Awful service from @virginmedia - elderly relative has no landline after storms (uses it for fall monitoring). They have told us earliest engineer is Thursday. This is downright dangerous. Will be advising they move to company that understands what an emergency is!!

What's going on @virginmedia my mums 80 and has no phone... shes hard of hearing and your staff cannot understand her. She has no phone... cant speak to anyone. I've had to book an engineer but its 3 days away. It's snowing and she can't get out. Poor form!!
