    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk my elderly grandmother is struggling to contact you. No one replies to emails, picks up the phone or responds to her. She’s been told her contract is going up in price for no reason. It’s causing a lot of stress and I’m trying to help in any way I can... please assist.

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

    So @bt_uk have a link in my account to renew my contract, still 6 months left, but had a look. I can get 900mb as a new customer for £46 to upgrade through my account was £30 more. Every single package cost way, way more. Guess I’ll be leaving in February.

    @bt_uk shocking customer service, my husband works for the #NHS at home, he's spent hours on the phone in own time after you disconnected our broadband without reason several weeks ago. Promised phonecalls back/reconnection. You have spectacularly failed to deliver

    Never fear, says @bt_uk, we will reschedule and send out a full team to do everything. So at 0830 today, a single engineer arrives, briefed to do a simple install from the nearest pole. He scratches his head, makes some calls and gives us the bad (but not unexpected) news...

    It is depressingly inevitable that @bt_uk happily trot out banalities about "Connecting for Good" and being "Here to help" when they'd actually rather do anything to avoid talking to a customer. If you DO get through the simplest product information is treated as a state secret.

    @bt_uk How do I cancel all my services (phone line, broadband, and sport) without having to call up? I'm assuming this is possible online (as it's 2021) and you've just hidden the option somewhere?

    @bt_uk Hi Aled, you don't have 'the system access' because BT have designed it that way. Generally when I'm leaving a service, I have zero ******* interest in speaking to the 'loyalty team'. Makes me all the more glad I'm leaving :) #whatajoke
