    @virginmedia When they renewed my contract last year they signed me upto a service that gives me priority for engineer was told next day engineer as i was working from home. Believe it was called homecall? Will check that link now.

    @virginmedia I have been speaking to an agent after looking to add a package. I saw your offer online, and it didn't state it was for new customers only. Add to that, I would infact be a new TV customer, so surely the deal applies to me as a "new customer".
