@virginmedia Before you post this pay attention to making the Internet you provide reliable fist. Advertising high speed you raise false expectations. Every single comment on your site is a complaint. I really hope people draw their own conclusions and decide to not join.

  • Tinalc69 Tina Clark (@Tinalc69) reported from London, England

Not very good @virginmedia complaint C-2901212518 emailed to say they tried to call. No they haven’t. No incoming calls registered and nothing on my mobile! Didn’t even remotely address the complaint in the email. Please call me!

@virginmedia I’ve been speaking to the team for a month I’d like my service to work now #ee were very helpful giving me £20 per month unlimited data add on so I can use a hotspot at home I will be expecting Virgin to reduce all my £60 per month bills by however much much I spend on extra data

  • Spinnofflondon Spinnofflondon (@Spinnofflondon) reported from Camden Town, England

@virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

  • Spinnofflondon Spinnofflondon (@Spinnofflondon) reported from Camden Town, England

@virginmedia Maybe by the 25th ? Every time one thing gets fixed another issue is found apparently the area network is having problems , for a month

What could possibly make me switch from my terrible 30mbps download @SkyUK fibre service? A £2 a month price hike. @virginmedia here I come!

  • Peachey_79 Charlene Peachey (@Peachey_79) reported from Wandsworth, England

@SkyHelpTeam She needs @virginmedia to actually cancel her account as they added a package she didn’t agree to and now they won’t allow her to cancel or change. She’s not even signed or agreed to any new payments 😩

  • NowHearThisUK Now Hear This (@NowHearThisUK) reported from Camden Town, England

@virginmedia 6 months worth of internet issues

  • noneybean Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England

@virginmedia Calling your 0345 cost me £30 last time as waiting tines exceed one hour. You don’t get this? Do you? Seriously? £30 to get in touch with customer service?

  • noneybean Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England

@robmjanem1 @virginmedia I am waiting too. Virgin is a useless company. Not worth paying for top speed. They make is impossible to call and cancel. Wasted hours on the phone.

  • noneybean Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England

@Sam_Rigg1 @virginmedia Has Virgin been able to help? Their replies sound promising, but in my experience it is just diffusion and still stuck with an unreliable system

  • Peachey_79 Charlene Peachey (@Peachey_79) reported from Wandsworth, England

Hey @virginmedia My mate has moved house and you have increased her payments but given her a lesser package and now I can’t cancel cause you won’t let her.... @SkyHelpTeam what deals can you do for my friend?

  • SaraNelsonRGN Sara Nelson (RN, QN) (@SaraNelsonRGN) reported from Bromley, England

Very irritating @virginmedia after having spent 2hrs 15 mins on the phone using husband's mobile and sent to 3 different departments you cut me off! Phone still not working and my package not changed!

  • andyshem Andy Shemilt (@andyshem) reported from Eltham, England

@virginmedia just spent 20 mins (15 on hold) to be told nothing can be done about my intermittent wi-fi signal. Upon asking to be transferred to Cancellations department, was put on hold and then hung-up upon. HELP @MartinSLewis

  • Peachey_79 Charlene Peachey (@Peachey_79) reported from Wandsworth, England

@virginmedia Well you did she has proof but trying to get help is ridiculous. No new contact had been sent or signed. She has spent 2 days trying to sort it out. 5 hours on the phone each day, being passed around and having the phone put down on her.. #illegal #nohelp #badcustomerservice

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Wizz57058652 Wizz (@Wizz57058652) reported

@virginmedia I need a new sim card but when I phoned they refuse to send me one because theres "no need" yet I can barely make or receive calls, get disconnected cos of very poor signal. It's not my phone, I've tried different phones and at least according to your network 1/2

  • Ltc8210 Lee (@Ltc8210) reported

@MoneySavingExp @virginmedia This is a disgrace. Just got mine through and it’s increasing by £21.50 a month. How do you justify this? Safe to say I won’t be a virgin customer much longer

  • dicksielives David Ball (@dicksielives) reported from Romford, England

Hi @virginmedia I ordered a new phone via my wife (who is already on Virgin mobile) last Friday. I was told to wait for a confirmation email which I still have not received. Can you help? I have the order No.

  • TheFinalComment TheFinalComment (@TheFinalComment) reported

The fastest wifi and router available and still it’s ****. @virginmedia - what the F is going on

  • DeltaAlphaEcho Damian Edwards (@DeltaAlphaEcho) reported

@virginmedia I can't see some your response as it's making me want to sign in to a site I have never heard of. But I can see that you still don't actually care about the cost of living crisis. I for one, was happy on the speed I signed up for. You double my speed and now upping the cost.

  • SimonWhiteley6 Simon Whiteley “simardonic” apparently (@SimonWhiteley6) reported

@virginmedia Classic gaslighting apology- somehow it is my fault I feel that you can’t provide reasonable customer service. Really not good enough. And what are u going to do to change your systems? Or do you plan to continue using your “systems” as an excuse for wasting your customers time?

  • boxer_junior Rocky Boxer Junior (@boxer_junior) reported

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Disgraceful service. No tv for months, no intention to do anything about it and still charging me.

  • ukparky parky (@ukparky) reported

@virginmedia to be fair john. i did not want to be sticking an app in my phone just to pay. when i can already log into my virgin account via a pc web browser. i take it the old way of paying on a normal phone doesn't work no more? as it gave me no option apart from adding a mobile.

  • ukparky parky (@ukparky) reported

@virginmedia i was trying on the website! also when i tried to pay on phone. it asks for a phone number to send the link. which is stupid as i was already on a pc browser. it did not give me an option of paying on the phone like it did in the past.

  • Ltc8210 Lee (@Ltc8210) reported
