@VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

@VodafoneUK I spent more than hour on your chat service trying to stop you delivering a phone to an old address that I DID NOT enter when upgrading, was told it was changed and you STILL try to deliver to the old address. What is wrong with your customer service?

@VodafoneUK lately I find that I have network coverage, but it seems I have no connection. No issue with the phone, as everything works fine when I am home and connected to Wi-Fi. It doesn’t sound right, does it?

Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK zone 01 London service gone to **** in recent months? 4G / 4 bars no internet, contently drops to two bars and frequently cuts out when on calls and on social and surfing! 🤯 …And they want more money from us to improve the service!! 😭

@MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

@VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte, yes we have been checking this whenever we are away from home(Vodaphone is our only connection, no landline or broadband here!). There is a known big issue and Vodaphone will not refund even when it hasn't provided.

@O2 my 4g has got steadily worse for the last 3 years. My call signal is non-existent. I don't have the 4g capability to connect a video doorbell. Having to use a PAYG @VodafoneUK similar card to install it. It's pathetic

@VodafoneUK your #vodafone #livechat service is extremely poor. It has taken me 5 hours and counting to get an upgrade resolved (required as your “guaranteed” “pro” broadband doesn’t work, so we are having to pay even more just to get a service that works
