Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

Nothing is linked up, no store or customer service agent can check each other’s stock levels, no direct store tel numbers - absolutely not putting the customer at the heart of anything.
