    @SonosSupport I’ve only noticed it today, I’ve had the same set up for 3 years and then just stopped. Doesn’t seem to be an issue with any other devices. No extenders as I live in a tiny flat and my speakers are all less than 5m from the router - my router is a Virgin Media hub 3.0 - ta

    @virginmedia quite a bit of a laughing stock from how bad their service has been today. I’ve had no internet for a week now and I know it’s a minor problem but it’s becomes a pretty major one when you work at home a fair amount.

    @SheonaG @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Sky sent my mother flowers for her lost internet connection, when it was a BT Openreach issue. Sky were very good. But I had a similar difficult situation trying to cancel my Virgin Media contract when I was moving house. It was hideous!

    @virginmedia @DaveLGilmore I had a similar experience with Virgin when my mum passed they owed her money and they sent a cheque made out to her, I told them she obviously couldn’t cash it and I was her next of kin I was told unfortunately we can only reimburse the account holder. We were never reimbursed.
