    @virginmedia Still not working. The best @virginmedia can say is “have you tried re-booting” it !!! YES - multiple times. Hoping an engineer might come tomorrow. Sadly a very poor service.

    @virginmedia Was let down multiple times with install, had to go elsewhere to get internet in time to go back to work, was promised £50 cheque as compensation but told it could take 45 days, no cheque, 1hr15 mins on phone chasing it to be told I wouldn’t be getting one.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia It’s extremely poor customer service, and bullying tactics. There will be thousands who don’t question/or give up trying - and end up being charged considerably more for the same. They should not be able to behave like this.
