    @virginmedia I wouldn’t bother. No one has bothered to explain to my 85 yr old mum why her account has been cancelled and her PAYG balance (~£100) cleared out. No response to our formal complaint and no one willing to discuss. Shameful treatment of vulnerable customer.

    @MaggieGee10 @reece_dinsdale @virginmedia I ‘m with Sky too, Maggie. Much better customer service and if you have a problem with your broadband it’s sorted quickly. I left Virgin years ago. It was a wise move.

    @TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.

    @virginmedia No equipment on-site. This is not a self-install. An engineer called 4/5 weeks ago to bring the cables into the living room. A two-man install team due to arrive this morning - they didn't show. I won't cite the excuse your phone support team just gave me. What do I need to do?

    @virginmedia Yes, we probably all do this all the time and there are no known faults, and yes done the unplug crap a thousand times and guess what theres no change. It’s about time Virginmedia dealt with all these issues or admitted the service isn’t what we pay for and gave refunds.

    I’m pretty sure Virgin Media is run my clowns! Absolute shambles of a company. I wouldn’t advise anybody to get internet with them. They’re quick when you first go with them and then you get slow speed issues after 5-6 months. Avoid and go elsewhere @virginmedia

    @virginmedia My WiFi has been down for 3 days and we can't get a hold of anyone to fix it. This is ridiculous called 3 times and all three times I have waited an hour and then mid sentence I was hung up on. Nobody called me back I've put in complaints in online and still nothing.

    @tomfenn8 I had to continually report @virginmedia boxes near me. One was open for literally months and was a clear breach of privacy because home address labels had been attached to cables. Then you have the problem of nasty vandals snipping wires "for a laugh". Sorry, Virgin are jokers
