Lewis Allen ⚒ (@_Lewis_A) reported from London, England@ameehan71 @virginmedia All new and reconnected. 200mb then next day nothing, comes on for a day then drops to 10mb. Talk to customer service and they don't have a clue. They also want over £400 for me to leave. Worst service I've ever known

He found the account in question but couldn’t get in with security. And again I’ll add I never set up account so I don’t know password. I’m left hanging again
-
Brenda (@joybrenda) reported from London, England@virginmedia help why have you made it so difficult to log a landline vault on line. Need to call, as line out of order since friday. I am certain it's systems fault as display message I have seen on previous occasions.
-
Khaled Miah (@Khaled_Miah1) reported from Poplar, England@virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for £51.15 whereas new customers get it for £45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

TheModSmith (@TheModSmithYT) reportedMy household has been with @virginmedia for around 25 years. We’re told new customers at our address can get full fibre/XGS-PON, but existing customers can’t migrate. So we’re stuck on older HFC/DOCSIS with Gig1 upload around 100Mbps. Why must loyal customers cancel/rejoin?

Arron Clinkscales (@Clinkyboy67) reported@virginmedia Brilliant what a service ! Meanwhile no internet , no TV , no nothing and my wife's business hasn't stop ! REALLY
