@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@virginmedia My issue is that this happens all the time . It’s about the seventh fault in as many days . The tv and broadband both constantly go down , service is totally unreliable . So even if you ‘fix’ it, it will probably only work for a few hours @ofcom

I pay them 70 quid a month to be Spoken to like dirt by someone who has no knowledge of all the problems and can’t construct a sentence . The most appalling service I have ever experienced . @virginmedia customer services. Have transferred me 9 different times. Made me go through security 9 times and kept me on the phone for 1 hour. In the end I had to hang up when they transferred me the 10th time. Is this the worst customer service known to man?
