@virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

@virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

@virginmedia Just spoke on the phone with an agent called Denande; I explained to her that days ago other Virgin agents reassured us that we would get compensation towards our next bill due to this outage and she said they lied to us and we won’t get any. This whole mess is becoming a circus

@virginmedia I last called today. I called 2 weeks ago. I called before that & got hung up on. I raised a complaint last year. I challenged it not long after the account was active and was told 60 days. I was then told after the 60 days I couldn’t cancel as my cooling off period elapsed.

@virginmedia No they said it was out of stock, phoned back multiple times and said still out of stock nationwide. I specifically asked for the maxit bundle with 1gb Internet as our router is awful. I've looked on my account and it says m600 Internet, if this is the case then I will be leaving

@virginmedia Yes, my laptop is always wired. All wired and wireless devices across the whole house go down, because our hub literally resets itself. I just took a video of the router doing it.
