@bt_uk A fix has already been run! I would like to claim for these historical issues separately to trying to fix any persisting ones. Otherwise I'm thinking I might not ever be compensated :) fix already done!

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

  • kqbrain Khurram Qayam (@kqbrain) reported from Reading, England

Another day of bad experience with @virginmedia broadband service in RG6 area. Buffering on streaming service, no video calls possible on Skype and WhatsApp. Seriously thinking of switching to @bt_uk

  • HartTrippy John Tripp (@HartTrippy) reported from Yateley, England

@bt_uk do you have issues with email spam filters? Inbox full of rubbish 😐

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

  • nowak_matt Matt Nowak (@nowak_matt) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@bt_uk Thanks. I’ve already tried that and it says I need to speak to an advisor as I wish to cancel my package

  • JR_1871 Jonathan Richards (@JR_1871) reported from Reading, England

Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

  • Sharonkuhl Sharon Ducker (was Kuhl) (@Sharonkuhl) reported from Yateley, England

@bt_uk HELLO AGAIN JUST AN UPDATE WITH MY MOTHERS ON-GOING PHONE ISSUE (& YES I AM SHOUTING) her phone was due to be connected in OCTOBER 2019-various errors by YOU means even after an engineer visit yesterday we are no further forward. MY MUM IS 77 & NEEDS HER HOME PHONE #POOR

  • Sharonkuhl Sharon Ducker (was Kuhl) (@Sharonkuhl) reported from Yateley, England

@bt_uk I am amazed that you are still in business, your appalling customer service leaving my parents with no home phone, broadband that is not great, missed engineer appointments and on the wrong tariff and this is on going since OCTOBER, & she still pays u #eldery #vunerable

  • BethcWillard Beth Willard (@BethcWillard) reported from Reading, England

@_hypocaust Having the same issue with @btsport No coverage even though scheduled 😠

  • AmitChampaneri1 Amit Champaneri (@AmitChampaneri1) reported from Virginia Water, England

@btsport If Juve rejected the chance to sign him because of Kulusevski joining, it must go down as the biggest mistake since we let go of Henry!!! Or worse...

  • stevenffc123 Fulham traveller R.I.P papa bouba diop (@stevenffc123) reported from Sendmarsh, England

  • pinners888 Pinners (@pinners888) reported from Wokingham, England

@btsport what’s going on. Why can’t I watch PSG game yet have to listen to pundits banging on about the Chelsea performance. WTF!

  • therealmyoumans Michael Youmans (@therealmyoumans) reported from Guildford, England

@bt_uk what kind of customer service is this? I hope I don't have to wait another WEEK before someone gets back to me to rectify the situation otherwise I'm dumping your services tomorrow

  • ChrisElson11 Chris Elson (@ChrisElson11) reported from Guildford, England

@btsport seriously Steve mcmanaman? Is he well in the head? His biased commentary tonight is sickening. How he thinks the Stirling challenge wasn’t a booking I’ll never know. Call your set Liverpool? You like blue so much should be @Everton

  • JackDogAiredale Jack-Dog (@JackDogAiredale) reported from Busbridge, England

@Marcuspdm Hoomum woke up and is now awake trying to sort out her stoopid @BTGroup @bt_uk broadband 😡🤬For a business that is “breaking down the barriers of today to release the potential of tomorrow” they do seem monumentally hopeless.

  • MrChris62 Chris (@MrChris62) reported from Guildford, England

@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@bt_uk you guys just didn't action the job with openreach, missed my activation date (mon 5th) and told me the automatic £5.25 per missed day compensation your website promises just doesn't apply to me because you guys never confirmed the activation date, like that's my fault?

  • ClareMWilkins Clare Wilkins (@ClareMWilkins) reported

Day 24 of no service @bt_uk executive complaints team due to call within 24 hours. Tick tock @OpenreachHelp skilled engineers nowhere to be seen with next update from them expected on day 28. A month after fault reported. Jaw dropping incompetence

  • WillHill1994 Will Hill (@WillHill1994) reported

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Please provide me with a contact number or email for both BT and Open reach to raise a complaint. @bt_uk each time I open a complaint with you, you just close it once I’ve got off the phone with you. Why is this? It’s not resolved.

@bt_uk hi, I joined Plusnet for BB and phone line on the 6th December. Today though I've had an email from BT saying my new 12 month contract for phone line starts today at £23.05 a month. My BT account says the same. Could you check this out for me please and cancel this. Thanks

  • NoSportHeath NoSport (@NoSportHeath) reported

@bt_uk can someone please tell me when our service will be back up and running it’s been over 24 hours

  • kiritmagic the_magician (@kiritmagic) reported

@bt_uk Too little too late... @SwishFibre are 90 times better in terms if download speed. Their engineers are part of their company and not outsourced to @BTSopenreach. They were in fact ex BT employees and knew how poor the company was and therefore left.

  • ms_aribeth 𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙝 (@ms_aribeth) reported

@virginmedia Hey @bt_uk do you fancy a new Customer what do you have to offer, I currently pay £27 a month for 125mbps fibre from Virgin, could you match them, if so i’d happily consider jumping ship
