Jo Clennell (@Geords) reported from Merton, EnglandBeen in our flat for 2months and we have only had 9 days of working internet with @bt_uk but have been paying full whack for a terrible service. Apparently we have a LOS this time. More days away from work to wait on engineers #BT #internet #poorservice

-
Iain (@Skiddles1985) reported from Crawley, England@natalie_17 @chrisjfrev @RichJLaverty @SheKicksdotnet @btsport @BarclaysFAWSL Competitions. Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. (Best guess)
-
Steven Chapman (@DrStevenChapman) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund
-
Chris France (@Chris_Francey) reported from Crawley, EnglandHi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

-
RAdams (@RAAdams96) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England@SpeedwayEuro Time to find a more reliable TV partner to showcase your events as @Eurosport seem to treat it with contempt as on more than one occasion they have cut in late and missed races. @SkySports or @btsport would be a better partner. #LetsMakeSpeedway

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reportedOver the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
-
🏴🫡 🇬🇧 (@glasgoRFC1872) reported@bt_uk can’t access my account either by app or website. Called customer services 5/6 times still not working .

-
Alice (@SushiWolfo) reported@bt_uk But I had an email for digital voice saying my service is going to 67mbps when I'm on the Fiber 100 package
-
Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported@bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.
