@virginmedia @zakisaunt Signed up for updates...nothing. No compensation for the mast outage last month despite registering and shallow as it may sound, no internet and tv is a problem for people living alone. Always bad service this is a new low...

@virginmedia more outages again. I was on a very important meeting and it crashed as your internet went out. @Ofcom this 3 days before compensation needs addressing. They charge a fortune and have constant drops in service but escape penalties. I may have lost a contract now.
