  Virgin Media have really gone downhill. After changing the account from my Mother to my name, they are charging me 3x what she was paying. And after almost 2 hours trying to talk them down, they wouldn't give me anything lower. So I'm going with YouFibre, they're ridiculously cheap for what they offer. Hopefully they're as reliable and speedy as they're touting.

  @virginmedia we've had CS2004 on all channels since yesterday. I spent a long time in a live chat last night & was assured it would be fixed by 11pm last night but it's not. This is unacceptable. At what point do you compensate for not providing the service for which you're paid?

  @virginmedia - so, you apply an update to fix Sky Sports but trying to watch any box recordings now leads to stuttering and freezing. Look up comedian Norman Collier. It's like that! What on earth do we pay our bills for? Well, it isn't customer services is it?
