Don’t really care who owns Virgin media now, the point was excess profits go to shareholders, not to improving service. I remember when post office, rail and energy all nationalised. Not a crazy ****** system.

@ReadySebbyGo @vmbusiness Hmm.. Very strange if a DNS change won't even affect it; that WebSafe type thing is the only non-DNS filtering I know of from ISPs. I was getting Access Denied on my whole broadband last week for no reason though; engineer stumped, so perhaps they're just having general issues.

I’ve just spent 50mins on hold being transferred from one person to the next only to be cut off . #virginmedia.com you are the worst at customer service. I ring back explain my frustration only to be transferred again and 10mins on hold yep you guessed it I’m cut off again. 🤬🤬
