@virginmedia So customer services are baffled by daily outages since July - you should advertise a “not a fault free service” expect months of business disruption , and forget working from home. Just fix the problem.

@virginmedia I’ve never had a protracted problem like this before. It’s only ever gone down a couple of times before (in over 15 years!) and then come back within 7 hours or so.

@virginmedia my broadband is still down since this morning. Your engineers have not fixed the issue although your automated system says no issues in area. Please tell your engineers we are still down in N21. Impossible to talk to a human. Very frustrating.

@virginmedia Fastest UK broadband. That’s a maybe, but what you fail to say is that you will suffer regular outage and won’t be able to work. But that’s ok because you’ll pay £16 compensation for hours of lost production.

My main email was so bad that I called them & they unlocked it but decided as I've had so many probelms to use other email & now can't use the new one!! @virginmedia shocking experience with you tonight. Used your text service and wasted an hour trying to find out if I was eligible for Volt. Ended up calling and sorted in 10 mins (am eligible but lose current discounts so end up paying more, not a benefit after all!).
