  • RogerHighfield Roger Highfield (@RogerHighfield) reported from London, England

@virginmedia, your app does not seem to think there's a problem with the internet in area 21. I think different. Can you check?!

  • BBLn15 Helen Reihill (@BBLn15) reported from Hackney, England

@virginmedia How long is due course? I’ve already spent hours on this issue with no resolution. I started this chat conversation on Wednesday 1st February. Wouldn’t you agree the customer service from Virgin is woeful?

  • MiaZagica Baltazarka (@MiaZagica) reported from Lambeth, England

@virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

  • hodgie_hd Alan Hodge (@hodgie_hd) reported from Kensington, England

Hey @virginmedia I already am paying more with this new package I was forced to take to renew my contract recently and now you want to force me to pay £7 MORE a month?! Also why can I not get a human on the phone?! I refuse to pay a penny more. Fix this nonsense.

  • BBLn15 Helen Reihill (@BBLn15) reported from Hackney, England

@virginmedia I presume so. I was quite clear I wanted to leave Virgin as I was not happy with the services provided even though they tried to keep me as a customer. I feel Virgin are making it as difficult as possible and I am paying for it

  • nathantalbot Nathan Talbot (@nathantalbot) reported from City of London, England

(Testing) colleague asked if is there a virgin media outage but it’s working fine in EC1A.

  • tlcko1882 Burnley Dave:Not woke just human.💙🌈🍺🇪🇺 (@tlcko1882) reported from London, England

@journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

  • BobCratchitt Andee Byford (@BobCratchitt) reported from Romford, England

@virginmedia Yes I have checked the service status, it is the first thing I do & all was fine. The issues is with the cable Ethernet & the phone connection in the Hub 4. I don’t use your WiFi setup as my house is fully cabled for networking. I am a Network Architect, so have done basic tests

  • dicksielives David Ball (@dicksielives) reported from Romford, England

Hi @virginmedia I ordered a new phone via my wife (who is already on Virgin mobile) last Friday. I was told to wait for a confirmation email which I still have not received. Can you help? I have the order No.

@hummzak We at Virgin Media have a brand new IPTV service for 35 pounds flat fee, no monthly subscription + you get installations and service support, so it if breaks well fix replace it at no cost. Let me know if your interested

  • BobCratchitt Andee Byford (@BobCratchitt) reported from City of London, England

@virginmedia Well I guess as it went down Wednesday afternoon and if all goes well back up tomorrow we will automatically qualify.

  • LaurenLFlower charlie and Blossom (@LaurenLFlower) reported from Romford, England

@virginmedia Hi I have an issue with my current plan? It says I’ve cancelled my O2 benefits but I never received the sim nor did I cancel.

  • BBLn15 Helen Reihill (@BBLn15) reported from Hackney, England

@virginmedia I would not have used these terms as I didn’t know them however I presumed that all the necessary work would be done in the background. Why would I keep the landline with Virgin when I was VERY UNHAPPY with the service provided

  • blackheathma Amanda Birrell (@blackheathma) reported from London, England

@MartinSLewis It is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m now actively discouraging others to use Virgin Media. Cancelling is also very difficult and deliberately so

  • gorgeousuk anne hill (@gorgeousuk) reported from Bromley, England

@virginmedia I did and it said the service was ok. It’s now working after several times of going onto Amazon. I just don’t know why the service has become so poor recently

  • LutherB40510976 Luther Blissett (@LutherB40510976) reported from London, England

@virginmedia what is the number for your complaints department? It seems impossible to actually terminate my contract with you. Am I in the Hotel California?

Virgin Media Issues Reports

@virginmedia I spoke to your customer services at 1158 this morning. Was promised a call back from an engineer within 4 hours. 8.5 hours later still nothing.

  • Hammer11Run RunHammer11 (@Hammer11Run) reported

@virginmedia I’ve spoken to 7 staff today! community support should not be dealing with virgin code failure & cancelled packages after engineer had been? Call centre had all my notes and data for package, community forum wouldn’t be able to deal with this

  • StripeyMiata Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported

@virginmedia Thanks, no problem changing the payment day as well, is that something I can do in the portal?

  • FilmsQuirky QuirkyFilms (@FilmsQuirky) reported

Hi @virginmedia Why can't I play my personal library of films/TV shows from my Virgin box: Home --> YouTube without the screen freezing within the first 5 seconds. It works fine on all my other devices (ios, windows, Android) on the same home network.

  • KJL99812287 K.J.L (@KJL99812287) reported

@virginmedia I did, I don't really think it will help. I will start recording my network logs and get an early disconnect.

  • TomEntract hiiamtom (@TomEntract) reported

@virginmedia It's about the fact that a day before my install date I was informed that it was being delayed by over 2 weeks, meaning I will have been without Broadband and TV for over a month since signing up to VM. Impossible to speak to anyone who can help. Should've stuck with Sky

  • travellingbex Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia
