    @virginmedia Yes person happened to mention but my internet is not working from 15 days and every time I called or message same reason but my next door neighbours using same and theirs working so that’s wrong you guys have outage from 15 days and what is the reason engineer not turning up?

    @virginmedia You do know we get tons of messages before engineer comes to property so why don’t we send one of cancellation and after if outage is fixed to ask them is your home broadband is working or not ?

    @virginmedia I have twice tried to speak to people this week re the poor broadband speeds whilst being left on hold for over an hour the first time and 30 mins the 2nd time. Can someone contact me so I can end my contract as your service is terrible

    @virginmedia total service failure 47 on hold to be told can't get an engineer until Thursday then they cut me off - no phone back and the know I am in the medically vulnerable

    @virginmedia Yes and I did . Becuase they didn’t want to help and couldn’t understand my query they closed the chat each time . The manager on the chat actually sorted them out and apologised shame I was then passed on to the lying retentions manager who could not understand customer service

    @virginmedia I just signed up to the package which include an O2 SIM. The problem is that the O2 network so far is not useable. Why pay £25 for unlimited data when you cannot use any data due to lack of bandwidth?. Can I cancel the SIM and keep the virgin deal?

    @Bugginout_co_uk @virginmedia Any news at all? Their fault finder states a resolution by 15:00... The app also can't see my router (Hub 3), WiFi obviously on when looking for it. Flashing arrows...

    @virginmedia I’ve done all that. I’ve engineer coming tomorrow. I’ve had no phone, yet have a disabled person at home. Phone is connected to ‘Careline’, which I cannot access. It’s terrible.

    @virginmedia If we call that problem one, let’s stay on that. I’m not the named account holder, you were not permitted to have taken that money from my account. That cancellation fee needs to go to the named person on the account, and I would require a BACS payment wouldn’t I

    @rlswilliams @virginmedia At 11am it said 3pm, at 3pm it said 6pm... Can't even be arsed to look again now. I'm back to living in the 90's. #Practicing my handwriting in case it never comes back on but the post office are on strike now too :-) Welcome to the upcoming winter of our discontent.
