    @VMSolutions_ I emailed you 3 weeks ago to get a broadband upgrade (as you would not take phone calls). I now have a letter from Customer Resolutions asking me to call, and the phone number provided “is not supporting voice calls”. @virginmedia is SO USELESS. PM me!!!!

    @libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

    @virginmedia I paid my bill 2 days ago. It still says that I haven't paid. I'm now in credit on my account and I still haven't been reconnected. I've been without service for 48 hours. When I called up your helpdesk they said there was an ongoing issue with payments. I haven't heard since.
