  @ameehan71 @virginmedia All new and reconnected. 200mb then next day nothing, comes on for a day then drops to 10mb. Talk to customer service and they don't have a clue. They also want over £400 for me to leave. Worst service I've ever known

  I called @virginmedia back and they are now saying they won’t be able to install my internet until February 15th, a month after they sent me the modem. They’ve already activated my account and are charging me, but are telling me that shouldn’t have happened and they can’t fix it.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

  The worst customer experience in trying to get help when their expensive service isn't working is @virginmedia. A black hole of "linking acounts" and recursive questions that ulitmately fail, just to try and report an issue. Do not make the mistake of becoming their customer

  @4Viewers The Channel 4 app on Virgin Media 360 isn’t loading. It gets to a title screen and goes no further. Is this an issue on your end or theirs?
