Been in our flat for 2months and we have only had 9 days of working internet with @bt_uk but have been paying full whack for a terrible service. Apparently we have a LOS this time. More days away from work to wait on engineers #BT #internet #poorservice

@haggerzz @bt_uk @btsport I’m seriously annoyed with #btsport They won’t allow suspension of payments while NO SPORTS are going on. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!

@bt_uk Thanks already looked at that but not helpful. No explanation why this has happened and why fix is estimated in excess of 48hrs. Businesses struggling to operate, your customers can’t access essential services and young people can’t get access to online revision ahead of exams!!
