    @virginmedia There has been an outage in burgess hill since Saturday but it’s still not fixed. There are texts being sent everyday saying when the next update is but nothing has been fixed. I am totally dumbfounded.

    @virginmedia service is appealing in area 22 bo internet connection for 4 days out of 5 now: can't work from home. Been a customer for over a decade USING THE SAME ROUTER as the only thing you "upgrade" is your bills not your services ... very disappointing !

    @virginmedia I’ve raised complaint ref C-260621451. please ask your team to stop sending template emails in reply. They need to actually read the details I sent. “Rebooting the router” isn’t a satisfactory resolution. I reboot it 4 or 5 times a day!! Terrible response to issues!

    @virginmedia There is nothing on the forum that is helpful. What would be helpful is to have the glitchy wifi issue resolved. The cable outside the house installed properly. Work to be completed as scheduled. Updates communicated in a timely manner. Clear information about the hold up.

    @virginmedia Lets be honest - if your phone system can't handle transferring calls seamlessly, then you have a problem. Customers being on hold for 45 minutes and then being lost once is a problem - but half a dozen times? Lost me as a customer for good.
