  • martinbamford Martin Bamford (@martinbamford) reported from Cranleigh, England

And once again, @btbusinesscare won’t talk to me as apparently I’m not named on the account! This despite my name being added last time we had a problem. Head. Desk. Bang.

  • Gary4W Gary (@Gary4W) reported from Wokingham, England

I hope #Lloris hasn’t broken anything, especially his elbow. Speaking from experience, 18 months later mine still not right ! #Brighton #Tottenham @btsport

  • martinbamford Martin Bamford (@martinbamford) reported from Cranleigh, England

Arrrggggghhhhhh I can’t solve this broken internet problem and @btbusinesscare won’t speak to me as I’m not named on the account. People all over Cranleigh are having major issues with no/slow internet and it’s impossible to get it resolved.

@TheVanaramaNL @btsport Nobel never punished them the crap referee did

  • Caoimhe88Byrne caoimhe byrne-hansen (@Caoimhe88Byrne) reported from Reading, England

@BritishTelecom your service has become crap after #ReadingFestival has started. Stop stealing my data and streaming #pissedoff @btsport because there’s no actual #bt trying to watch a film and constant interruptions

  • parentsnetindia Parentsnet.in (@parentsnetindia) reported from Wokingham, England

@bt_uk no engineer even assigned to the complaint. Huge loss, cannot see patients, cannot get phone calls, cannot take payments. BT is a disgrace

  • Tsar_Nicholas Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Hook, England

@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

  • rgcarr1 Rob Carr (@rgcarr1) reported from Woodley, England

@bt_uk exceptional customer service as usual. 7 days we’ve been trying to talk to you about our home move. 7 days you have hung up on us. Newsflash, you run a telephone service. Do let me know if you want me to come and show you how to use the telephone #btinternet #bttv

  • Tsar_Nicholas Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Wokingham, England

100% with Gary Neville on this and I find it weird @SkySports @SkySportsPL needs to say this isn’t their view. You’re the broadcaster FFS; take a principled stand. You and @bt_uk have the power to force premier league to address the issues. Don’t be cowards.

  • thomablue Kevin Buckland (@thomablue) reported from Reading, England

@btsport commentary and pundits are objectionable and biased . You can stick your subscription up your red tinged arse- **** you 😂🤣😂🤣😂

  • carlozoccali Carlo Zoccali (@carlozoccali) reported from Woking, England

@bt_uk Yes but looks like I won’t have service till next Friday at the earliest which is not ideal then still have to wait for fibre to become available not quite the upgrade I was hoping for when switched from sky

  • FuzzEVisuals 𝕋𝕠𝕞 𝔾𝕣𝕚𝕗𝕗𝕚𝕥𝕙𝕤 (@FuzzEVisuals) reported from Wokingham, England

I thought VAR was suppose to clear up these bad decisions. Obviously not. All officials have been absolutely terrible! #NAPLIV @btsportfootball @btsport

  • DBananaman42 Dark-Knight-Bananaman42 (@DBananaman42) reported from Sunningdale, England

@ChadSpeedfight2 @jerryzukowski @btsportmotogp @MotoGP @lorenzo99 @26_DaniPedrosa @Official_CS27 @ValeYellow46 @btsport Moro 2 and MotoGP bikes are totally different. Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

  • martinbamford Martin Bamford (@martinbamford) reported from Cranleigh, England

I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

  • GaryB1975 Gary Byron (@GaryB1975) reported from Reading, England

@chris_sutton73 @BBCSportScot got shut down at the presser pressing BR about @LCFV post. Its like they want to stop #10 in a row too @btsport

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • chefkevinashton Kevin Ashton (@chefkevinashton) reported

@bt_uk My wife paid for 5 days of broadband #BTWifi in our new house to bridge the gap before our broadband is installed. It is expensive and keeps dropping out VERY VERY unimpressed. Plus Not enough customer service reps to answer phones.

  • millie_thackray Millie (@millie_thackray) reported

@bt_uk we’ve been trying to cancel our BT WiFi contract since Friday, having spent a cumulative 1.5 hours on hold, with no success of getting through. How can you justify a notice period of 30 days when customers can’t inform you of cancellations?

  • connorisgoku Connor (@connorisgoku) reported

@staplenick @bt_uk @JohnStapletonTV Don’t start with BT n their things not working, we tried bt tv and it was a nightmare. So many call outs and bad promises.

  • julianstockton Julian Stockton (@julianstockton) reported

Hello @bt_uk is anyone looking at your DM's? Your wait time to speak to someone is over 60 minutes and your online bots can't help. Give me a wave if you can see this👋

  • staplenick Nick Stapleton (@staplenick) reported

@bt_uk @JohnStapletonTV It's one thing for dad who has a mobile too and doesn't rely so much on his landline, for example to be linked up to medical equipment/an alarm, to have it totally out of action months on end. So @bt_uk what about those who do? This has been going on too long without resolution

  • NRManc Neil (@NRManc) reported

Can’t remember the last time I made a call on my @bt_uk landline but just received my latest bill and discover the cost of a landline to landline call is 25p/min !! And that’s a bog standard number - no special service. Time to unplug it I think !!

  • jamesrandall_ James Randall (@jamesrandall_) reported

@bt_uk Hey BT. I’m an unhappy customer who has been on hold for over 50 minutes waiting to speak to someone in your ‘loyalty’ team. Is this normal? Do you hope to bore your customers into submission so they keep paying your high prices? Direct debit cancellation incoming...

  • julianstockton Julian Stockton (@julianstockton) reported

@bt_uk Hello, I'm waiting for an engineer who is an hour late, and I can't find out if they are coming or not. Can you help, please?

  • curiousiguana ❓🦎 (@curiousiguana) reported

It would also be good if @bt_uk offered a dirt cheap, slow but fine connection for the over 70s. Enough for them to send an email or download an audiobook. Maybe they do, but I'm unaware of it. 10Mbps cap. Fiver a month. Pensioners only.

  • Alisonhaigh3 Alison haigh (@Alisonhaigh3) reported

@bt_uk are there issues with broadband today in Oughtibridge S35 please?
