Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you donโt see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
