The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

Kevin McLoughlin (@Kev_McLoughlin) reported from West Molesey, EnglandI move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.
