    @virginmedia Just tried to call to get a quote for broadband and TV - after a 12min wait I got to an operator who I could not understand or hear, and who in turn did not understand the alphabet. Awful customer service, was ready to switch from Sky but not going through that again

    @virginmedia The base light is a very light green, that’s on all the time. The Wi-fi light is green and keeps flashing. I’ve been running diagnostics checks for some months now, and it always says there’s a connection problem with the wi-fi.

    @SkyHelpTeam it is appalling that despite being a loyal customer even with this ur s**t #SkyQ service, you don't support customers when they need ur help. I have spoken to ur colleague and will be switching to @virginmedia once my contract expires. You just lost a customer!

    @virginmedia 34 minutes trying to get through to customer service! TV keeps going down, internet keeps dropping out. Resetting both boxes several times a day!! The street cabinet down the road is missing its front cover. £70+ pm for worse than useless service.

    @virginmedia relentless poor broadband services and your solution is to switch the thing off and on again. Does that work? Yes for about 6 mins. It's not just me, my neighbour is the same! Oh and if it rains, then guaranteed no signal! What do you suggest?

    @virginmedia Called back last Friday to be told hadn’t been done right, that it was a manager that needed to add the discount codes etc, I made a further complaint and still not a manager or anyone from@complaints has contacted me

    @virginmedia It’s not an upgrade I was offered a package to move from sky that included tv bb &phone! I only have bb called numerous times, assured management call backs, not once have I had a call back! Made complaint advised by them it was sorted, never received box as advertised
