    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    @CarlMcCulloch @virginmedia I had a BT phone 4 years old which was just as bad. If you buy a cheap AM radio and put it on 612MHZ on AM, take it to things like laptop chargers plugs, phone, iPhone chargers, white noise will sound liike a motorbike, throw the plug away. It’s isn’t unusual

    @IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.
