  @MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

  @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.
