    @virginmedia is a complete joke. Can’t get even get in the cue to wait for 2 hours on the phone. Online on the website customer service ask function you ask the question and it’s 2 1/2 hours for them to start answering! What can I do to get away from these people?

    @virginmedia Yes please. I'd like to begin a new help desk ticket for our TiVo box. We have reset it numerous times, used a new hdmi cable sent by your colleague and had a signal sent from automated phone line. This needs escalating please.

    @virginmedia I’ve had issues for ages, unstable connection, wifi dropping out, engineer came to put splitter on it but still not great, it’s ok when it’s working but to have the cheek to add so much on to my bill when the service is so poor?! Disgraceful

    @darylbaxter Our @virginmedia internet is beyond terrible. WiFi drops several times a day, it really is the worst. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, ever.
