    @virginmedia only way to connect is via my EE yet again I've no service and being kept on hold for a decade ..every month this happens for a service i pay a lot of money for very very disappointed every month I'm told my equipment needs updating..

    @virginmedia Never spoke to someone it was a chatbot. So no real confidence that tomorrow will be different. Disappointing to see it has to happen twice before you look at maybe seeing if you can help. Would be nice to know someone was looking into it now so it was guaranteed for tomorrow.

    @virginmedia Hottest day of the year and VirginMedia rang me up and then put me through to someone else. Left me hanging twice so far. Thought service was cancelled but money still coming out of account. I'm just trying to get email address to write to. It isn't hard.

    @virginmedia No change after rebooting both boxes (v6/hub). Nothing on the service status page. I’ve been through all of this before and was explicitly told if it happened again the cables would have to be re fitted

    @virginmedia I need an engineer to come back to my house, possibly to rewire everything as my tv service doesn’t work properly. The previous one got everything working again recently but said it might break again and if it does we would need to replace the cables coming from outside

    @virginmedia Hub 3 - currently ave c. 70 mbps down on phone which is Ok but couple days ago c 7 and at times unable even to connect for speed test. iPad is better 225 now but also dropped out over last couple weeks. I have 500mb contract.

    @virginmedia I am sadly with virgin media and have had no tv or internet for the past 2 days. Each time I contact virgin media they give me a time when it will be back on. Each time that given time comes and goes and my tv and broadband are still down. Virgin Media's service is rotten!
