@virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

@virginmedia Of course I have. My email is correct on online account. I get email bills correctly. But my complaint file has an extra character to email address and so I’ve never received acknowledgment of my complaint.

@virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didn’t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

@virginmedia This is not correct. There are many ways to get Priority tickets without being an o2/virgin customer by changing the URL on booking sites, the only people who seem to be struggling are genuine Virgin/o2 customers stuck with your insufficient apps.
