@virginmedia As I mentioned earlier, i tried calling multiple times with wait time between 60-120 mins and got no response back. Tried reaching out on twitter and got no response. The complaint is not resolved from my side at least, not surr of that closed on your end.

@MartinSLewis I pay £42 per month for 1gig broadband. Dont habe their tv or phone and stream all my shows and movies. I think it’s reasonable. My bug bare with @virginmedia is they give huge discounts to new customers that are not passed on to customer that have been with them for years.

@virginmedia Broadband installed yesterday, stopped working after 3 hours. Finally got through to a terrible agent who seemed to barely understand English and made me repeat everything 5 times, who has booked an engineer back out for Friday.
