You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund
