@BTCare my 85 year old elderly gran has a very old master socket pre NTE5 which has been positioned awkwardly near the ceiling. She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk taking money from a customer 3 days earlier than the direct debit…that’s classy. Saying hard luck, we will launch an enquiry but not giving money back, even classier. DO NOT go with BT broadband. Can’t wait until contract is up. Poor service when people are struggling.

@bt_uk Hi Mat.The test came back saying that there were no problems with our line so we completed another reboot of the router and we’re now back online.However, previous restarts did not fix the issue. Will monitor the connection and get back in touch if problematic tomorrow.Thanks.👍🏻
