    @virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. So far, nothing.

    @virginmedia my father in law signed up for a new contract with you and the sims stopped working, you have disconnected his number (in error?) the only way to cancel his contract is via phone how is he supposed to contact you when you have no email contact information?!

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Your technicians who have attended the property were shocked no-one had ever been sent prior as for the 350mbs we were paying for we weren't even getting 50mbps. The sale seems more important than the service, we feel exploited and robbed.
