    God put me out of my misery - holding on the phone to @virginmedia for more than four hours! Spoken to many people who put me through to other people but no one helps me. It’s the same 2 crap songs. At least get a playlist 😢😢😢

    @virginmedia Well I spoke to so many people, trying to get my wifi booster which is part of my package! Customer service, technical, sales and retention but they all said someone else had to help, ended with Willard in retention but after the last half hour on hold had to put the phone down

    @virginmedia Complete loss. You've claimed damaged cables since the 15th. Everytime your "hope it will be repaired" date comes, you extend it by 2 days. Yes I'm using the service checker where do you think I get the info from!

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Even after I called back a few times and gave my phone number, that if we get cut off to call me back! I got cut off intentionally again for the third time and the person never called back! I have never missed a bill so why treat me this way.

    @virginmedia Monday the 15th services dropped here. Its simply not good enough. Well see how the Ombudsman deal with your lack of service and skills of so called repair work. Be prepared to reimburse me for a lot of lost income, extra costs to me and the pure **** you spout

    @virginmedia We’ve tried to call but unfortunately seem to just get passed around and no one can help. Can you confirm if a pre contract is legally binding or just encouraging us to sign up? Quite disappointed with the first impressions of virgin media.

    @virginmedia there is an article in a newspaper today(2408/22) about a large estate in North London plagued with connection issues, that have been complaining about this to @virginmedia for 2 years so what good is your complaint procedures are to them or anyone else.
