@virginmedia Well we all knew what would happen next. Eng swapped cables (which tend to either work or not) problem is still ongoing. Next eng slot Monday. I got a new router sent out, which won't help either, but we have to eliminate it. You may have guessed that I have a telco background.

To say I’m disappointed with the service from @virginmedia is an understatement. Communication has been shocking. Supposed to have been up and running on 18 February. You still can’t tell me when an engineer will come. I could have @bt_uk or @SkyHelpTeam up and running in days!!

@virginmedia Yes it's a wired pc. And it's the internet in general the whole thing drops and then reconnects 30 seconds later. It started 3 weeks ago when internet dropped for a day. Hasn't been any good since! Yes I've checked days no issue
