First it said 6:35 yesterday, then it was 10pm, then today 9am, then 5pm, then 9pm. Still down! Service completely down SE18 and looks like there’s nothing concrete.

Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!
