    @virginmedia I’ve been speaking to the team for a month I’d like my service to work now #ee were very helpful giving me £20 per month unlimited data add on so I can use a hotspot at home I will be expecting Virgin to reduce all my £60 per month bills by however much much I spend on extra data

    @virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

    @robmjanem1 @virginmedia I am waiting too. Virgin is a useless company. Not worth paying for top speed. They make is impossible to call and cancel. Wasted hours on the phone.

    It for me and SURPRISE SURPRISE she was able do it no problem. I just kept refusing to be put on hold. Initially she muted me and probably wanted me to hang up but I stayed on the call. IM FINALLY FREE from Virgin and will happily never use their service again 💯👋🏼 #virginmedia

    So according to @virginmedia my custom is only worth a £54 discount over 18 months. I am having to TEACH from home. My sons are having to access lessons from home (school and uni) and yet a company which earned £5.17BILLION in 2019 can't help just a little bit. SHAME. ON. YOU

    @virginmedia Soon as I press the numbers to get through to correct department for package changes I end up on hold. The longest I tried for was 75 minutes but had to hang up :(. Tried 4 times so far no luck
