    I swear my virgin media is cursed. Ever since they rang me up and convinced me to change my package to include sky sports it’s been broken every time I’ve wanted to watch a game. 😩 just hung up after waiting on the helpline for over 30 minutes with no response

    @MurlocPhil @mainlymono @virginmedia I can cope with the outage (VM mega-fast WiFi still fine so laptop hooked up to TV), it’s the inability to get any sort of response or information from @virginmedia that bugs me. Just an update via tweet, or even just a voice mail message when you ring them, would suffice.

    @virginmedia So I lose @btsportfootball in the second half of the Man City Women - Chelsea Women game a a crucial moment. Down for days recently. Website closed down, presumably because it isn’t scaled to cope with customers when issues arise. TV still off. Joke.

    @ianbriggs @virginmedia This is why I left them for Sky years ago. They are poor. Been with Sky for 12 years, and they have always been good customer service wise, and rectifying faults quick.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia absolutely appalling customer service. I raised a complaint that you then CLOSED without resolving, what is going on? Still nobody’s bothered to ring me, this alleged ‘smart home team’ apparently don’t exist as I’ve waited 3 months for a call back.

    @virginmedia No I signed up for it, then the technician couldn’t install it and cancelled the work order.Yet I’m still being billed monthly even though I don’t have the service £100 and keep being told that I’ll be getting a call from the smart home team. This has been going on since NOVEMBER

    @virginmedia I did manage to get through after an hour but was told you can’t compete with Sky prices for same package so was put through to cancel team but was cut off. I wasn’t going to spend another hour so left it until I have time. You don’t seem too bothered in trying to keep customers.

    @virginmedia Hi, I’ve spoken to one of your colleagues on the phone line and they have corrected the pin issue and the catch-up and on demand issues. A special request has been put in for a call back from a manager but I would still like to speak to the CEO of the company. Is there an email?
