today to resolve, still not happened. Absolute waste of time .
