@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

@bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

@bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

@btsport Martin Keown should never work again. “Definite contact” “No excuse for that” “definite penalty” he says something AFTER watching replays. Trezeguet looked for it and replays clearly show March got the ball. Should be congratulating the ref for admitting he made an error

@bt_uk Internet is the worst we've ever experienced. In the 2 years we've been (stuck) with them we've had to lodge multiple complaints. 2 years on it's still the most unreliable and slowest Internet we've ever had. Absolute shambles.
