I wouldn’t mind if this was an isolated issue but I’ve had a number of problems with virgin media customer service (by phone) and looking online it seems that many other customers have experienced the same.

I am more irritated by a lack of notification of the change, no response to my call and your lack of acceptance of their being a problem.

As soon as you are reconnected it should be applied to next bill.

I tried to get help and was waiting 18 mins (timed). And by the way not the first time virgin randomly change the description or the channel.
