    @virginmedia It seems clear that in some locations you just offer terrible and inconsistent service. Given how much You charge it’s unacceptable that your response is in effect ‘sometimes it takes a while’. I have never known such appalling and unreliable service

    @virginmedia I want someone who speaks proper English and has more brain cells that a goldfish to respond to my complaints ongoing from Dec 2019. I don’t appreciate being fobbed off multiple time’s and then hung up on. I pay for service I’m not getting. It’s daylight robbery

    @virginmedia Another day and @virginmedia landline is STILL down! When will it be fixed. When I speak to @virginmedia all I get is automated response. Pull your finger out @virginmedia or there will be a mass exodus to #sky or #BT

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @virginmedia I did tests and there is a problem. But it is not fixed. No landline, WiFi keeps dropping, terrible coverage in house. Please give me a number where I can contact a REAL person

    3rd time in 11 days my land line has broken. @virginmedia 2 engineers a week apart apparently fixed it. Today not working again. Not good enough virgin. It is essential that I have a land line!!!

    @KirstyCM @virginmedia OMG, it’s the worse. I had an issue since October still haven’t been resolved until now and they are still charging me. Spent 60mins on phone 10x trying to resolve they pass you about or cancel call after being put on hold. Disgusting service. Just cancelled the Direct Debit

    @issyl0 @virginmedia If they don't trust their own process, they should give options to do otherwise. Especially considering they forced us to pay for 6 months of no service as we're moving to an area they don't serve.

    @virginmedia Yes I also hope it gets sorted soon. But every single time there’s a problem the fix estimate is midnight of same day. And then the next day it’s the same again! So no amount of council permits, 3rd party access etc is the cause, it’s just rubbish communication from you guys

    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

    @virginmedia I get that, but it's now after 3pm and your service status page is showing an estimated fix time of 2:15pm, it just keeps getting pushed back. We have had no internet, no tv (Sky Glass through wifi) since 10pm on Wednesday. It's not good enough.

    @virginmedia. Contract ended. 50 min call to cancel. 25 mins of that was being pressured by disconnections! Kept saying he couldn't cancel without a reason. That call was ultimately my main reason in the end! Shameful!

    @virginmedia yes but not until monday! one lady claimed they are fixing it within 24-48 hours and 2 other people said that’s not possible as there are no outages on the system. customer service can’t even provide the same information so i don’t even know the issue!!

    @virginmedia I’ve put my postcode in. No problems apparently. I’m going to change broadband providers at the end of the contract. The unstable broadband I get for the money I pay is just not worth it.

    @virginmedia Regardless of my settings - do you really think 4 calls everyday is a good sales tactic? It’s harassment. The next ‘David’ or ‘Zoe’ **** calls that can’t barely speak English is gonna get some serious smoke down the phone. Been told 5 times I’ve been taken off their list.
