@GBridgeford @virginmedia Yeah mate. There only sales technique is we will have buffering with any other service provider so they basically don’t need to look after you because they give the best 😐. Can’t say I have ever had any issues with other providers

@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

finally fed up of numerous phone calls and complaints to @virginmedia after having no broadband for nearly 8 weeks.Going to change provider, A) customer service is shocking, B) they lied to my face as to when the so called problem was going to be fixed.Don’t go with them, EVER!

@virginmedia I’ve spoke to an operator on Tuesday to solve this issue and he told me my box is fine and I have to wait till Wednesday 3pm and the tv should be working fine. Surprise surprise the box is still the same. Even when I mention that the tv box is making wired noice

@virginmedia how can you charge £135 a month for broadband, when we only get wifi downstairs? No wifi upstairs, customer service is a joke, hardly ever get through to anyone and when you do they ‘can’t help’. Absolutely shocking company, needs fixing soon!!

@virginmedia Rang 150 about wifi again. Just reset it again and told if it keeps happening to ring again. Well this is at least the 3rd time for the same reason and still no joy. Not happy with this, customer service is no good just the same script read everytime
