    @virginmedia She was in one location but is now on a coach heading home(UK) but has about 20hrs to go and would like the use of her phone! Her friend (on a different network!!) has worked fine since they set off. It worked on the wayout finding local networks as they travelled...

    @virginmedia Which would be true unless I had been mis sold a product by being lied to when signing up for it. This would void the contract and remove any early disconnection fees. I was lied to when I signed up so you should void the disconnection fees. What a way to treat a key worker!

    @virginmedia You service has been appalling I have had to make 5 calls over 2 days just to get a vulnerable adults phone line fixed. Nothing but obfuscation empty and failed promises half truths deliberately lied to . Is this the standard that VM find acceptable? Why must it be so difficult?
