    @bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

    @btsport first time I have prescribed to your football. How do I cancel straight away. It was more man united Tv. Then man united tv is. Can’t justify paying for this

    Is there absolutely nothing that can be done to rid us of the endless scam calls from Amazon and the like? I use BT call protect but when scammers use a seemingly limitless number of computer-generated (virtual) numbers it is a never-ending battle. @bt_uk

    Dear @bt_uk, I want view my last bill. When I select “Your bills > Your billing history” I get asked to login. On login, it sends me to the “Make a Payment page”. And so I go round and round in circles. I don’t want to make a payment. I pay on DD. I WANT to view my bill!!!

    @btbusinesscare Help!! Following successful connection of our business broadband and tel line, it has now been switched off. The disparity between the call centre and people on the field is unbelievable. We need it reconnected ASAP to trade
