    @CustomerFirst2 @virginmedia My complaints started long before I deemed the service received unworthy and I am not going to renew a rolling contract simply so I can continue a complaint - natural to leave with these types of issues.     @virginmedia The base light is a very light green, that’s on all the time. The Wi-fi light is green and keeps flashing. I’ve been running diagnostics checks for some months now, and it always says there’s a connection problem with the wi-fi.

    @virginmedia @Jarvenis I, aswell as quite a few others are having connectivity issues affecting what seems to only be the game Destiny 2, connection otherwise is exactly how it should be, fast speeds, no packet loss or dropped connection. Just with this particular game.

    @virginmedia I haven't no, but i shouldn't need to do that when this issue is happening to a lot of people that are trying to play destiny 2 on your broadband. I think maybe you should escalate this issue to your technical team so they can resolve this issue before more people start to moan.
