@virginmedia The link you give to read details of the latest broadband issue doesn't work. Even the website is down. Too many problems now - almost daily. I am out of contract - considering reverting to BT. Not what we need in #lockdown #poorcustomerservice #virginmediadown

@virginmedia you say the issue has been fixed when clearly it hasn’t because lots of customers are still having connectivity problems. Far from ideal as I can’t connect to client video calls :-(

@virginmedia I’m very disappointed that as an existing customer, I cannot take advantage of your oomph bundle at £79. Instead I am quoted £90+. Bearing in mind I would be signing up to a new contract for 18 months. Ultimately I have now cancelled my contract with you. Disgraceful

@virginmedia zero help from your customer service team who have no understanding of why I’m calling!! Half of a series on a channel I’m subscribed to says “subscribe” when I try to watch which is very annoying as already watched ep 1!

Well after 14 loyal yrs as a customer @virginmedia you have well & truly lost any respect of mine! Not the way to do business! Hung up on, manager refused to take call or discuss. Only called to change address, @Virgin can't supply that area we therefore pay them £240!

@virginmedia The phone lines are too difficult to speak to a human and the work itself often takes over an hour. I don’t want to be stuck on the phone while we do this. Chat is much more convenient for the customer. How do I access chat?

@virginmedia Really? You don’t think intermittent loss of internet - or so slow as to be unusable for days at a time is worth a status update? Even when you’ve given it a fault reference? You think it’s more efficient for everyone to call you separately rather than openly admit the issue?
