  Why don’t companies offer deals for long standing customers not just new? Been with @virginmedia for 25+ years, started back when it was Telewest; want to downgrade, deal I am looking at is £37 for new customers, same package for me is £69. Where is customer loyalty rewarded?

  @virginmedia we have had the worst customer service today from a virgin media agent on the phone. Spent 2hrs on the phone and she ended up taking our internet connection off. We went from having internet to no longer having internet. We depend on it for homeschooling, work, etc

  @virginmedia Wifi has been dropping very often. Reported the issue in Nov-2020 since then virgin couldn't resolve it. I have been with Virgin since 2003 probably it's the time to say goodbye!!!

  @virginmedia It says ‘apology to customer’. That doesn’t fix my fault or my sanity though!! I’ve just tried to phone customer service to cancel my contract but yet again I can’t get through. I have taken 3 days off work and spent over 30 hours on the phone and another 5 hours on the app.

  @virginmedia very disappointed. Signed upto M500 in Nov never had more than 80 download, when I ring to complain I get told we need to run tests, no you dont, I told you the problem, issue new routers and sort out the problem, your happy to take money but not give the service
