  @Lewis_BGA @BBCBreakfast Virgin media did the same. The call centre was in Wythenshawe Manchester. Now it’s in the Indian subcontinent. OH had a mare as our e mails crashed. Lovely young woman but SO hard to understand. Also AGES trying to get through to speak to a human. Customer service is dead

  @virginmedia spent 3 hrd online sorting renewal . Virgin rang me daily for 2 wks (while at work). Told them contact them. 3 hours on chat, still wasn’t resolved. raised a complaint. Renewed via link but sent 3 sets of Order docs. Need help

  @QxPain_ @virginmedia You said router with ethernet under the pc, is the pc connected with eithernet or WiFi as if both this will cause a loop back if on the same network and hence why WiFi is not working. For best rest result connect the pc via ethernet & phone to WiFi
