@virginmedia When I ring this number (which is what I have been trying) all I get is “we are sorry, we are busy, you might want to call us later” & the line disconnects. This is awful service VM. How can you run such an appalling service where we cannot get hold of anyone for help/support.

@virginmedia what brilliant technology utterly soured by almost comically bad customer service. I say “almost” as there’s nothing funny about taking 5 weeks, countless phone calls, endless hours of online chat & 2 formal complaints to just get my bill right. Not asking much.

@virginmedia i think the router i have is on the blink, i have to reset it with a pin every day as randomly it’ll just start flashing green and i’ll lose signal. when it does work, i only get signal in one of the rooms in my flat, which is annoying as my bill has increased by £10
