@virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

@virginmedia Hi, the appointment is for cable replacement but I’ve been told by customer service that you don’t carry cable longer than 16meters and it’s going to take over a month for a longer one to be available bearing in mind I haven’t had internet already for a month with 3 children 👎🏼

@virginmedia here we go again, installed the hub 5 as per the instructions now no internet no phone. After 2.5 hours finally get through to a person in India and he says it will take 24 hours to be repaired. Absolutely shocking service!!!
