    @virginmedia Of course: since Wednesday night, service is down due to outage and estimated time keeps being pushed forward! First it said 6:35 yesterday, then it was 10pm, then today 9am, then 5pm, then 9pm. Still down! Service completely down SE18 and looks like there’s nothing concrete.

    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia Just tried to call to get a quote for broadband and TV - after a 12min wait I got to an operator who I could not understand or hear, and who in turn did not understand the alphabet. Awful customer service, was ready to switch from Sky but not going through that again

    @virginmedia To be honest LC, simply improve the quality of the customer service calls. - Too much noise in the background - No follow through on requests - Not able to find out details yet we’re paying customers. Everything is sorted now, just frustrated

    @virginmedia It’s still not very good. There are 3 people in my home relying on internet to work from home but most of the time, we have to hotspot from our data. We were told about ‘black spots’ when we’ve never had this issue until a year or so ago. Please fix this.

    @virginmedia I get UC paid on the 9th of every month. I pay my Bill in full on that day - never missed a payment. You have been so inflexible when every other company has managed to work out a way to change the direct debit date.
