    @virginmedia I called to register the fault but that is not an option that is available. So Virgin recognises a fault; customer just cannot register it. Flawed, no? #virginmediadown No wonder #VirginGalactic can thrive. Clever.

    @virginmedia WiFi is down in the London SE7 area yet again - that's the 3rd time this month. What's the 'engineering fault' this time, eh? Is it incompetance, apathy or a combination of the two? When will my service be resumed???

    @virginmedia the service has dropped a few more times since this morning but is currently back on. it has now dropped over 5 times today, and it takes over 15 mins to be connected again

    @virginmedia It’s up and running now though I favour it a temporary fix as it’s a repetitive issue in Wandsworth and needs addressing. I pay a premium as opposed to going with a cheaper provider to avoid precisely this scenario. It’s far from a satisfactory service.

    @virginmedia Thanks for clarifying. Anyway I’ve now been without broadband and landline since 8.30am, back from unplanned trip to office for their wifi to find that service is not going to be fixed until 9am tomorrow! This is the second time in a month I’ve been without service all Friday. 😫

    @virginmedia That is the box that appears *after* clicking to register loss of service. See top line:”problem registering loss of service”. System apparently designed to avoid and flaws being found in it. Old capitalist adage:”the provider is always right”😜😎

    @virginmedia I've tried that each time. The last person I spoke to said that in the call centre, only the technical team and pre install team were left in the office. It was just after 2000 local time in South Africa where she was based. She couldn't find any other team to help.

    @virginmedia It’s in all rooms. Even the room with the router in. The light on the router is red. So that might be a problem. I did mention it to customer services but they don’t seem to care.

    @virginmedia The issue with the blocker on my line was removed but is still intermittent with loading. Last comms was with the engineer visit who removed the blocker last Tuesday

Took me over an hour on a call tonight (third today) to get them to agree to cancel my contract... just kept trying to sell me additional services whilst I repeated FOR AN HOUR "I want to cancel and give 30 days notice" over and over. Massively unethical.

    @virginmedia 2/2 As of tomorrow we'll have no phone Broadband and TV as we've cancelled our old supplier, I've tried to sort it out tonight but got cut off twice after over 20 minutes on the phone. Not a fantastic start seriously considering cancelling it tomorrow and going else where #fail
