So frustrating as they’re saying it’s a disconnection fee but are the ones forcing me into it as they don’t offer the service

Not being hyperbolic. We were told we need to call and document every issue. So we do. Every day the automated message says engineers are coming. It's a joke.

I am fed up from wasting my time waiting on hold for 45-90 minutes only to be told "we've already told you engineers are coming, bye." This is infuriating.
