@virginmedia wifi down in Brixton (SW2). It says you’re not getting it fixed until tomorrow?! Any chance it will be done sooner than this? It’s a pretty vital resource for many of us right now!

Clearly the 06:05 ETA for a fix is an arbitrary generic number, as on the 1st March when it went down, the fix ETA was 06:05 too. @virginmedia

I understand it takes time to replace fibre optics. I don‘t understand why @virginmedia sends out messages that are plain wrong. My connection is not working, has not been working ever since Tuesday evening. Is this to avoid having to pay back customers?

@virginmedia without a doubt the worst company I've dealt with. But they have a great person in Stefano, an engineer in the SW4 area. He has actually gone above and beyond to provide some customer service. I hope Virgin notice this, but they probably won't.

@HavocTechie @virginmedia Thanks. Router has been rebooted and factory reset. I installed a wired Lan in lockdown 1 to solve poor wifi but unplugging that switch and going straight into the router doesn’t work either. Now no service at all. 😩Again.

@niamhskinner @virginmedia Unfortunately it’s still out in SW2 for me. The time they are suggesting a fix keeps getting later and later. I have no idea how big of an issue it is, but it’s taking a rather long time to repair!

@virginmedia I've done that and the wired connection is fine on a test with your tech "expert". He was quite rude and said there is nothing that can be done as wifi is a "bonus". Obviously this contradicts your advert on "most reliable WiFi ever"

@virginmedia The tech support service is the reason we are cancelling it is appalling and it's worse since your engineer came out. I have filed complaints then the complaints section says I have none logged.
