    @virginmedia According to Varryl, who I stress was a very unhelpful individual, the wait time of around 50 mins has been an ongoing issue for about 2 weeks. My issue has not been resolved today.

    @virginmedia my WiFi and tv down since 6.45am y’day won’t be fixed until Monday apparently, will I get a refund and will u pay for addition data on my phone as having to tether as needed to work this weekend! Select for txt updates not had one!!! Had to phone to find out Mon!!!

    @JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

    @virginmedia RE: complaint no. C-310122692 about incorrect billing whilst leaving VM. Received email that the complaint is resolved we've "had a chat" but nobody has spoken to me and the incorrect bills are still there. How do I start independent adjudication ? Deadlock letter ?

    @Objective_Read @virginmedia I had a similiar problem, sent a letter on 23rd of February but they apparently never received it! Also they make it so hard to communicate, and when you do they speak over you trying to offer you unwanted deals..

    @virginmedia FYI WiFi calling does work on Pixel devices when using a physical virgin mobile SIM. The issue was specifically with the eSIM
