r (@gtgrach) reported@virginmedia @Virgin my broadband has been down for almost 12 hours. The issue was raised via telephone and on the website at 3pm today, the fix time keeps going up by an hour each time on the website and still nothing resolved!!!! Absolute joke!!! FIX IT!!!!!!! USELESS PRICKS

-
GlenEagle. Better society now for disabled. (@BurnheadMax) reported@virginmedia The fact you've taken money when you shouldn't have and then wonder why your bill wasn't paid is called 'basic business'. If you compound your error by not allowing people to sign in, chances of resolution diminish. It's not rocket science.
-
Gareth Lloyd (@El_Lloydie) reportedWell, the customer service from @virginmedia these days is really quite remarkable. And that's not a compliment. Here's a thread... Informed them that I'm moving house, and they get it booked for Friday 3rd April. All good...
-
Adrian Bird (@bigbally) reported@virginmedia If you want to know how really BAD this bunch of COWBOYS are - listen to BBC Radio Four "You & Your" Monday 13 April. Utterly inept and incompetent. STEALING a LIVING. The Senior Management should HANG THEIR INCOMPETENT HEADS IN SHAME.

Abby R (@abbyr6498) reported@virginmedia never been so pissed off about something so minor. But the way your customer service team are is ridiculous. Then to try and say I will arrange the charge to be waived as if that solves the issue. Nothing should be waived for starters as I didnt get what I purchased
-
ex999 🇬🇧 🏴 (@maurice_1960) reported@virginmedia @misselledee Do you think that no service might mean the Internet page might not be available
