    @thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that. A dumb text telling me to do what I've already done. I'm not thick Virgin I just want the service I pay for.

    @Queen__Leiaa @virginmedia did this me 5x , sch install in Feb now saying end of July, each time with text night before and reply chat never worked, I even got 2 differ answers on the same day, engineer said no one home then told engineer never came to work

    Please @virginmedia can you change your waiting music. Its the same 4 tracks adnauseum & very poor quality at that. No wonder customers who wait for over an hour hang up. Its enough to drive you mad with these earworms all day.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your efforts but I'm still in Guadeloupe part of Roam like Home. My mobile phone offers Digicel France as a possible network. My bill went up by £100 after calling you. Now I'm asked to accept £30 good will gesture. It's an insult to my good customer with Virgin.

    @virginmedia I did not have a total loss of service. I am effectively being told I’m lying and that I had periods of service. I had no such thing. The internet in this house worked for two periods of two Minutes in one week. That is a total Loss of service.
