    @SW_Help @RMTunion btw, was due to work at home part of tomorrow because of ongoing #swrstrike but cos of @virginmedia’s ineptitude fixing cable fault, no WiFi , so I can’t. I’ll need to use @SW_Railway terrible strike replacemen trains!. You All owe me compensation I think!

    @virginmedia This is the second time in less than a month. Last time it was a full week. I reported you to Ofcom and am waiting for their reply. Your customer services are appalling and you can bet we will be claiming a refund and finding a better service provider.

    If you have virginmedia email, it’s quite likely that if you no longer use them as a sp, they will deactivate your email without any warning. I’ve not been a virginmedia customer for years and can’t recall ever receiving a notice of deactivation #virginmedia Thanks for the upset

    @virginmedia i can’t use my homepod OR my mac computer cuz it crashes the wifi. i can’t use disney plus cuz it crashes the wifi. we pay EXTRA for super high speed wifi that isn’t even fast!!! this is a breach of contact and either you fix it for free or let us cancel for free.

    @virginmedia When checked, says no fault. But when go through resetting that doesn't fix fault, only then does it admit there is intermittent service issues. Exact same script EVERY time. It's unacceptable
