F**king typical! I’ve trying to get a @virginmedia engineer to come and fix our limited BB for weeks and an engineer turns up to fix our phone lines... which we didn’t even ask for. But he found a fault! At the virgin end... which doesn’t surprise me one bit. #useless #fuckwits

@virginmedia Checked earlier - no faults found on the auto test. Also rebooted router to no avail. Issues affecting both WiFi and cabled connections, as well as the video on demand apps on the TiVo (amazon prime video was slow and laggy)

@SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply, I got through in the end. Was calling regarding poor WiFi coverage in my flat, and the more pressing matter of our internet being down for over 24 hours - engineer booked for Friday but not an ideal experience so far with this broadband!

@virginmedia last Friday I was on hold for 1 hr before being cut off. Tonight I’m trying again to arrange an engineer 2 come 2 my hse to sort lack of BB coverage. So far I’ve been waiting 44 mins as I’ve just upgraded I think I’ll action the cooling off period and can’t service

@virginmedia Yes complete loss. All we have is the spinning square or a green screen saying something about restarting system. But normally just the spinning square. On the site it says there's a problem in my postcode and then gives a fix date but it has been off for almost 3weeks.
