@virginmedia Before you post this pay attention to making the Internet you provide reliable fist. Advertising high speed you raise false expectations. Every single comment on your site is a complaint. I really hope people draw their own conclusions and decide to not join.

@virginmedia I’ve been speaking to the team for a month I’d like my service to work now #ee were very helpful giving me £20 per month unlimited data add on so I can use a hotspot at home I will be expecting Virgin to reduce all my £60 per month bills by however much much I spend on extra data

@virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

@robmjanem1 @virginmedia I am waiting too. Virgin is a useless company. Not worth paying for top speed. They make is impossible to call and cancel. Wasted hours on the phone.

@Sam_Rigg1 @virginmedia Has Virgin been able to help? Their replies sound promising, but in my experience it is just diffusion and still stuck with an unreliable system

@virginmedia Well you did she has proof but trying to get help is ridiculous. No new contact had been sent or signed. She has spent 2 days trying to sort it out. 5 hours on the phone each day, being passed around and having the phone put down on her.. #illegal #nohelp #badcustomerservice

@virginmedia I can't see some your response as it's making me want to sign in to a site I have never heard of. But I can see that you still don't actually care about the cost of living crisis. I for one, was happy on the speed I signed up for. You double my speed and now upping the cost.

@virginmedia Classic gaslighting apology- somehow it is my fault I feel that you can’t provide reasonable customer service. Really not good enough. And what are u going to do to change your systems? Or do you plan to continue using your “systems” as an excuse for wasting your customers time?

@virginmedia to be fair john. i did not want to be sticking an app in my phone just to pay. when i can already log into my virgin account via a pc web browser. i take it the old way of paying on a normal phone doesn't work no more? as it gave me no option apart from adding a mobile.
-

@virginmedia i was trying on the website! also when i tried to pay on phone. it asks for a phone number to send the link. which is stupid as i was already on a pc browser. it did not give me an option of paying on the phone like it did in the past.
