@virginmedia thanks for such a helpful and amazing customer support service. After 40 min waiting to talk to one of your agents, he complained he could not hear me properly, I asked him to bear with me while I plugged my headset and 10s later, he hanged up. 1/2

@virginmedia This letter was never received. No attempt to contact us was made. was initially told by Virgin that they thought the account holder had called to have the account disconnected. I have since tried to rectify the situation by calling Virgin to request our account be reconnected.

Trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband because I’m moving and I’ve been on hold for 33 minutes out of the 36 minutes (and counting...) of this call. Will cost my phone bill a fortune by the end of it! Very poor service, don’t think I’ll use them when I need broadband again!

@virginmedia I see. Thanks. There is no point ringing your ‘customer service’ number - I don’t have the time or battery to listen to the same four songs on a loop for over an hour then be told nothing helpful. Been there, done that.

@virginmedia The same old story. Service checker indicates an issue in the area and will be resolved by 16:00. 15 days in a row the broadband has been going down during work hours. Apparently no one told VM that a lot of people are still working from home.

@virginmedia Unfortunately, I assumed Virgin would be mailing the return label when they received the cancellation notice. Somehow the protocol is to send it once the service is terminated? Will be out of the country by then. Thanks!
