    @virginmedia Supposed to have a 350 meg line. We get speeds of 20 Meg. The router keeps freezing. The router doesn’t reach all the rooms in the house. Internet connection drops regularly. Basically anything that could go wrong does. Terrible.

    @virginmedia Yea I do that and it says to reboot my Hub 3. Which I do and then get 15mb for 2 mins and then back to 4mb. Can you please DM me with a link to online tech support because I've already wasted 3 hours this week trying to get through on the phone.

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    @virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

    @virginmedia Except you aren’t. Nobody has been able to say A) What the problem actually is and B) If an engineer/technician is even on-site. It’s 12:00 so this is when it was estimated to be fixed, they might need a little bit more time so maybe another couple of hours downtime would be fair

    Don’t ever go with @virginmedia I’ve never had so much hassle when disconnecting from a service. Put a complaint in to check the status online to see they are saying they haven’t received one. Truly awful service

    @virginmedia @LutzSchueler hope they are reading this. Virgin media broadband agents are bunch of liars,misleading and compliance failure champions. I have been with a loyal customer for over 3 years. I spent hours and days on the phone with them and they are very bad!! Leaving!!

    @virginmedia I’m not phoning up and going through it all. We have spent enough time on the phone and the app and still have no internet yet you are fast enough to take advantage of someone. Get someone who will fix this issue once and for all to phone me up or I will be canceling.
