    Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

    So yeah, this is fun. @virginmedia keeps dropping broadband connection. It has been happening for an hour, going down, coming back up for a minute or two, then down again. Service Status says "works fine, lol, no issues, just you" Twitter reports disagree. Sort it out ffs :(

    @virginmedia Some kind of access issue to the cable on the road. Last I heard it was getting resolved 'tomorrow' weeks ago. I'm also annoyed you took money out of my account without reason which im getting back in 45 days by cheque. Crazy that I couldn't have it back now

    @virginmedia I did not request to be upgraded in any manner, just for my technical issues to be resolved. Your agent took it upon herself to force the upgrade, without my consent, without explaining the contractual implications. I'm not sure you're appreciating the seriousness of this.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 out because the middle light on my powerline adaptor intermittently flashes green and red, multiple time a minute. I'm seriously thinking of quitting you guys, maybe give BT a try. This is not the first time I've received sub par service either. Just terrible.
