@bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

Another day of bad experience with @virginmedia broadband service in RG6 area. Buffering on streaming service, no video calls possible on Skype and WhatsApp. Seriously thinking of switching to @bt_uk

After 6 months of terrible Internet performance and even worse customer service by @virginmedia i moved to @bt_uk. Great service from BT, had my first issue this week, they responded immediately, gave me some account credit (i didn't ask), quickly fixed the issue. Well done BT 👏

@bt_uk We connect for good. what a joke. Landline cut off reconnected to there digital voice service which cant get incoming calls since november and given the run around from customer service. Atrocious service, all lying about deadlines and call backs. Avoid,terrible service

Hey at @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp my internet has been down for over 6 hours. When will this be sorted? Received a text at 12:18pm saying it was sorted and its not. I have reset everything multiple times and still no Internet
