  @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

  @virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

  @bt_uk I can't get in my account because of your pass code system is sending out multiple pass codes which neither work, and now it says to wait or cancel. Cancelling does nothing to fix the problem. How long do I have to wait until the pass code system resets?

  @bt_uk I do call - every Monday, get told order failed they will re-issue told to wait 3-5 days . I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL

  @scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.
