You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. Then they say they're very busy and they promise to speak to you within 20 minutes or you could ring back. Hint, excellent customer service starts with answering the bloody phone.
