@virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

@virginmedia Yea I do that and it says to reboot my Hub 3. Which I do and then get 15mb for 2 mins and then back to 4mb. Can you please DM me with a link to online tech support because I've already wasted 3 hours this week trying to get through on the phone.

@virginmedia Supposed to have a 350 meg line. We get speeds of 20 Meg. The router keeps freezing. The router doesn’t reach all the rooms in the house. Internet connection drops regularly. Basically anything that could go wrong does. Terrible.

@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia Hi, yes I’ve done that. And no I don’t think it’s anything like that. It’s all work email and drives and I’ve never had this issue at my old house when we were with a different broadband provider - that’s why I think the issue is the wifi not VPN/work laptop

@Virgin @vmbusiness Feeling stressed, i am stressed as my virgin broadband keeps dropping its signal, not good when your trying to work from home. I have resorted to recording everytime on a daily basis this happens , sub standard service at present but being charged??
