    I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

    Arrrggggghhhhhh I can’t solve this broken internet problem and @btbusinesscare won’t speak to me as I’m not named on the account. People all over Cranleigh are having major issues with no/slow internet and it’s impossible to get it resolved.

    @bt_uk Yes but looks like I won’t have service till next Friday at the earliest which is not ideal then still have to wait for fibre to become available not quite the upgrade I was hoping for when switched from sky

    @bt_uk no engineer even assigned to the complaint. Huge loss, cannot see patients, cannot get phone calls, cannot take payments. BT is a disgrace

    @pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

    @bt_uk I'm extremely disappointed, as signed up back on the 17th Oct for install on 2nd Nov. Have now cancelled, as 8 missed install appointments. I then had the phone put down on me, after I requested to cancel. Very frustrating, now followed this up with a complaint letter!

    @bt_uk All of a sudden my Youview box has stopped working, which is annoying. More annoying is I can’t ever get through on your phone line. Any chance someone can help me out - especially as I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving.

    Switched to @bt_uk Broadband on 20th November. Still haven't got internet access. On hold for an hour each time i call and never get any further forward. I don't recommend them at all. Very disappointed.

    @bt_uk Yes I am... spoke with the Executive office team - who state (unbelievably) it is out of their control. They are “confused”.... So much for customer service..!!!

    @bt_uk fed up with poor broadband! Changed to Halo n had the worst speeds, gone from 50mbps to 34ish at best changed hub no better now we struggle to get 2mbps on an evening 🤬engineer be out “its the phone” changed phone no better ! 2 hubs 2 phones still poor 🤬

    Dear Mr @SkyUK We moved from @bt_uk because you said you would be great, better service and seamless change would happen on Monday. It’s Thursday & nothing 🙁 Please can you ask your engineer who has been working tirelessly since Tuesday 🙄to get his skates on please.
