    Never and i mean never get a contract with @VodafoneUK there company is full of actual criminals! Now have to seek legal advise due to them illegally canceling my contract for no reason and sending the remaining contract balance to a debt collection company for over £800 🤬😵

    @VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

    @VodafoneUK have “lost” my mobile number in the course of a contract change they pushed on me. The number is now unuseable, untransferrable and they don’t know if or when it will be recovered. Have they lost a database? Anyone else had this problem?

    @suzal @VodafoneUK Wish you luck I am still waiting for them to answer my issue 2 days so far customer service is terrible you cannot blame front line staff it's the useless management who are supposed spot issues like the customer not getting through & resolve it not ignore it.

    In July I spoke with @VodafoneUK about the way they treated my vulnerable father. Instead of following through on their promise, I now have to call his bank to get a refund. @VodafoneGroup have the lowest service standards and show absolute contempt for their customers
