    @virginmedia I guess this sums up the level of service. Simply can’t get in touch to discuss the contract we have. Website, telephone, Twitter, bots... no doubt I’ll get a call at the supermarket checkout or at dinner.

    My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional

    @virginmedia Already gone down that route... i need a number for a manager or someone who has clearance to actully adjust account because everyone i spoke to before is not allowed to change it so much!!! They all promise someone will be in touch but still nearly 10 weeks later NO CONTACT!

    When you try to get through to @virginmedia to discuss a bereavement and either get hung up on or put on hold for 30 mins. Terrible service!! I would move my away if she didn't need the familiarity of the TiVo box!
