You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

Told her that's normal. Noticed in ED Manual you don't say it is (but I assume it is) in Essential (non D) you do.
