    @virginmedia You do know we get tons of messages before engineer comes to property so why don’t we send one of cancellation and after if outage is fixed to ask them is your home broadband is working or not ?

    @virginmedia I asked if this call is recorded, would make good listening, told me he’d put me through to customer relation team then came back and said their busy and was then able to sort the problem, asked to speak to them anyway and was told they would just cancel the contract so no point
