@virginmedia Started chat at 16:44 Had to end 18:05 for hospital treatment to be done. In all that connection time, never got to the stage were some could deal with my problems. Most of it was going through security questions. Password rejected tho' VM posted it to me wks back. Useless.

@virginmedia I’ve been on that website 1000 times in the last few weeks. It constantly says there are issues in the area. When I call the number, I don’t get through to an agent, just an automated system. Is there a direct email address at all? I literally can’t achieve anything right now

@virginmedia Virgin really needs to simplify it's process of dealing with customers' enquiries. Customer care needs to be open and easily accessible, not made to impede or frustrate customers. It's way easier dealing with a bank or even HMRC.

@virginmedia A lot of bad stuff here. Just to add some balance I’ve not had any issues with my broadband in 2.5 years. Get more than my advertised speed as well. As for the equipment, invest in better routers, makes a massive difference. The one you get with them is awful #VirginMediaSale

@virginmedia Even if #VirginMediaSale made services free for the entirety of the contract, they still wouldn't be good value. Constantly cutting off for hours at a time & useless customer service. I switched to BT at the beginning of the year, haven't had a problem since & will stay with them
