Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

Best connection for phone calls 3G or below Managed to use 5G once in Newcastle since starting a 5G contract. You cater for major cities better than other areas.

Still there are some out there with handsets that don’t support 4G calling (VoLTE) so this could well impact them negatively.

Technical team had confirmed that the issue will still be ongoing till Feb, and the only solution is to get a better antenna for the router.2/3 😡😡
