    @ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Business or Residential service? We switched to VM Business two years ago and it is night & day better. Wi-Fi switched off at router and BT Home Hub used to distribute Wi-Fi throughout the house. I get 550 to the house and over 200 in other rooms

    @virginmedia Well I spoke to so many people, trying to get my wifi booster which is part of my package! Customer service, technical, sales and retention but they all said someone else had to help, ended with Willard in retention but after the last half hour on hold had to put the phone down

    God put me out of my misery - holding on the phone to @virginmedia for more than four hours! Spoken to many people who put me through to other people but no one helps me. It’s the same 2 crap songs. At least get a playlist 😢😢😢

    @virginmedia Yes, tried again today dialing 150 and I have not been able to get through. Constantly engaged! I have one TV with a pixelated picture. Worse on HD channels than on ordinary. This is my main TV. I have tried another V6 box and the problem still occurs.

    @virginmedia The problem is, its evening only, so we recorded it, on HD channels, daytime its fine, internet dropping off and slowing too regarless of 100 router reboots!

    @virginmedia The issue with testing the wired connection is the wifi isn’t constantly out it just cuts regularly through the day so I’d have to sit and wait to see if the wired connection changes which isn’t really feasible due to my WFH set up. Will try the app first

    @virginmedia Your assurances are just words. In reality the situation is different. Your phone line is on automated “call back later”, then cuts off. Your text service sends “undeliverable” message back. Twitter you send me in circles too. No 24 hour call back. Just same old circles
