@virginmedia You now admit there is a broadband issue in parts of London but it actually seems bigger than that: your service status pages are not working & if I check that page logged into my app, it claims I have no broadband on my a/c, although the a/c page confirms I do!

@virginmedia No you have not offered sensible ways. One simple phone call was too much for your company. £127 a month (for a poor service sometimes) for 3 years but not worth the cost of a phone call. I’ll make sure all I can know your way of treating customers. Not being rude just honest
