Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!
