    7 days time to no more bad service, disrupted TV and broadband service of Virgin Media. I'm saving myself £600 plus increased prices annually. So downsizing technology and reducing carbon footprint = 1 fone, mobile data and 1 computer. Will only have what I use! TV is next. Yay

    @virginmedia We have engineer visit today so hopefully they can resolve. However it is vertically impossible to get to speak to one of your agents. That is really not good customer service. I tried to have the online chat on a weekday btw sonshould have been available after 6

    @virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

    @virginmedia The wifi is always flashing green. Even when it says there is no issue. Fortunately tho the contract is coming to an end which means so will payments👍. Paying for about 250Mb to get 30 on a wired connection

    @virginmedia Im not thick ofcourse all the cables are connected, it wouldnt tell me 30mb if the ethernet wasnt in. The hub has been reset whenever there is an issue, which happens to be every few days.

    @virginmedia Tried to call today waited for 20mins to get through finally got through to customer service and then they had to put me through the escalations team and as soon as i got through the operator pretended he could not hear then dropped the phone.

    Annoys me way more than it should that Virgin... sorry, LNER call their class 800s “Azumas” and the media are treating them as something new, when class 800s have been in operation on the GWML since 2017, just without a stupid brand name.

    @virginmedia 5 different answers from different agents The best one was yesterday whilst on hold after being transferred to another person , waited half hour then they cut me off ! Finally got through to Nathan who is currently trying to resolve this issue, again !

    @virginmedia Every interaction with you overseas call centre is a horrible experience, long wait times, bad English, wrong information & get passed around the system. The only way to get anywhere is to threaten to leave and suddenly you are transferred to the UK where the problem is resolved!

    @CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia We keep trying! We spoke with 4 people so far in the last week. 2 very helpful and polite. 2 who actually put the phone down mid sentence when one has waited over 60mins listening to rather annoying music is a good way to lose customers

    @virginmedia No, I don't have any aerial/cable options for the second box which I mentioned twice on the call before agreeing to the contract and in both cases your sales team advised that that won't be a problem as only wifi is required. I would have never agreed to this package otherwise.

    @virginmedia First hour and a half of my stream was going well, my upload speed is now fluctuating. Is there an infrastructure issue or are you guys speed throttling (contrary to our contractual agreement). This is Day #4 now (for the third time since the pandemic). #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I'm now trying the SMS service, which seems to use the same bot as the chat and so will probably be just as useless. UPDATE: it's worse. It keeps asking me what Virgin mobile number I want to talk about. I don't want to talk about a Virgin mobile.

    @virginmedia Thanks, no worries, after reading a lot on line seems like it’s an issue that is what it is. Personally the charge for leaving virgin due to moving house and yourselves not being able to supply a service to the new house is a bit annoying,
