@virginmedia my internet and TV are down and seems like a supply or hub problem. Just called your call centre for help and I appreciate they have a script to follow but no help whatsoever. Earliest they could offer an engineer was tomorrow evening when we are not in!

@virginmedia I click "having trouble" at the bottom, and the only option is to call. And spend 40 minutes on hold, and 20 minutes on the phone only to get nowhere again? What do I do now? How is it this hard to regain access to my emails? And why did you block them in the first place?

@virginmedia It did to reboot the hub. Which I did, no joy. Couldn't call 150 on landlines as phone dead too. On line kept providing phone line fault resolution options to progress, but not for dead phone.
