    @VodafoneUK The Borehamwood store told me it had been discontinued for weeks and they had none in stock and obviously now would not , the purchase of this phone has been nothing but problems since Feb 20th . Continual lies from Vodaphone

    Hey @ThreeUK just to add to your #HumbeBrag campaign about being the best network... I switched to @VodafoneUK after having spent one week in US without internet because an issue or yours. ...that you solved when I left.

    I’m on hold to customer complaints @VodafoneUK and I am astounded by the rudeness of the agent I have just spoken too. I’m gobsmacked he spoke to me the way he did. If he was my member of staff he would be disciplined and dismissed.

    @VodafoneUK Online chat is very rude !!! Initially missguided and when I ordered online and found out that I am misguided the representative just disappeared when i asked her to cancel my order! Will stay with @ThreeUK !

    @VodafoneUK another call to the so called Vodaphone customer services. My third attempt to get them to do their most basic of jobs and sort out my phone and broadband home move. @VodafoneUK are the most rubbish phone company, totally useless.

    @VodafoneUK Well Ryan I was told that when the black phone came back in stock I could exchange it , just been told Apple have discontinued the 7 .The store told me I can exchange it for the next model down at no extra charge , why is it never for the next model up !!!

    I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    Hi @VodafoneUK - your billing is broken and you've sent (another) threatening call about cutting off my phone while I'm trying to recover from a broken back. Wouldn't be an issue apart from I've called four(!) separate times in the past week to rectify the issue... Please fix!

    @VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK When my mum died and I phoned the various companies she had subscriptions with, Sky's support could not have been more helpful and even (unprompted) refunded the unused portion of the last month. Totally changed my view of a company I previously despised. Aspire to this Vodafone.

This what happens when you don't train your call handlers instead relying on multiple choice screens to guide the handler. I was considering getting fttp broadband but they were unable to answer a couple of basic questions 1/2

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss, when my father in law passed away last year, I called up a network who uses these as their carrier only to be asked if I wanted to upgrade. Compassion is rare these days. Hope you get it sorted it shouldn’t have been this difficult

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone is evil. In Amsterdam, much the same story, though about trying to return a phone. There was no one to call and speak with! No customer service. —Except for the store, which i refused to deal with anymore after during three lengthy visits they would not help me.
