    @virginmedia I didn’t receive an invoice but had a DD taken from my account. I am not sure why I need an engineer either as there is a virgin media box from the previous renters. My ISSUE is the delay and that 41 days is not acceptable! Please actually help! I need to be able to work!!!

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @JohnKingscott @virginmedia As an IT manager for Her Majesty’s Treasury I find it annoyingly ironic that my role now involves governing their hybrid video calls but I can’t actually join any because my broadband is down. Ridiculous. I’ll be discussing compensation for loss of service with the area manager

    @virginmedia But it's meant to be in modem mode. I have it plugged into my own wi-fi mesh so I can access internet across the flat. I've plugged things directly into the eth port on it and still get choppy internet. Also the TV problem is still a problem

    @virginmedia hi is there a problem in TW10? I've checked the status page but it says no problems (tho it never says there are problems unless it's a national outage). TV has interference and broadband keeps dropping. I've done all the reboot procedures as usual.

    @virginmedia We haven't had a stable connection since January and our internet drops out at least 20 times a day. Your customer service line is anything but useful, as no one seems to be able to figure out the issue that is causing this consistently inconsistent internet service.

    @PoweredByPepsi @virginmedia I'm not sure - they have now shut down 2 subsequent complaints and insisting I pay to phone which I cant afford with the amount of time they take to answer. Im going to keep raising complaints weekly and keeping evidence for the regulator or whoever is interested.

    @virginmedia that’s the final straw. I will be moving network providers as soon as I can. I have tried the link that you sent me to see if that would help out but no help at all. Wi-fi booster has crashed twice in the past 3 hours and is beyond a joke now.

    @virginmedia Hi - nobody turned up yesterday at all, no. When I phone your customer services, they have indicated that someone will now come 8-12 this morning instead. So I’m up and waiting again, in hope that this is not the fourth disingenuous statement Virgin have made in less than a week.
