@virginmedia Thanks for clarifying. Anyway I’ve now been without broadband and landline since 8.30am, back from unplanned trip to office for their wifi to find that service is not going to be fixed until 9am tomorrow! This is the second time in a month I’ve been without service all Friday. 😫

@virginmedia It’s up and running now though I favour it a temporary fix as it’s a repetitive issue in Wandsworth and needs addressing. I pay a premium as opposed to going with a cheaper provider to avoid precisely this scenario. It’s far from a satisfactory service.

Evening @virginmedia, my pre-install was supposed to happen today. At 4pm I was told by CS the team would definitely be here today, anytime up to 6pm. That’s been and gone, live chat goes into infinite loop passing me back to the bot, and text chat not connecting to anyone. Help?

Never join @virginmedia engineer told me the boxes are so out of date you need booster equipment but can only get one booster box at a time and ALWAYS out of stock and my service is down for the 2nd time today!
