@bt_uk called y'day to get help with inlaws phone line. Both inlaws are vulnerable. Told engineer to be sent < 24 hrs as welfare status. noone has arrived. spent 30 mins call again- told can't see a record of call. Need someone to actually help as they can't make calls currently.
