You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

I have an opinion (@26u37393y3u392y) reported@bt_uk Temporarily locking an account for 20 minutes after 2 or 3 failed sign in attempts is rather annoying. Especially as there is no option to remove the temporary lock via text or online if you're already signed in on another device.
