    @virginmedia please can you share an email address for complaints. I have not had my issues resolved and there is only a postal address. (Which I assume isn’t monitored due to Covid) I am also sending the same complaint to Ofcom and CISAS.

    @virginmedia Are you able to remove all registered devices from my Virgin TV Go account? Searching online it looks like there is a bug on the system, which requires Virgin Support to remove the devices.

    @virginmedia in the most polite way possible, your service is just straight up dog ****. i upgraded to 5G a few months ago and ever since it’s been going on and off and recently it’s been unbelievably slow. it’s the worst connection i’ve ever had to put up with.
