@virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

I often get asked how to do phone customer service well. My response is simple. Do the opposite of @virginmedia: 1) Screeching pop hold music you can't mute 2) Poor quality phone line to offshore teams that don't speak clear English 3) Installation teams that don't complete sale
