@OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

@VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

@VodafoneUK I tried the online chat which informed me the only way to cancel is by phoning. 3 hours of waiting and no answer. I’m sure if I’d said I want to upgrade someone would answer in seconds. No apols or explanation. Been a customer for 12+ years. V unhappy.
