    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    The service we’ve received from @bt_uk over the last year is shocking! Now they want to change us £250 to leave when we’ve not had WiFi for months! Disgusting service!

    @bt_uk The problem there though is the fault isn’t always evident, sometimes the speed fluctuates between as low as 7mbps up to 34mbps upload, download fluctuates between about 0.3mbps and 7mbps. I’ve set the checks going but I’m guessing it will report ok...

    @bt_uk No Nick I have not been offered any help at all. The only info from you was a generic email saying!something like “oops your repair is going to take a little longer than we said”. Other than that I have had to ring customer services

    @bt_uk I am very upset and disappointed with BT expecting call back. No return call from Complaints Team or other teams. BT box delivered 8/1/21 is wrong waiting since Mid Dec. Found Engineer very rude. Please sort out URGENTLY.

    @bt_uk Will do thanks, but almost invariably, the tests say nothing wrong because the test isn’t run in the minutes when the service is absent. Intermittent fault. For 20 years. Community FTTP is due but still awaiting latest update from Openreach. Covid causing so many problems.

    @bt_uk Wow! Yet here we are Day 23 & no broadband service because you allowed our line to be slammed - w/ no notification of transfer of service. Excuses, zero comms unless I'm chasing (15+hrs so far). Not even the slightest hint of any work around despite children home schooling!

    @Colchesterviews @bt_uk In terms of there line rental if you don’t use the landline like a large amount of people asked to be put on there pay as you go service then your not paying I.E £5 p/m for 200mins etc

    @bt_uk 2/2 we we’re told was down to internal wiring and ended up being due to corroded wire on the external line. Does around 500 yards of cable equate to a drop of 50% signal/broadband speed? If so why isn’t something done about it or do you expect your customers to suck it up?

    @bt_uk I have spoke with them already about 4 times this week to try and get this sorted. However I’m not getting anyway. All I need is someone to install in my house and connect into the green box then I can work from home. However apparently on the system is saying we have no network

    @bt_uk THE ISSUE IS NOT MINE! You need to contact @tom_blissy & @courtney_pruce and help them! I’d never be with you based on the poor service you have provided to them! Please sort this for them, to redeem some faith in humanity and CUSTOMER SERVICE!
