@virginmedia Would they display as a 2.4 and 5 network if that was the case? When searching for VM Wi-Fi networks, there is only our network listed and we haven’t split it ourselves so I’d say no, we haven’t split the Wi-Fi bands

@virginmedia When plugged in via Ethernet, we have no problem but this doesn’t help with mobile devices. The area of coverage is abysmal. In the kitchen and upstairs requires 4G to work for mobile devices. We have to hotspot smart tv’s to get them to work.
