@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia It still comes and goes. Absolutely unreliable to work from home when I get kicked out of conference calls because the broadband is down. This is very poor after almost 12 hours! #WorkFromHome

@virginmedia I wouldn’t bother. No one has bothered to explain to my 85 yr old mum why her account has been cancelled and her PAYG balance (~£100) cleared out. No response to our formal complaint and no one willing to discuss. Shameful treatment of vulnerable customer.
