    @virginmedia absolutely useless customer service, with no knowledge of what to do and how to resolve issues. Each person tells you something different and unable to resolve a problem with WiFi connection! How am I meant to work from home with no internet? They don’t care!

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to call but just get automated, I’ve tried livechat but they say I can’t order a booster through that service. What am I mean to do? I just want a lead time on the booster. Why can nobody give me that?

    So @virginmedia have just told me that a complaint I made over a month ago was actually never going to go anywhere and was only with the person I made the complaint to. I’ve just wasted a month on a complaint that was never going to get resolved. They wonder why ppl hate them

    @virginmedia There's the problem. Service status says 'no known issues'. Phone line says service interrupted back by 1000. Confusing information and inaccurate? The service has been dreadful for FOUR days now!

    @virginmedia Hi, I have 1GB line on Hub 4. When I start my MacBook I get 500gb, if I leave on standby for 15-20 minutes it goes to 20 mb unless I restart my laptop which is so annoying could someone please help me to stay on the same speed all the time

    @virginmedia Slow broadband. I spent ages on the phone to your helpline and s was hen they couldn’t do anything they said an engineer would call. Waited on all day but he didn’t bother.

    @virginmedia I need to order a booster ASAP! The ‘100MB’ WiFi i apparently have doesn’t even reach my office upstairs. No surprises when I go to order one online there’s a waiting list...how long am I likely to wait? Surely if all your customers need a booster, there’s an issue??

    @virginmedia Thank you but I just want my service to work reliably. I’m tired of chasing people & being given the run around. I can’t spend hours on the phone everyday to achieve nothing. I just want what I pay a lot of money for every month.

    @virginmedia Oh they just hung up on me after being on hold for over an hour. If virgin media genuinely think I’m going to pay this bill after the level of service I’ve received they absolutely have another thing coming.

    @joelycett I need your complaining skills, virgin media are trying to charge me £230 for an account that they cancelled. no one seems to be able to help me on the phone, have spent over 8 hours on the phone in the last month and keep getting hung up on pls help

    @virginmedia The SAR apparently should take up to 30 days by which point it will have been 8 weeks since original complaint with no response from VM meaning I can go to CISAS with all evidence needed.

    When your trying to entertain gamers but @virginmedia constantly goes off they also cut your 1 gig speeds down consistently , engineers install all sorts to fix the issues nothing works retweet this to spread awareness of this rogue trader.

    @virginmedia Hahaha, just spent 20 minutes typing the complaint. Clicked submit which then refreshed the page. Checked the 'track complaints' page to be greeted with 'there are no issues connected to this account so there is nothing to show'. This company is a joke honestly
