  • Muzzhar Murray Heslin (@Muzzhar) reported from Wokingham, England

@bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

  • SarahJGrace1 Gracie (@SarahJGrace1) reported from Godalming, England

@bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

  • Tsar_Nicholas Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Hook, England

@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

  • IanArnell Ian Arnell (@IanArnell) reported from Camberley, England

@bt_uk As a new customer I have been the model of patience that is now growing thin. I did the honourable thing over 5 hours ago and sent you a DM. I am still waiting for an answer. Please no, I know you are busy. @Ofcom

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • goldback wayne harrison (@goldback) reported from Wednesfield, England

@btsport poor commentary team tonight. Ian Darke and Lucy Ward just kept on about Leeds all night, even went through the Leeds bench telling us who played for the U23..Darke actually worked out which one was Neto tonight, last time he was Neves or Moutinho

  • danny_hay73 Danny Hay (@danny_hay73) reported

@bt_uk Can you just hear how ridiculous that sounds... either get the technology to handle the speed or don’t market a super fast 900mps service if u have no way of ensuring that customers can actually get it... £69.99 pm is a lot of money mate!!!

  • revdgarry Revd Garry Roberts (@revdgarry) reported

@bt_uk I’m trying to get the average speed report emailed to me from the speed check facility when logging into my hub (guaranteed 51mb but only receiving 15). Email is not arrive despite email being correct and trying several times. Can you help?

If only there was a method to mute Ian Darke and keep Lucy Ward. #btsport #LUFC He is simply the worst commentator in the business.

  • NickJaye1 37 💙 (@NickJaye1) reported

  • Andrew_Lewis_11 Andrew Lewis (@Andrew_Lewis_11) reported from Ammanford, Wales

  • WezHopson11 Wez Hopson Official (@WezHopson11) reported

@btsportfootball @btsport Whoever that woman is commentating Wolves v Leeds tonight, for godsake bin her off.. Hers bloody awful! Cant pronounce players properly, is a manic depressive and talks utter dross. Hers bloody appauling. Had to mute the bloody tele 🤬🤬

  • AshDolan16 Ash Dolan (@AshDolan16) reported

Can we complain to @Ofcom about this frankly awful commentary from @btsport ? I don’t pay my subscription fee to listen to Leeds TV. At least offer a neutral commentary, or a Wolves biased commentary as an alternative option I don’t want to hear about Leeds every minute.
