Virgin Media is trending and as such it’s a good time to remind people that the only viable speeds should not be provided by the worst broadband company in customer service. Nothing will change if we stay quiet. UK-wide gigabit internet is ESSENTIAL to the growth of the economy.

Its odd that I was phoned out the blue, told I've got no order now (despite having a contract!) and being transferred to a clueless sales person who couldnt help me at all and said to just "place a new order once the current tenants have left". Inconvenient!

@virginmedia Nope, you still won't pick up the phone. Cancelling the direct debit means you won't get your increased price and seen as though I haven't been home in, nearly, 5 months and haven't used your service since then (whilst still paying you every month on time) I won't miss you.
