I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!

I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

Just come off a call from them this morning and they have an engineer booked for TUESDAY, assuming the turn up this time and fix the fault, that’s 20 days you’ve left a know vulnerable
