.@virginmedia “we’re really sorry you’ve been having issues since 21st but rest assured we will resolve this by 1st of Dec” On the same exact call that gave a 10 day resolution time @virginmedia: “looks like your contract has ended. Let’s talk through your upgrade options”

@virginmedia I’m not hopeful. You have given a 10day lead time for a fix. It’s been 6 days and my connection is still unusable. I just had to switch to 5g again. I genuinely don’t get what could possibly cause a 10 day lead time. 10 days without internet when I still have to wfh

After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@virginmedia It says there are no known issuses, but when i run a test it says that there is a network issue that could be affecting my broadband service. "This issue is caused by interference on the cabling coming into your home." is what is says.

@virginmedia Nope as per normal your system says everything is fine like it does every time this happens, never an issue apparently . I love getting 0.4mbps download speed when I’m supposed to be on 200+. Can I pay 0.5% of my bill seeing as that’s the level of service I’m getting?

@virginmedia Yep. It says no faults. Then when you call and finally get thru to someone they say there is faults but it's intermittent so we aren't eligible for compensation. Poor comms Poor service Too often you drop out

@virginmedia numerous phone calls with the “help” department to get someone to come out and set up my elderly neighbours media box! We have done what the help desk asked of us 5 + times still not working she is paying £51 month for absolutely nothing!! 😡😡😡
