    @virginmedia That is not true. We are meant to have the fastest speed at 200 but it rarely goes over 50. The connection is unstable and is throttled at busy times. It cuts out and is unreliable plus it is impossible to get hold of support. Shameful and shambolic.

    @virginmedia I have had issues with it on and off continuously since I joined. 99% of the time the checker says nothing is wrong. Is there any way that an engineer can come and check the stability of my connection? Which decides to cut out every couple of days

    @virginmedia Have you ever not been too busy? You have the worst customer service known to man. Every comedian compares bad customer service to you. You are the benchmark for bad. I have been trying to get in touch for five hours now. Chat, phone, Twitter and SMS.

    @virginmedia Great products Virgin ..I love all of them...But that call centre in the Philippines is disgraceful and lets the entire company down...The one in Wales was very good

    @virginmedia Hi, the wifi disconnects several times throughout the day. An engineer changed our hub last year. We then spent £80 on wifi extenders/repeaters/boosters. We want to change the wifi channel to see if that works, but login details are incorrect on the hub.

    @virginmedia No you probably do it understand the extent of your lack of service. We have been having no internet for weeks and every time we call we get the automated voice saying the line is busy and to call later. 3 WEEKS like this. You guys need to sort this out.

    @virginmedia You probably do not get we are in a pandemic and need to be working from home?!?! We’re having issues that are work-related due to your negligence as a provider. We’ve called again and we’re promised the issue would be fixed by tomorrow. Just like last time. LIARS. Refund us all!

    @virginmedia When I ring this number (which is what I have been trying) all I get is “we are sorry, we are busy, you might want to call us later” & the line disconnects. This is awful service VM. How can you run such an appalling service where we cannot get hold of anyone for help/support.

    @Leigh5Tom @virginmedia As an existing customer, they are known for their poor customer service. Can never get through on phone and that is main access point to info. Website CS info poor, with zero joined up thinking. Pretty good speed when working. Good luck!

    @virginmedia Made an official complaint as I was without broadband for FOUR days in January in the UB5 area Your resolution team's reply was it's working now.. No compensation, no explanation...Given a number to complain within 28 days that went dead when I rang it..Please DM me for details

    @coxy1976 @virginmedia Unfortunately it’s the same for all broadband providers hiking prices. And to be honest apart from the price rises I’ve not had any major issues with them. But enough is enough now.

    @virginmedia customer service is an absolute disgrace, I’ve spent the past five days trying to get in touch to someone on the phone as well as chat. After hours of waiting always get the same message that they’re closed for the day! Never experienced worst service!

    Well since my internet is out for 9 WHOLE HOURS today with no warning for "planned maintenance" I finally phoned @virginmedia and put a cancel on my internet as I look for better and cheaper options. Virgin wanted me to pay a third more than they're offering other customers 1/4

    offer the same as other customers were getting, even the same as people who went through cancellations. This was after 2 weeks of not being able to get through to cancellations. Unstable Internet, insulting cancellations team. Goodbye @virginmedia 3/4

    @virginmedia well the person had no idea about customer care she was not polite at all i tried to speak to her manager but she refused to put me through i did manage to pay my bill at the end this is the first time a person who works for virgin media was not polite manners count

    @runningmiker @virginmedia That’s the bit that irks me the most, they earn good money from customers getting the service they are paying for, these companies don’t need to fleece those that can’t access parts of network etc. sky the same, been charging us in contract for broadband speeds we can’t get 🤯

    @virginmedia I’ve just been told that following extensive outages to your service in 2021 which stopped me working from home, & being told that I’ll get a refund, the total amount you will give me is £9. What a joke! And you’ve increased everyone’s bills!!!

    @virginmedia my internet keeps dropping in the bl7 area of Bolton. My hub has been checked and is fully connected. A message indicating the problem in my area will be resolved in 24 hours if not call back, is not helpful when you work from home and need internet connection
