    @virginmedia worst internet provide and customer service ever!!! You’re honestly the absolute worst. We’re told that due to the useless internet for weeks on end, we could leave without fees. And now that we call to cancel you want to charge us?!?! Pathetic

    @virginmedia That is a lie and your as should be reported. If your wifi works it early gets up to the speed that you charge me for. You also fail to mention that you slow down speeds when everyone is watching. So many disappointments when the wheel start spinning

    @virginmedia Spoke to someone in customer service and hopefully your IT dept will resolve the app issues .... but you still haven’t replied to this tweet AND my internet connection is atrocious. So glad I’m teaching online .... not 😩😠

    @virginmedia you have one hour to respond with a solution. 5 - hours spent on call centres 3 - failed outdoor pre-installations. 2 - failed indoor wifi installations. 1st - time customer. This how you treat customers? No solution today, fine, I’ll go with @skytv

    @virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

    @virginmedia I recommend to anyone never to consider taking out a Virgin Contract. Be careful to read other customers reviews. Once you sign up there is no way to leave again. You’ll be holding in the waiting queue until the end of your life.

    @virginmedia It doesn’t for me. Virgin has build a wall of impenetrable bots and automised systems that makes any communication impossible.well done of not making any attempt to help your customers. This is such an arrogant attitude

    @virginmedia Anyone thinking about using Virgin Media read all the negative feedback first. This company does not deliver the speeds it promises and worse the services are disrupted and unstable. Impossible to get through to customer services and impossible to cancel.

    @Devylonely @virginmedia Try and cancel if you can. Read through the review on Twitter. People can’t get through to cancel. Get another small provider who have a real phone number to call and people who can help you.

    From December to February? I got no internet service, legit like 3 months no internet. @virginmedia waiting for engineer, 10 years ? Had to spend £50 for a mobile wifi for sister for time being. Outrageous

    @virginmedia never in my life have i seen such truly god awful service as I have with you. I am still yet without internet since September because your staff/management are so inarticulate and they can’t organise what I presume to be a very simple job! Utter disgrace

    @virginmedia 3G/4g hasn’t worked in days , phone constantly trying to find network. lots of mentions on our local fb page that virgin mobile is not working in the area. Yet no information received from virgin!

    I have had the most stressful few months dealing with @virginmedia and still getting nowhere. Their Engineer installed broadband and screwed through a water pipe causing thousands of pounds of damage and I can’t get any help from them @LutzSchueler
