@virginmedia I presume so. I was quite clear I wanted to leave Virgin as I was not happy with the services provided even though they tried to keep me as a customer. I feel Virgin are making it as difficult as possible and I am paying for it

@hummzak We at Virgin Media have a brand new IPTV service for 35 pounds flat fee, no monthly subscription + you get installations and service support, so it if breaks well fix replace it at no cost. Let me know if your interested

@virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

@journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

@virginmedia I would not have used these terms as I didn’t know them however I presumed that all the necessary work would be done in the background. Why would I keep the landline with Virgin when I was VERY UNHAPPY with the service provided

@virginmedia Yes I have checked the service status, it is the first thing I do & all was fine. The issues is with the cable Ethernet & the phone connection in the Hub 4. I don’t use your WiFi setup as my house is fully cabled for networking. I am a Network Architect, so have done basic tests

@virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

@virginmedia also apparently there isn’t anyone in today who can help but I’ll have to wait 2 weeks for the back up line to be fitted and then 5 days for the TV services to be working. But nothing from Virgin! However I still have to pay the full bill!

@virginmedia ...when I do the text service it shifts me to whatsapp abd when I say it's to do do with a fault it says I cannot report a fault on whatsapp, totally infuriating, so back to square one! Now I want to report you to Ofcom and told this can take a month for them to decide if I can..
