    @OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, I’d like to see Turkey and North Cyprus back on Vodafone UK’s roam-free list. But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. I’ll DM you now

    Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

    @VodafoneUK the Mobi chat service is terrible. Why does almost every option on your phone line end in suggesting Mobi and then hanging up?! The only way to speak to someone is to say I'm cancelling my contact!

    Thanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp An engineer came to install a line for a neighbour from box on my house. He was super rude and aggressive and when he left out internet no longer worked please help

    We've just recently switched to your broadband service @VodafoneUK and it's been awful, signal dropping out, slow download speeds. Terrible service

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

    @RuthRic24606372 @VodafoneUK @ch4rricH Took a year of endless phonecalls to finally get them to stop taking money out of my account, I ended up telling them to keep the £150 they took. Worst phone company to leave I'm afraid.

    Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

    @ShipBrief @VodafoneUK Your son is pressing the wrong numbers on the menu. Go straight to the "I'm thinking of leaving Vodafone" option. He'll be picked up instantly, and his problem will be solved.

    @OpenreachHelp After talking to @VodafoneUK it seems my broadband has been turn off by the rude aggressive Openreach engineer who was working on the box on my house for another customer. Is this really how Openreach engineers operate ?

    @VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

    @VodafoneUK No just need to sort out closing the phone side down and then once I've found a new contract for my mifi I can close that down too. You've list a customer and due to even more lies obtaining the PAC (now sorted) you've made an enemy.

    @VodafoneUK So. 1 Do you sell extenders that work with your product? 2. Do you think you should advise new customers before they change to you that existing extenders won't work? It appears to be a real problem for users. 3. I have not had issues using the extenders with other routers.

    .@VodafoneUK stay well clear even the complaints team can’t solve a complaint!! Water of time energy and they just bend you over to have their fun - whilst you are tied into paying the bill for their pleasure.

    @VodafoneUK less than seamless broadband upgrade today. Hung up on twice, now on hold for 20 mins. Poor customer service to fix problems and new router hasn't even been dispatched before previous account stopped!!
