    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    Our broadband has been on/off daily since 16/12 but despite being given a fix date of 06/01 at 1pm this has now passed and the fault checker now says you are unable to give a new date. Can you give update confirm what compensation we are entitled to and how we claim it. @.bt_uk

    @alittlebitdan @bt_uk That’s why we left BT for @SkyUK. Horrible CS from BT. Had complaints open for months, they even closed them without our consent. Managers never called us back. They told us upgrading our package would resolve issues but it didn’t. Tried to bill us to leave 🙃🙃🙃
