Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

They’ve already activated my account and are charging me, but are telling me that shouldn’t have happened and they can’t fix it.

I have Virgin 1Gb then I subscribe to Netflix Amazon Prime & Disney, when it's F1 season I subscribe to Sky sports but I can cancel when I want at no extra charge
