    Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

    @virginmedia Hi I called yesterday and was told my poor Internet connection is due to fault F009107079 even though this does not come up on the service status page? So I can’t track it and see when this will be fixed can you help?

    @virginmedia Internet is down in BR76HH. Engineer allegedly coming Fri as it’s only one house at fault. Now a neighbour is saying that there’s outage in the whole area & 30 June is meant to be the day we get our internet back. Any advice on which VM advice to believe, please?

    @virginmedia Yes, but that process took 81 minutes, without having spoken to anyone who could deal with my problems. It's been the third attempt at talking with Virgin too.

    @virginmedia seems to be an issue in Twickenham with broadband. Signal just disappeared. This happens far too often. Your service & coverage is terrible

    @virginmedia Yeah and speak to a snr complaints Mgr which I’ve attempted 3 times, been promised a call back in 48 hours and each time never got one… seems like they’ve not been trained to use your own phones! #saynotobadcustomerservice

    @virginmedia By all means better start reading up on the #badcusyomerservice I’ve had since 2020 about March? Virgin still hasn’t fulfilled it resolution agreement mad back in Nov 2020 and have had to chase and hound you with up to 7 calls as staff which should be able to, can’t get it right!

    @virginmedia I have never experienced worse service in my life. I have spent the last 6 hours on the phone to you and still have no comfort that you know what you’re doing or can deliver a product. It’s extremely disappointing as a nee customer. Avoid.

    @virginmedia Virgin really needs to simplify it's process of dealing with customers' enquiries. Customer care needs to be open and easily accessible, not made to impede or frustrate customers. It's way easier dealing with a bank or even HMRC.

    @virginmedia Started chat at 16:44 Had to end 18:05 for hospital treatment to be done. In all that connection time, never got to the stage were some could deal with my problems. Most of it was going through security questions. Password rejected tho' VM posted it to me wks back. Useless.

    @JimmyBob1981 @byellielouise @virginmedia For some reason they update the firmware on the router randomly and without confirmation, which drops the connection. But if you're talking about Wi-Fi drop outs, there's nothing that a broadband provider can do about that, that comes down to your Wi-Fi signal integrity

    @virginmedia I had problems with the internet lately. Thank you, but now they seem to be fixed. But relying only on internet to get reports on issues is not very pleasant for a customer with no Internet. Luckly, I use another provider too, so I was able to contact you.

    @virginmedia Called customer service today to upgrade to TV360 I was told that this is done by sending out new remotes and he ordered them but then after a while on the phone the operator said he was having issues with his system and said he’d call me back within an hour NO CALL
