  @virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

  @Stsantek @virginmedia You’re not alone with this and I would urge @Ofcom to also investigate O2 on this also now they are a joint venture as similar case when trying to move provider when their service was not working. Did manage to resolve but had the same threats!

  @ClientsSupTech @missLucy127 Be careful. X is awash with accounts claiming to represent big companies. Only a profile pic given, no website quoted. DM supposedly to identify a customer may in fact be phishing for personal details. If @virginmedia cared they would report such accounts, get them closed down.
