    Pretty certain #virginmedia is the worst ISP there is around! Absolutely awful and disgraceful server. Shocking speeds wireless and wired. Never used to be as bad as this. Will be asking for an early termination to my contract as I am not even getting the promised minimum speed.

    @virginmedia It’s kinda Improved. But when paying for M350 fibre broadband plus 2 boosters...I don’t expect this to happen. I just came from BT & not once in 3 years with them did I have any system issues nor need boosters

    And again @virginmedia this has been going intermittent for weeks now. Multiple speed tests show packet loss and poor speed. Hour+ waits on hold on phone to get hung up on. What's being done?

    @virginmedia We are also paying for 350mbps and have the top package and 4 TiVo boxes amongst telephone and mobile packages. You get a lot of money out of us and we are not getting the full service we have been contracted.

    @virginmedia @ChoudhuryJie Just rearranged my contract and removed the landline as it hasn't worked in months, got refund for those months. The new contract has had phone added back onto it for some reason. As you know it is broken do I get a discount each month?

    @virginmedia ongoing issues with picture quality and have been trying to fix for over a month. Nobody replies on chat and you also stopped replying via Twitter. I have tried all troubleshooting/new cables/resetting etc and no change. I need this resolving ASAP please
