@virginmedia My partner did. Two hours later after the auto response still nothing. Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.

@virginmedia phone line been down since early afternoon, possibly longer. Recording & account message both always saying engineer is on site to fix the problem. I hope that site is Virgin phone line storage as no one has contacted me or turned up to look at this.

Hi @virginmedia. You were meant to phone us at 8am today. Just like your service guy was supposed to turn up 12-4 yesterday, but instead turned up at 7, hadn't been told what the issue was, got aggressive & drove off. You are appalling.

@Ned1365 @virginmedia I know, what worse, I had a top manager out from Manchester when I was suing them and he told me Quote “Virgin don’t upgrade the hubs because it costs millions, they get in a load of new custom cheap, make their money and let the customer leave, it’s not worth staying with them🤔
