@thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that. @virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

@virginmedia I tried again today. After faffing with phone, then faulty website, and back to phone, I eventually found a very helpful assistant who managed to convince me to stay; happily. It was close though, as much room for improvement. Please sort out your customer services & website.

@virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

@virginmedia the tv connection has had a fault since 8th June. You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

@virginmedia Stated or not, that does not make it fair. The cost of moving house is high enough. It is not like we’ve defected to a competitor, you do not supply the area. You would think loyalty and customer service would come into play at some point but clearly Virgin are all about money.

@virginmedia Ordered an ‘intelligent wifi pod’ over 4/5 months ago for extra £5 a month & was told its sold out and unavailable, yet my best friends was delivered and installed yesterday and she only joined Virgin last week.. wifi signal constantly down/weak. Customer service have no answer

@RahilaG @michaellondonsf @virginmedia Be careful because they switched from providing a monthly service with a notice period to 18 month contracts for which you have to pay the whole length even if you leave early. It's a stitch up. This is predicated on the basis that the 18m works out cheaper.

Good morning @virginmedia I can't seem to connect to wifi in my flat at all. I looked up service status and there is a network issue in my area, and the fix estimate is 12:20 today. Does that mean the wifi won't be available til midday today?
